Getting Thrown OutView OnlineGHOSTBUSTERS (a my little pony fan fiction parody)Getting Thrown Out-NOTE- yup a new fan fiction just to bring to the new year. (not counting the trixie fan fic earlier.) so this fan fic will (of course focus on one of my favorite movies ever GHOSTBUSTERS!) and may i mention this will just be ghostbusters retold like a my little pony related thing. so lets not waste any more time lets dive in. ... /> Twilight was pacing outside of the university with rainbow dash after being recently thrown out by the dean. "this is a major disgrace dash. forget about our future at stampede now they would never touch us with a ten meter cattle rod." dash then got up from her seat on one of the rails. "forget it twi', call it luck, call it karma.. we should believe somethings like this happen for a reason." twilight looked confused. "but on what purpose." dash then took a drink of her punch. "To go into business for ourselves." twilight then took a sip from the same flask. "the containment unit Fluttershy and I have in mind is going to need a load of brand recapitalizing. where are we going to get the bits?" Dash then took another sip from the flask. "I have no idea as of yet my friend. I have no idea." the three ponies then left the national bank of manehatten with a concerned twilight. " My parents left me that Cottage. I was born there." "relax Twi' your not going to loose the cottage. everypony have like a dozen mortgages nowadays." twilight got even more concerned though. "but at 17%? you didn't even bargain with the colt!" Fluttershy then interrupted the ponies. "umm..twilight i hope you don't mind me saying but..um.. the interest rate alone for the first 4 years comes to around 95,000 bits and don't even get me started on the gemstones." "but where are we going to hold the headquarters?" after searching around the real estate mare then found them a great building. "so there's office space in the next room. and even a full kitchen on the top floor left room." dash then looked at Fluttershy. "well fluttershy? what do you think?" "um I..I don't know." dash then looked annoyed. "come on you have to say something." fluttershy then tried to hide herself in her mane. "well..um..the wiring is sort of substandard and dangerous because of our power needs and the neighborhood looks demilitarized." dash then looked confused. "demili-what?" "nevermind dash."twilight then called the two ponies from the top floor. "HEY! DOES THIS ROPE STILL WORK!?" twilight then grabbed onto the rope and swung down in a sort of Tarzan like fashion. Twilight was then jumpy with the others. "wow! this buildings fun! when can we move in? you have to swing on this rope! I'm gonna get my satchel." twilight then proceeded to walk up the stairs but stopped and looked at the others. "Hey! we should sleep her! tonight! you know like a slumber party! you know to try this place out and get used to it!" twilight then ran up the stairs to get her things. dash then looked at the real estate mare. "I think we'll take it." fluttershy then looked at dash. " are you sure it's a good idea?" dash then looked at fluttershy. "well, of course it is. I mean if we miss out on this place Twi' will never forgive us." "oh my.. i hope you know what your doing." on the other side of the city a mare by the name of rarity was just getting back from her music lessons and fashion designing to her apartment on central park west. just as rarity was walking to her room her neighbors door opened revealing derpy. "oh hi miss rarity!" rarity then looked in disgust. "oh hi..um..derpy. yup it's me." "silly me. i thought you was the drug shop." "oh are you sick." "nope! just ordered some vitamins that's all." rarity then turned to her door and opened. "derpy be a dear and help me with these bags please." derpy then took the bags. "okay. so how have you been." rarity then looked at derpy again. "I've been good. you?" "not bad. oh before i go you really shouldn't have your television on so loud, Trixie from 204 got's annoyed and called the manager." "rarity then looked confused. "well that's strange i thought I turned it off." "oh that's fine, you see I tried to disconnect the cable but your window was locked so I turned my Television on real loud to so ponies would think something was wrong with them." rarity then closed the door not even paying attention to derpy after the window story. "alright miss rarity, I guess I'll see you later. I'm going to have a bubble bath." derpy then accidentally bumped in the door not even paying attention. as rarity got into her apartment she had noticed 3 strange mares on the television for an ad on ghost hunting. "are you troubled by strange noises in the night or when your alone? do..um..you get feeling