Pinkie Pie sat there, mouth agape at what her best friend had just told her. L, the stallion she loved, that she would not admit she had feeling for had a job that almost killed him on more than one occasion. She was baffled but the only part she did not believe was that he had a case that lasted six years with a notebook that could kill ponies. Pinkie found it outright ridiculous. The pony who believed anything did not believe this.

“L, why are you lying about this? There is no such thing as a notebook that can kill” Pinkie Pie stated almost shocked she knew that there were legends about such things, but she did not want to believe it was true she could not believe it. Pinkie Pie could not comprehend it.

“Pinkie, I am not lying, I swear” L said looking into the pink mares ocean blue eyes hoping she would believe him.

Pinkie just let out a sigh “Okay, L I believe you” Pinkie admitted though she did not want to. Secretly, Pinkie wanted to keep thinking he was telling a lie, and the notebook was nothing more than an old fillies tale

“Pinkie, I love you” L said as he leaned in, pulling Pinkie into a long, passionate kiss. After a little while the two broke the kiss smiling at each other.

“L can I ask you something?” Pinkie asked earning a nod from L “Well I was wondering if maybe you would come and visit my friends”

“W-well I do not know Pinkie” L said seeing Pinkie visibly saddened “But for you yes I will”

“Oh thank you thank you thank you!" Pinkie cheered bouncing around L

“What have I gotten myself into” L thought to himself not looking forward to leaving the comfort of his own home and going out into town meeting new ponies but anything for his beloved Pinkie Pie “So when are we going Pinkie?”

“Well how does tomorrow sound?” Pinkie asked grinning ear to ear

“That sounds perfect!” L exclaimed

“Well L, I must be going on my way to visit my friends and tell them you are coming” Pinkie said, walking out the door

Pinkie bounced inside the library seeing Twilight studying as prior with her

“Hey Twilight I am planning a small party for L you remember the stallion I told you about?” Pinkie stated “Huh you remember don’cha come on you remember? I mean wh-” Pinkie was silenced by a hoof in her mouth

“Yes Pinkie I remember you telling me about him now what do you need?” Twilight asked

“Oh well I was wondering could I use the library for the party plllllleeeeaaaaaassssssssseeeee?” Pinkie begged

“Sure, I mean not many ponies want to come into the library unless its Sweetie Belle,Scootaloo, or Apple Bloom looking for new ways to get their cutie marks” Twilight giggled “So the answer is yes”

“Thank you Twilight you do not know how much this mean” Pinkie inhaled “ItisgoingtobesofunIwillhavecakeandcupcakesandhotsaucecoveredcupcakes”Pinkie said in a one long sentance

Well everypony I know it is short but I hope you like it now WARNING there will be something about Spike that scares L but that will be in the next chapter
