The figure came closer, but cautiously with the buck knife glistening in the moonlight. Shades started to scream, but all that came out was a squeak. He didn't care now though, he didn't care the knife was slowly entering his head. Everything was in slow motion, then nothing, blackness.
"Aahhhh!" Shades awoke from his nightmare, sweat drenched his body as he looked around his small bedroom. "Fuck!" he thought. " That dream gets worse every time." He looked at the clock, 4:39 a.m. He had been having the same dream every other night since his twin brother was murderd in front of him 2 years ago. He had been lucky to have gotten away, but invstigators had no leads to as who the killer was. That was the part that pissed him off the most. Not knowing who did that killed Shades.
He laid back down in his bed thinking about that night. He remeberd the exact last words his brother said, but quickly put it out of his head."Whats it gonna take to catch that mother fucker!" he grumbled. He knew however it was usless thinking about it.
Shades was 24, tall, muscular, white freckled skin, and brown hair that shown red in the light. He had no family since he and his brother were abandoned and grew up on the street since they were ten years old. Their mom was a addict,when she overdosed one night she went crazy and tried to kill them both. Fourtunatley they got away, but they knew they had to get away from her for good, so they did.
Since Shades was the smart one, they got a bus and moved to Manehattan where they made a living as pick-pockets. After about two years, they mde enough to buy a small one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Illeagaly of course, and now Shades still lives there."I have to get out of here." he thought, "To many bad memories around here. Hey, maybe i should call cousin Mac and Apple. They might know of a place to stay near their farm. I know their's a town near there."

4:09 p.m. That same day.
"Fuck practice sucked today!" Thought Spittfire. She had just gotten home and was in the shower enjoying the hot water relaxing her muscles. She had tripped over some new recruits that got in her way while she was jogging and found that the bruise on her ankle hurt like hell. She was tougher than that, and some how put the pain out of her mind.
Minutes later...
Spittfire just got out of the shower and was in her closet putting on her regular night wear, jeans and a tank top. She had just put on her pants when she heard a knock at the door." Coming!" she called. Of course she went down-stairs and looked out her peep-hole in the door to find her boyfriend standing on the porch with a bag in his hand. She opend the door and said, "Soarin! What are you doing here?" she asked giving him a hug around the waist, which he returned the hug.
"What? A guy can only see his awsome girlfriend when she invites him?" he asked in a sarcastic tone.
"Well I was going to call you." she replied.
"But thats not as fun!" he leaned in and kissed her on the forehead making her blush."Come on I rented that new romance and bought your favorite wine." he said a bit teasingly."and I was thinking after the movie, your room?"
"Fine." she said giving him a peck on the lips," but I'm going to make you work for it." she said seductivly in his ear, leading him inside.
9:30 p.m. That night.
"Well you made me work, thats for sure." said Soarin who was out of breath. Spittfire giggled."Aw don't tell me i over worked you."She said as she lay on top of him."No, but hope that you'll let me work overtime." he said giving a seductive look. She gave him a look which told him " maybe later".
"Hey I'm gonna fix something to eat, you want anything?" she asked.
He replied,"Nah, but let me get cleaned up and I'll go get another movie."She nodded and got out of bed, put on her red night gown that she barley wore, and went downstairs to fix something to eat.
While she was fixing the chicken pie she heard the phone rang and she answerd it.
"Hello?" she asked. A scratchy voice answerd back.
"Hello Spitfire." It asked. She became confused.
"Who is this?" She asked curiously.
"Someone who just wants to talk."
"Listen, I don't know you. If their's something you need just ask. Otherwise I'm hanging up."
"I need to leave a message that you need tho give to someone."
"Alright whats the message?"She said grabbing a note pad and a pen.
"Why my dear, both of you are the message!" She froze and the line was cut. She tried to call 911, however the phone didn't have a dial tone. It was dead. She heard a loud thud upstairs which startled her. She began to panic.she rain to the staircase to find Soarin standing at the top of the stairs.
"Soarin come on we got to go, someone just called and... Soarin?"She looked at him with a worried expression on her face. He started to tilt foward and he fell down the stairs, she stood over him and looked at his chest. There was a huge red spot on his blue shirt, he had been stabed and now he was dead. His lifeless eyes stared at her as she backed away in shock.
Suddenly someone grabbed her from behind and slammed her head into a wall and threw her to the ground. She quickly recoverd and started to crawl away when she felt a sarp pain in her thigh. She looked back to see a cloaked person who had just stabed her in her lower thigh. She was pinned. The knife had gone through her and stuck into the floor she tried to scream, but the figure almost flew at her and palmed her chin to where she couldn't scream. When he had done that she felt a sharp pain in here tongue. She had bittin through her tongue and blood was pouring out of her mouth.
She lay there now tears rolling down her face the figure climbed on top of her to where she couldn't move. It the grabbed her head and slammed it into the floor causing her to see stars. The attacker then violently fillped her over and looked down at her. She looked up to see the masked person raising a buck knife and bring it down. She felt a sharp pain in her throat, she chocked one last breath, and then there was nothing. Just black nothing.

