War veteran Lieutenant Altman is on an expeditionary detail alone with scientist Doctor Wright. They were sent on a one way mission in an effort to gather data about a nearby life supporting planet. Upon closing into the atmosphere, disaster hits as their vessel is hit with passing debris and they're forced to make a rough landing.

The vessel is in ruins, they've got no bearing to where they may be, and it's the dead of winter. The events that will unfold will test the physical and mental strength of our veteran as he struggles to keep moving to some unknown destination, unsure of what he expects to find, or if he'll find anything at all.

Lost and stranded, how will handle the hardships to come? How will he cope with his hopeless uncertainties? When he ultimately reaches his destination, how will he handle what he finds there?

Rated Teen for violence and some strong language.