of dread in your basement or attic? have you ever seen a spook, poltergeist, or ghost? if the answer is yes then don't hesitate and call the pros. GHOSTBUSTERS!!! our staff in on call 24 hours a day to help you with your preparation needs. WERE READY TO HELP YOU!!!" rarity again not even paying attention turned off the television and headed for the kitchen. after rarity dropped the bags on the counter she had turned to the sink so she could wash her hoofs since she was going to be making dinner soon. after rarity was finished washing her hoofs she heard popping coming from the counter, she turned around revealing eggs jumping out of the shells and cooking on he counter. rarity then heard a strange noise coming from the fridge she opened it up revealing what looked like a red background with a sort of Myan temple looking thing. the door in the middle opened up revealing a bright light and a huge disfigured dog thing. the dog then jumped up and yelled. "MUUUUUUULLLLLLLLEEEEEEEE!" rarity then screamed and slammed the door running out of the apartment. at the Ghostbusters headquarters dash was looking at the 2 pegasi putting up a large white banner on the building saying GHOSTBUSTERS. dash then looked picky. "you don't think it looks to scuttle right? I mean I don't want ponies come down and not see the sign." a large buggy then drove up the the building sirens going off at the same time. dash seeing the buggy jokingly walked up to the buggy and tried to pull a smart ass move. "hey! you can't park that here!" twilight then stepped out of the buggy relieved about the vehicle. "everypony can relax I found the buggy. it's going to need some tuning up though. I needs some shocks, brake pads, lining box, rear end.." dash then cut her off. "how much?" twilight then mentioned the price. "well..about 4200 bits." dash then felt shocked about the price. in the building fluttershy was setting up the new typewriters and computer for there secretary applejack. "thanks FS! I'm glad your here to keep things in working condition. "oh..no problem..no problem at all." fluttershy then walked off to her office to set up her computer. rainbow dash then walked in from her early run to the store. "so AJ any calls?" "nope." "any visitors?" "nope" "anything?" AJ then looked up at dash with a sort of bored look. "no professor dash." dash then looked at AJ. "good job. am i right?" AJ then gave Dash a faint smile. "Okay come on type something were paying for this stuff. and don't stare at me you got a sort of creepy smile." AJ then continued reading until dash called again. "AJ. sorry bout' the creepy smile thing I'll be in my office." End of part 1

"hello?" "yes I reckon' you need some help?" before rarity began to speak dash came flying into the room bumping into rarity. "oops..uh..sorry." dash then picked rarity up and dusted her off. "I assume you work here?" "yeah! we sure do! welcome to the ghostbusters! what do you need help with? miss.." "uh..rarity." dash then walked her to the upstairs room. "so what do you need help with?" "well.. what I have to say might sound different." dash then looked at the pony and giggled. "oh..that's all we get day in and day out round' here." applejack then looked at the cyan pony walking up the stairs and looked confused. but she ignored the lie and buried her face in her book again. upstairs the three mares were looking at the pony with mind sensors stuck on her head just so they can get a positive truth. "and this voice said mule. so I slammed the refrigerator door and ran out that was 2 days ago and I..I..haven't been back to my apartment." twilight then walked over to the contraption and shut it off. "well she's telling the truth.. at least she thinks she is." rarity then looked shocked at the ponies. "of course I'm telling the truth! I mean who would make up a story like that?" dash then walked up to the pony taking the sensors off her head. "well people who just want attention. I mean there are people who just come in from off the street like nut balls or former mental patients." twilight then stepped in the conversation. "you know it could be memory's of unpleasant times." fluttershy then stepped in the conversation also. "or..um..it could be some race memory stored up in the conscience." rarity then gave a fake smile and put one hoof on her head. "I'm sorry I don't believe in this kind of stuff." dash then shot up from her seat. "well that's fine, I don't either. but there are things we could do for situations like this." fluttershy then thought up an idea. "well..um..I could go to the hall of records and..well.. check out some history on her building. maybe the building has some history of psychic turbulence." twilight then came up with another idea. "well I could