I had finally arrived back at the library with Rarity in tow. I had a fun day, well three hours cooking with Pinkie Pie, she even let me keep half of them it took a second for Twilight to even notice both Rarity and myself, Twilight took the box of cupcakes and levitated them into the kitchen out of my reach and Spike’s

“Well it seems that somepony had a good time” Twilight said

All I could do was nod in response after a second of me standing their Twilight cocked an eyebrow at me

“Nova can you go upstairs to your bedroom?” Twilight asked me and I went up to my bedroom

“Oh Twilight when Nova was at Pinkie Pie’s he had gotten batter on his coat and took a bath but that’s not the worst part. When he got out a towel got stuck on his horn” Rarity said dramatically but unbeknownst to them I was hiding on the stairwell listening to them both “That poor darling”

“Well he does have a doctor’s appointment today so they can look at it” Twilight laughed. “Oh and his physicians are Jero and his nurse is Fluttershy, so I am sure they can handle him” No freaking way they work at a doctor’s office WAIT I HAVE TO GO THERE TODAY

“Well that is great seeing as he already knows Jero” Rarity giggled “But I have a feeling they will have a hard time seeing, because when I was looking at his horn he would not stop backing away”

“That’s not true!” I shouted at the top of my lungs.Oh crap I blew my cover, all I know is that both Twilight and Rarity are looking at me now but not so much looking, but glaring more or less.

“What I like to know what is said about me, sorry”

I have the feeling that Twilight is going to lecture me about how wrong it is to eavesdrop or something like that....No nothing just that infamous glare it does not affect me what so ever

“Nova its rude to eavesdrop you know that right?” Twilight said. I CALLED IT YEAH SON!

“She is right Nova” Rarity stated

If she says it my mind will be lost

“It’s very uncouth”Oh wow how could anypony have guessed that Rarity would say that once again, she says that about EVERY LITTLE THING....?

“What are you some kind of hooligan?”

Okay now it’s time for me to throw my two cents in this

“Whoa now let's slow this down, I have some trust issues so I like to know what is said about me” I stated a little mad that they were both teaming up on me. I know it was messed up that I was spying on them but still.

“Well Nova you get to see your new physician today as it is we have about an hour” Oh goodie, Twilight reminding me about seeing a doctor as long as there is no shots involved I will be fine.

“Also Nova you have to get a shot” DAMMIT IT’S LIKE SHE IS READING MY MIND I HATE NEEDLES.

“Oh what a fun time this will be, I’m getting a shot”

I think they were able to sense the sarcasm in that sentence meh if they get pissed then it was worth it on so many levels. Oh no Rarity is giving me a glare and I do not like it I think it’s a rare-glare

“Nova you do not need to take that tone darling” Rarity keeps calling me darling why I will never understand

“Well come on Nova lets go see the pediatrician” Wait did Twilight really say pediatrician? Sweet Celestia why you know what? Nopony gives a crap.

we finally made it to the doctor’s office it was a little too colorful in my opinion but still it had a nice feeling to it. But I and Twilight are playing the oldest game in history the waiting game; que the boring music oh wait a minute what is it playing? It sounds more like elevator music give or take still I could not help but hum along with the music....wow it’s been half an hour and we are STILL! In the waiting room the smell of anesthetics and cleaning supplies. Woohoo!

“Nova Sparkle” Wait a second first of all is that Nurse Redheart and for that matter did I really get Twilight’s last name? “Nova Sparkle you can come back now” So yes that is Redheart and yes I did get Twilight’s last name well isn’t this a bag of joy.

With that both Twilight and I were lead to a colorful room and just sat there waiting for a doctor once again. We pla- Wait is that Jero and Fluttershy what are they doing here? I think they are here to hold me down while that accursed needle penetrates my flesh. There are two things I hate one being needles and two people who act like they are better than me.

“Hi Nova me and Jero are going to be your doctors well he is your doctor I am just the nurse”

Fluttershy as a nurse I could see it even if I was not here

“Well he is a pediatrician really” Twilight said looking right at me

Damn it why a pediatrician? I know I know a young colt and all that, still though looking at Jero holding up that medical chart like I have been here before which in truth I have not.

“Well Da-Nova let’s check your weight first then we can get started” Jero said.

At least he is not speaking to me like I ‘am child then I would have to I dunno I guess the whole kick his flank to Canterlot and back threat seems old now but I guess I can use it one more time. Well either way this scale looks oddly enough like one from earth

“Wow you are forty seven pounds” Wow Jero just wow I know I have always been a scrawny little bean pole but I can hold my own in a fight.

“Nova I will be right back I need to use the restroom” Twilight said as she trotted out of the room leaving me, Jero and Fluttershy

all I can say is these bed tabley things are cold yet comfortable at the same time.

“Okay now I need you to breathe in and breathe out” Fluttershy squeaked out. Which I know the drill by now so I did as she asked

“Good everything seems to be in order their”

Fluttershy as a nurse is just the most adorable thing ever...Why does Jero have three needles? Aww crap.

“Okay now just ho-”Jero was cut off by how fast I ran out of that room and let me tell you it left a blue puff of smoke behind

“Why did I have a feeling he would do that” Jero deadpanned

“Oh my, is he alright?” Fluttershy asked seeing Jero with a deadpanned expression as Twilight walked in the room

“Oh good did you give him the shots?” Twilight asked

“Well no he ran off right when he saw the needles” Jero stated when Twilight hummed “What is it Twilight?”

“Oh nothing but I may or may not have used a tracking spell on him” Twilight giggled “He is not far from us”

“Umm how do you know that” Fluttershy asked

“A simple tracking spell that’s all it took” Twilight said

I had finally gotten what felt like a far enough distance away from Twilight, Jero and Fluttershy or so I thought I heard.“Found him” I heard Twilight shout.

After that I took off in a gallop I just hate needles, but after a good half hour of running I was running out of breath, but when I tripped I knew it was all over, I was going to get a needle stuck in my flank all hope is lost.

“Got him” Fluttershy said as she picked me up now hovering back to the room.

I give up they can do what they want, when we finally arrived at the room which would help me meet my demise, Fluttershy sat me down on said examination table

“Here I will hold him down” Twilight said as her magic held me down.

I was hyperventilating from the fear of a needle about to stab into my flesh, I squeaked waiting for the impact.

“There and done” I heard Jero say

Wait did he really just say done? I despise needles they need to die....Huh that sounded funnier in my head but still that was fast, I smell something fishy going on, come on everypony how much you do want to bet that I will end up getting sick from this.

“There Nova that did not hurt at all did it?” Fluttershy said sweetly to me.

But yes it did in fact hurt thank you for reminding me.

“Yes in fact it hurt something fierce” I stated rubbing my flank.only to hear a giggle “What's so funny?” I was hoping somepony else was laughing

“It was not that bad Nova” Twilight said between giggles seriously its not funny it hurt but still hopefully we can leave this place of torture sooner or later I hope for NOW!
