I got up out of my bed; like everyday, same thing as always, nothing much to do in the morning; get up, brush my teeth, eat my morning meal. There is never really anything going on in the world, so excitement is hard to get nowadays, since my father passed away just about a week and a half ago.

Ever since my mother abandoned us a couple of years ago, I decided to keep looking after him every hour of everyday, giving him what he needs; food, drinks, I even went out to the shop for him. My mother left when I was only thirteen-years-old, after that, I had decided to get a job at that age to pay our rent and other taxes.

My life hasn’t been good in the past nine years, but it was bearable at least. Now I am on my own in my father’s home, with nothing to do.

I went down the main stairwell after I got my average cheap clothing on and took a shower, brushed my teeth, done all that. Anyway, I went down the stairs to sit down in my only recliner in the house, switching on the television to watch the international news channel: Sky News. There was nothing interesting on the news. However, I just found out that there was a great tsunami in Japan after an apparent earthquake hit the coast. It was pretty shocking; It was sad, but I had more important things to do.

I was just about to switch off the television when I began to notice a strange light cascading from the front windows into the main living area; it intrigued me. I work at a local office in the centre of town, I get paid minimum wage, but it is my job and I appreciate that they took me in after one of their previous staff got fired for stealing money.

I was originally planning to switch off the television and then going to grab my pre-prepared briefcase for work, but after I noticed this odd light, I just had to check it out. I forgot about being on schedule to get to work, but being distracted is a pain in the ass.

I left the front entrance; locking the door behind me. I began to wonder around the whole block to check on the source of the light, it may have been either a car, or just myself being crazy. I kept going around the block from what I remember was about three times; until I noticed a light emerging from the main alley in the street block. I stood there, staring at the light for approximately five seconds as I hesitated to move. Suddenly, the light went at a very fast speed towards my home.

Oh God, what is it going to do? My house could blow up! I began to thought as I run after the paranormal light. I was running as fast as I ever could. As the light entered the front window of my now empty house, I was about twenty metres away.

When I finally reached the front entrance; I immediately began to open it, dropping my keys several times in the process. Alas, as I open the door (almost breaking it in) I began to run into the main living area. As nothing was there, I was baffled at the site of my front room just the same without the lights on.

After about five minutes of just standing in my main living area looking confused; I heard a noise (almost like a rustle) coming from my small dining area.

What the hell was that... I thought to myself as I grabbed something from the my pocket, it was my dad’s old gun i kept with me. As I stayed close to the walls; gun in my grasp. As I began to hear was I presume were footsteps on the floorboard of the dining area, I began to panic. As I was about to literally shoot the gun at the source of footsteps, a figure emerged from the other entrance of the dining area. I was shocked at the magnificent sight.

I blinked a few times confused at what I thought I saw. I placed the gun on a coffee table and turned around rubbing my forehead. “ This cannot be really happening Princess Celestia is made up… it make no flip’n sense , when I turn around I am not going to see a talking Alicorn in my hallway … one … two… three… ” opening my eyes I am face to muzzled with a white multicolored Alicorn aka Princess Celestia… I felt like fainting right there and then backing away slowly I reached for the gun, but it was lifted by itself …for some reason i felt like obwian was saying ‘Use the Force Luke’ …snapping out of my self induced meme. I watch the gun be taken apart by a golden force field holding it in the air. Now more scared than ever realizing I was going to brony hell for this. I prayed this was a dream I thought to myself

“There is no need to be scared Damian i am not here to harm you” Celestia said in a calm gentle tone “And there is no such place as brony hell” She added i gave a nervous laugh as a way of saying i did not think there was even a place called that after the awkward laugh she kept smiling it calmed me down knowing that Celestia was not pissed or they're here to hurt me but what is she here for

“Well if you are not here to hurt me then what are you here for Princess” I asked now calmer she took a deep breath i did not like where this was going i was back to pants shitting mode again i swear i think she is pulling a trollestia on me right now.....OH GOD DON’T LET HER GO MOLESTIA!

“Damian i want to make a deal with you i know you never got to have a real childhood i have spoken to my faithful student and she agreed to adopt you so to speak you are welcome to come back to this world anytime you choose” Celestia said looking me right in the eyes i really wanted to do what Twilight did on the cutie mark chronicles episode but i did not want to seem stupid

“Wait you're offering to take me to Equestria with you as a pony am i getting this right?” I asked in shock.

“Yes i am you are wel-” she did not even get to finish before i interrupted her.

“Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes please take me now!” I shouted bouncing like moron.....don’t judge me i know half of you would have done the same thing i mean come on.

Celestia just laughed “Well then lets go.” She said after that there was a light it engulfed both of us then everything became peaceful,and had a serene calmness.

When I awoke there was something off about me everything felt bigger and i felt smaller I looked down to see i had hooves not hands.

Ok everypony i know i am making a new story big deal but i need a name should it be Nova or Dusk I think Nova