check out a few books on the name mule." "space catalog" fluttershy thought up."toben spirit guide." twilight thought also. the two ponies then shook there head in agreement. dash then looked at the ponies. "Alright while you guys do that I'll take Miss rarity back to her apartment and check it out. okay?" rarity then felt nervous but agreed. "okay." at the apartment rarity opened the door partially until dash slammed the door opened. dash was scoping the room opening the closet or looking into the bedroom until rarity called out. "that's my room. nothing happened in there. i hope." rarity then ran in her room and found that everything was in order just as she left it. dash then kept scoping the room until entering the kitchen. "I'll go first, If anything happens..I want it to happen to me first." after entering the kitchen and feeling for the light switch dash then scoped the counter finding the eggs that had cooked on the counter. "Rarity. are these the eggs?" rarity then turned to dash. "yes these are the eggs. I turn around to wash my hooves all of a sudden my counter turns into a large frying pan. look miss dash you have come all this way would you at least look at the fridge?" dash then looked at the fridge. "check the fridge. good call." rarity then sighed with annoyance. dash then slowly walked to the fridge and opened it slightly. "oh..my..Celestia." rarity was then anxious about what might be in her fridge. dash then opened the door of the fridge revealing cupcakes, bottles of drinks, and leftovers. "look at all the junk food." rarity then walked over to the fridge in anger. "oh what the hay! look this stuff was not here!" dash then started to take out different food items and show then to rarity. "you actually eat this stuff? wow! and I thought I ate a lot." rarity then started putting the stuff back in. "look this stuff was not here. I mean there was a space and a pyramid, a dog and I heard a voice say Mule! it was right here!" "I'm sorry I'm just not getting anything." rarity then looked at the contraption. "well are you sure your using that thing correctly?" "well I..I think so!" rarity then looked annoyed again. "well that's just great! either I have a monster in my apartment or I just slowly going crazy." dash then looked at the pony. "I don't think your crazy." rarity then turned away. "oh great! that makes me feel so much better!" dash then closed the fridge and walked to the living room filled with mannequin's in the shape of ponies with dresses on them, a small television, a large sofa, etc. "look rarity let me tell you what I have to go through! when I come home from work I only have my work, there is nothing else in my life!" rarity then cut her off ]. "yes I get it we both have the same problem. you." dash then looked at rarity. "okay. I gonna go for pro." dash then paused for a minute and looked at rarity. "You want to be friends! am I right?" dash then turned away. "I cannot believe this will you please go!" dash then looked at rarity smiling harder. "face it rarity! you have no friends! and you want to be ours!" rarity then showed dash to the door. "I bet you'll be considering about it after I'm gone!" rarity then sarcastically replied. "i bet I will." dash then stuck her face in the door again. "will you at least consider?" rarity then pushed dashed face out of the way and locked the door. as dash was walking down the hallway derpy was looking at the pony but bumped into the door again after attempting to go back in. end of part 2

"to our first and only customer!" dash then took a bite of her hay fries. "oh! I need to draw some penny cash! we don't want to lose this customer! you know how things are!" twilight then gulped down part of her daisy sandwich. "uh..dash..this magnificent feast represents the last of the penny cash!" dash then put twilight's sandwich down slowly. "slow down. chew your food." downstairs AJ was getting ready to leave until she got a phone call. "ghostbusters. yes of course their serious." AJ then sat down quickly. "you do? you have? no kiddin'" AJ then took out a piece of paper and a pencil. "okay well just uh.. just give me the address." AJ then thanked the person and hung the phone up. after writing down the info she yelled to the ponies. "WE GOT ONE!" AJ then slammed the alarm button setting it off. during the eating the 3 ponies then had their attention brought up from the alarm. twilight then spoke out. "A call!" the 3 ponies then shot up from their seats and protruded to the rope swinging down and heading for the closets. the doors of the building then opened up and just like that the ghostbusters raced to the hotel where they had been called to. after walking in dash then called out. "DID SOMEPONY SEE A GHOST?" the hotel