Three years have passed since Fluttershy soundly defeated the Lord of the Underworld, Discord. Since then, Celestia has tried to foster an uneasy peace between Luna and the Earth ponies. Unfortunately, tensions have not eased between the Goddess of Nature and the pony race that she tried to eradicate not too long ago. Now this unsteady peace has been shattered, and Luna has once again declared war on the Earth ponies.

But not everything is at it seems, as Luna's very motivations for going to war are called into question. As old grudges rise to the surface and dark pasts return to haunt everypony, Fluttershy finds herself caught in the middle of a conflict that threatens gods and mortals alike, and may imperil life as they all know it.

This is the sequel to my earlier story, Filly Fluttershy: Uprising, which is a pony adaptation of Kid Icarus: Uprising. Reading the first story shouldn't be necessary to get the most out of this one.
