Two hours after the Encounter.

"Admiral....Sparkle can you here me?" Twilight's head was better she tried to open her eyes and glimpsed the med-bay. "D..Doctor...my...my head.." Doctor Starnsy walked over and administered a standard painkiller. "There you go Admiral you should be right as rain now!" Twilights pain slowly faded away and she opened her eyes again. "What happened Doctor?" She walked outside and brought Event Horizon inside."I think he can explain better,since he was the one who carried you here." Horizon walked over and sat next Twilight.

"Admiral are you feeling better? You collapsed on the bridge..and I carried you here" Twilight smiled and sat up. "Thank you Horizon I am feeling better now....its just...I heard a voice..coming from that ship. It called to me" Horizon stared at Twilight like she was crazy. She ignored him and kept talking. "The voice sounded like somepony I used to know a long time ago.." Horizon got up and walked over to the doctor. "Doctor Starnsy I am going to post a security team down here. I need you to keep the Admiral here until she is better. Do not allow her to leave until then." Twilight heard this and knew that Horizon was going to enact Protocol Tangent 72. "Admiral as of this moment I am enacting Protocol Tangent 72. You are relieved of command and are to remain in Med-Bay for the return trip to Abacai Prime." Horizon got close to her and whispered in her ear. "I am sorry it had to be this way..Darling." Twilight's eyes widened, she knew there was something wrong. "Doctor Horizon is being controlled you must Kill him!" Doctor Starnsy rushed and grabbed her standard issue combat shotgun from the cabinet. "No matter you cannot stop *US** we will destroy you and your TEC!!"* Horizon began to laugh as the Doctor pointed her gun at him. Twilight looked at the doctor and nodded. "Goodbye Horizon." The Doctor unloaded her entire clip into Horizons body turning him into a bloody pile of flesh. Twilight got up out of the bed and stepped over Horizon's remains. "Thank you for believing me Doctor." The Doc looked at her and nodded with her always stern expression. "I will always be loyal to you Admiral." Suddenly there was a gurgling noise coming from Horizon's remains. The Doctor pushed Twilight aside and pointed her gun at the pile. "T...Twilight...I am..sorry...It was...R..Rar..." Horizon went silent as his body finally gave out.

"Doctor is there anything you can do for him?" Starnsy lowered her gun and shook her head. "Not now...he is with Celestia and Luna now." Twilight couldn't look at the corpse any longer, she had to get back to the bridge. "Doctor come with me and bring your gun, I need my Bridge back." They both galloped full speed to the nearest lift, "Main Bridge!" The Lift complied and went rocketing towards the bridge. When they reached it they were greeted by a tied up crew with most of the guards unconscious. Twilight rushed to the nearest crew memeber which happened to be Lieutenant Haywire. "What happened Haywire?" He grunted trying to breath under the tight restraints. "Horizon went crazy after you collapsed and attacked everypony then tied the crew up." The Doctor started untying ponies and helping the injured guards up. Once everypony was up and back at their stations Twilight looked for the Comm pony. "What is the status of the Shipyards?" He rubbed a bruise on his head and clicked a few buttons. "The Repair teams have stabilized the Shipyards and are conducting rescue operations now." She sighed in relief. "At least we saved them, Doctor can you get over there and help? She nodded and walked to the lift and descended to the shuttle bay. Twilight walked to the Captain chair and sat down. "I need a burial detail sent down to the Med-Bay to retrieve Horizon's remains." The Security station responded first. "I have already sent a team down to secure his body Ma'am." She nodded her approval. "Navigation I need to know where that Akkan went." The poor pony over there had her arm broken and was barely able to do her job. "Can somepony assist Navigation?" The sensor station Stallion got up and walked over to help the mare. "Helm bring the ship into a synchronous with New Astoria. Comm get me a channel to the Civilian and Military Leaders down there!" The Bridge was bustling with activity now. "Admiral the Civilian Leader has been Killed by falling Rubble in her bunker! The Military Leader has assumed control over both of their positions!" She was saddened by the further loss of life. "Well who is it Comm?" He was listening to the rest of the messages then turned to her. "Its somepony called General Zecora. She is requesting aid from the fleet." Twilight hadn't seen Zecora since the day she arrived one Abacai Prime. "Well send the frigates a message to spare as many Rescue Teams as they can, We are busy trying to save the Shipyards." He nodded his head. "She acknowledged the message and said she would like to see you as soon as possible." Twilight would enjoy seeing her only Zebra friend. "Tell Zecora I will be shuttled down as soon as the Shipyards are handled." Twilight's head started to hurt again. "Can somepony get me something for this Migraine?" The Bridge was so busy no one heard her complaints. " She got up and walked to the nearest medical officer. "Excuse me do you have anything for a Migraine?" The Officer was busy bandaging a Guards cut foreleg and simply pointed to the med pack. "Thank you Medic."

New Astoria Capital City, Aurelias

Two days after the Encounter

"Admiral Twilight a sight to see by my own eyes." Twilight embraced Zecora. "Its nice to see you again also Zecora!"

Twilight let Zecora go. "Twilight it is your assistance I need." Zecora looked aged beyond her time from her her tenure as Military Leader of New Astoria. "What's wrong Zecora? The Shipyards are safe and your cities are being rebuilt as we speak." Zecora placed a hoof on Twilight's shoulder and leads her into a dark room. "Twilight this you must see with your true sight." Zecora pressed a button on the wall and a pillar of light illuminated the center of the room. "Twilight when they attacked they left this on the body of Senator Bon-Bon in her office." Twilight felt her heart sink, Captain Lyra Heartstrings would be the first to be notified. Zecora lead her to the pedestal. Twilight saw what appeared to be a scale....a Dragon's scale... "Zecora is this his scale?" Zecora lowered her head. "It is his scale. I am sorry Twilight." Twilight collapsed on the ground and began to cry. "Zecora....did..he ..do this?" Zecora walked to another nearby pedestal and a pillar of light appeared on it. "Twilight that is why I called you here...This was also found on Bon-Bon." Zecora holds out a heart shaped Fire Ruby. Twilight stood up and wiped her tear away. "She was here...but how?" Zecora placed the ruby and scale into a container and hands it to Twilight. "Twilight that is for you to find out for yourself. My People need me here." Twilight understood what she had to do. "Thank you Zecora, I wish this didn't have to happen to your planet." Zecora placed a hoof over Twilight's mouth. "Bring them back safely Twilight." Zecora hugged Twilight and walked out of the room. Twilight grabbed the container and pulled her radio out. "Shuttle team prepare for take-off when I get back." The radio buzzed a little before it clicked again. "We are warming the engines now Admiral."  Twilight put the radio away. New Astoria's comm system was out so she was forced to use the primitive radio's provided by the Doc. Twilight couldn't believe that both of her Friends might still be alive. She hoped that they were not responsible for the attack, but a little part of her knew that they were....