manager then walked up to them. "thank goodness your here! I'm Octavia I'm the hotel manager and I was the one who called you here. I hope you can take care of this quietly..tonight." twilight then put her ghost goggles on. "don't worry. we handle stuff like this all the time." the 3 ponies then proceeded to the elevator. upon reaching the elevator carrot top looked at the ponies with a strange look. "what are you supposed to be? some kind of cosmopony?" dash then looked at the pony. "nope were exterminators. somepony saw a parasprite up on twelve." carrot top then raised her eyebrow. "that's gotta be one parasprite." dash then walked to the elevator with the others. "it'll bite your head off miss." twilight then stuck her head out of the elevator. "going up?" carrot top then looked at her. "I'll take the next one?" the elevator door closed and carrot top then put a rather large carrot in her mouth chewing. in the elevator the three ponies looked concerned about the ghost catching packs. twilight was the first to speak. "You know it just occurred to me that we hadn't had a really successful test with these packs." fluttershy then spoke next. "I blame myself." dash agreed. "so do i." twilight spoke again. "well no sense worrying about it now," dash then spoke to twilight. "why worry? each one of us is wearing an unlicensed A-bomb on their back." twilight nervously shook her head. "well lets get ready. switch me on." dash then turned the pack on and with fluttershy backed away to the wall on the left. as the door opened the three ponies then got the ghost guns ready. after walking for a few seconds a pony was leaving one of the rooms with a cart full of blankets and sheets along with some cleaning equipment. hearing the cart the three ponies screamed and shot the cart setting some of the blankets on fire scaring the pony in the process. the pony then popped her head up from the slightly scorched and burning blankets. "what in the hay are you doing?" twilight then looked at the pony and gave an embarrassed smirk. "sorry.." dash then finished her off. "I'm sorry. we thought you were somepony else." the ponies then turned to each other. dash broke the silence. "well successful test." twilight then stuttered for a moment embarrassed. "I..I guess so. I think we should split up." dash then agreed. "yeah. we can do more damage that way." fluttershy then looked scared. "Do we have to?" dash then looked annoyed. "of course! if you want to leave we have to get this ghost first." fluttershy then started shaking but walked away. "O..Okay." in the hallway twilight was walking until she noticed a slightly big, green, slime ball eating from one of the carts. twilight looking at it called dash. "dash. dash?" twilight just forgot about it and pulled her ghost gun out. "I guess I'm gonna have to hold it myself." twilight then turned the ghost pack on and levitated the gun in its direction hoping to catch it. twilight shot at it and failed. the ghost seeing the beam ran off and went through the the wall taking the cart with it but smashing it in the wall. in the other hallway dash was walking around hoping to find the ghost herself when all of a sudden the ghost came down the hall and looked at her right at the end of the hallway. dash then picked up her walkie and called for twilight. "come in twi'" twilight then levitated her walkie towards her muzzle. "Dash! I saw it! i saw it! i saw it!" dash then spoke again. "i know twi'. it's looking at me." "it's an ugly looking thing isn't it?" dash then spoke to twilight again. "i think it can hear you twi'" twilight then gave dash some instructions. "don't move it won't hurt you." dash then screamed right when the ghost was charging right at her. twilight hearing this ran down the hallway looking for dash. "Dash! Dash!" after finding dash she had noticed slime dripping from her jumpsuit. "dash what happened? are you okay?" dash then looked at twilight. "it slimed me." twilight was then cheerful. "that's great! actual, physical, contact! can you move?" Fluttershy then called twilight on her walkie. "twilight. twilight. come in please." twilight then talked to fluttershy. "fluttershy! I'm here with dash! she got slimed!" fluttershy then spoke again. "that's great. come down here quick. I just went in to a ballroom, and I'm scared" twilight then picked dash up and the two ran down to the ballroom. in the room dash talked to Octavia who had unlocked the door for them. "so miss if you and your staff would just wait out here we'll take care of everything. dash then closed the door and locked it. end of part 3

