Author's Note

So I've recently decided to return to this project, now that I've finally regained some amount of free time. Details regarding my absence are in my latest blog post, but, suffice it to say, I had my reasons for leaving this project blank. In particular, I realized I'd been a bit sloppy with my execution, and ultimately decided I'd rather rewrite what I have than produce a rushed, mediocre story.

What does that all mean? It means I'm simply going to give this another shot. I feel it deserves another chance, and despite the current constraints on my time, I still wish to write these ideas that keep nagging at my mind's eye. With that in mind, just keep an eye out for a re-post of the first chapter, and a deletion of the second. We'll be starting from scratch with this one. Who knows, I may yet ditch the title.
