Alive MemoriesChapter 3

Twilight fell to the ground. "Augh" she grunted, and stretched up. Fluttershy screamed as the enchanted plants nibbled on her foot, she screamed and tried to pull away. I watched as vines tried to struggle around all 6 of my friends.

I awoke, shivering. I screamed. "It's just a dream, just a dream.." I murmered trying to keep myself from crying. After all it was just a dream.

Right?

Twilight began to stretch her feet, that was the 5th time she had fallen. She continued walking until she heard Fluttershy scream. Twilight saw vines reaching up after all 6 of them, including her. She ran away, leaving her friends behind.

"Why did I just run awa--" Twilight began to ask herself. Fluttershy screamed louder, so Twilight ran back. All 6 of them were tied to a tree, unconsious. Twiligth slowly trotted forward, trying to be silent.

Her hoof hit a twig, and it made a loud crackling sound. She stopped, and stared around. Something sprouted out at her, and....

Nothing

My dream continued to haunt me through my search for food. I picked berries, and I even got a fish from a lake nearby. I leaned down by the lake and took a sip of water. I filled a cup made of sticks I had found with the lake water, and continued my search for food.

Afternoon brought fish into hiding, and all good day time plants shriveled back out of view in the darkening light. I stayed to a path I hadn't been on, and saw a peculiar sight. An old mine shaft. I walked forward slowly, there was a cart left outside of the mine. I looked up at the moon, half visible. I knew I needed someplace to sleep, for at nighttime was when evil things lurked in this part of the forest. I looked into the cart, seeing no reason not to I slipped silently into the cart, and crawled underneath the seats into a barley reachable place where I was invisible.

I slept in the cart that night, for tommorow I planned to go into the mine.

All 6 ponies awoke, tied to a cart going down an empty mine shaft. Twilight screamed as she saw their doom. The rails ended just down at the end of this tunnel. "Rarity, I need your help! Rarity! We must use our magic to get us out of here.

Rarity awoke, and both slowly became drowsy again. It was like...they couldn't stay awake.