"There it is up on the ceiling." Twilight whispered to the other two getting their attention. Rainbow dash then looked up with Twilight and pointed out the ghost: "That's the one that got me." Twilight was then at ready looking at the ghost. "Alright guys..Throw it." The three ponies then shot at the ghost missing but destroying the priceless chandelier in the process, having the ghost speed off towards the bar, Twilight was embarrassed. "I did that, I did that, that was my fault." Dash then looked at the Lavender Mare, "It's okay the table broke the fall." . "Alright Dash. When I say go shoot at the ghost." Dash then looked at Twilight. "Right." Dash then walked over towards the ghost. Twilight then looked at the two. "Alright and...DASH!" Dash then attempted the shoot at the ghost but missed. Twilight then looked at Fluttershy and ordered her to shoot, "Fluttershy!" Again the pony missed but that never stopped her from shooting until Twilight and Dash called out. "FLUTTERSHY! OKAY NOW! WHOA, WHOA, WHOA, WHOOOOAAAAHHHH! " Dash the got her to stop before sending a very witty comeback. "Nice shootin' Tex!" On the outside of the ballroom Octavia was talking to Trixie; A pony who had ordered the room and was wanting in. Octavia then tried to calm her down, "Miss Trixie there is nothing wrong with the room, it'll be in perfect condition as soon as your guests are with us." Octavia was now worried after hearing a crash from inside. "excuse me." In the ballroom it was a complete mess; Tables were thrown around, The chandelier was destroyed, and the bar was totaled. Before shooting and bringing the trap in fluttershy called out to the two. "um..excuse me but..um..I would like to mention that we cannot cross the streams." Dash then looked at fluttershy confused. "Why not?" "It would be bad." Dash then walked up to fluttershy still confused. "Okay I'm fuzzy on the whole good, bad thing. What do you mean bad?" "Try to imagine all life as you know stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light." Twilight then thought to herself. "Total protonic reversal." Dash then looked at them both. "Alright that's bad? Okay important safety tip thanks Fluttershy." Just as they finished they noticed the ghost was still above them painting from flying too much. Twilight was then in between the two ponies, "Alright! when I say go Dash you shoot the beam! Alright? Go!" Dash then shot her beam catching the ghost. "Alright fluttershy when I say go again you shoot your beam also! alright? GO!" Fluttershy then also shot the beam catching the ghost. Twilight was looking at the two. "Alright that's good! don't cross the streams okay?" Dash was looking at the ghost and was smiling making wise cracks. "Maybe now you'll never slime a Mare with a nuclear pack eh'?" After a few seconds Twilight had set up the the trap and pushed it towards the ghost putting her goggles on at the same time. "Alright then when I close the trap don't look directly into it okay." Twilight then opened the trap Fluttershy looking right at it. "I looked at the trap Twilight." "Alright when I close it look away! Okay! Closing it! NOW!" as soon as Twilight closed the trap all three ponies looked away until a beep was heard. After a few seconds the three then looked at the trap Dash slightly tapping it revealing a purple like shock of light. Twilight then looked at fluttershy. "well. That wasn't such a chore now was it." Fluttershy then looked at Twilight with a concerned look on her face. Outside Octavia had gotten the key to unlock the ballroom to check on what was going on until Dash kicked the door opened. "WE CAME! WE SAW! WE KICKED IT'S FLANK!" Octavia was then shocked, "you got it?! Where is it?" Twilight then came out holding the trap coughing. "We got it!" Dash then walked up to Octavia smiling and giggling. "Well there it is." "will there be anymore of those...things?" Twilight the looked at Octavia and giggled jokingly: "Ma'am what you have here is a full surface, none repeating Phantasm or classified full roaming vapor, Real nasty one to." Dash then reached in her pocket and pulled out a small checkbook with a quill and walked up to Octavia: "Alright now lets be serious. Okay now for the entrapment, we are going to have to charge you for 4000 bits. But we are having a sale on proton charging and storage of these things so this will only have to come to 1000 Bits fortunately." Octavia then looked shocked about the price then showed an angry look on her face with frustration: "5000 bits? I cannot find something that is so much so I won't pay it." "Alright then, If you won't pay then we can just put it right back..." Octavia then rushed over to Twilight and proceeded to stop her from putting it back. "Alright then. I'll pay for it." Dash then handed the receipt to Octavia and thanked her for doing business, walking away with both Fluttershy and Twilight leaving the hotel.