" The police could not find any clues to as to who the person was that took the lives af the couple." the news reporter said. Shades was watching the news at his new apartment that he had moved into after visiting his cousins yesterday. He watched the report that made him think of his brother. But these thoughts were shatterd by his phone vibrating. He picked it up and read the screen. " Multimedia message from unknown number" it read. He opend it and foze at what he saw.
On the screeen showed the couple who had been killed the night before. Then he got a call from the same number. He answerd it, ever so cautiously.
"Hello?" he said weakly.
"Hello Shades. I'm here to finished what you started! You thought you had survived, but i let you get away. So now I'm going to make you sufer! You're like a star of a movie I'm filming."

Hey guys! This is finding out here. I hope you like the first chapter. This is my first fic so i hope i did good. Any ways i want to let you know that I purposely left Shades out most of this chapter because the next chapter is fpv and reveals alot more about him so stayed tune. Thanks for reading.
"You sick fuck!" I screamed."You think this is some sort-of game?!?
"Ha." they chuckled."This is no game Shades, you started this! You're the one who left your prick of a brother behind in that alley." I was feeling the rage of two years worth of sorrow start to take over my self-conscience."You spineless fuck!" I screamed."If you want to kill me so bad, why don't you kill me now?!?"
"Well that'd be too merciful." they replied coldly."You see i know everything about you. I know when you were born, what you You do for a living, where you live, and where you're standing right now!" I froze."What?" I managed to croak out.
"You heard me I'm watching you through your window." they replied menacingly. I wanted to see if I could throw him off.
"Oh yeah?" I replied confidently and started to itch the back of my kneck." Then tell me, what am I doing? Huh? What am I doing?!"
They started to laugh." You know, you might want some lotion for your back. It looks like you got a nasty itch." I felt fear crawling it's way back into me."You are watching me." I said blankly.
"Yes, and I think you might want to start spending time with people, before I reveal what you really."
"What did I do to you?!?"
"Will be revealed next time, but untill then you need to know who's next!"

They hung up the phone and I fell to the floor. I just laid there. I felt a sharp prick in my back, then I blacked out.I know that only a powerful drug could've knocked me out, because of the rush that I had. They had been my house! I should have known that, except on the phone he was so loud that I should've heard him in my house. Now I was probably being dragged to my death
Was I gonna die? They said that they wanted me to spend time with people before the figured out what I was. What was I? What had I done to them? What was their motive? But most of all, who were they and how many are there? Whatever it was, it was not going to end well. I started to think about AJ and her family Then it hit me,"They're going after them next?"

He woke up and felt oh-so sore. He looked around and saw that he was in an apple orchard and it was still day-time. He was laid against one of the trees. He tried to sit up, but felt a sharp pain in his chest and looked down. A paper was folded in half and was stapled to his chest. The note said "clue". It was typed as well, so he could'nt figure out who wrote it.Ever so slowly, he painfully removed the note and opend it.
"Just cause this is your cousins land, does not mean that I intend on killing them next. Your first clue is easy, my next victim was always nice to you, but they could be in your face if you got them going. They always had a crush on you. I'm watching you as you read this, so you have two hours to figure it out as soon as you're done reading this. Happy searching!

He began to fill the energy rush burst through him as he picked his-self up and ran to AJ's house. Thinking of two possibilities of who was next on this psycos kill list." It's either Pinkie or Twilight." he thought."I've got to tell AJ!"
He stumbled into the door only to trip over the exact person he was looking for. She angrily looked at him and said," what the hell's yo problem!?!" Then she saw the blood." what happend ta ya?" she asked, a very worried expression on her face.
"No time!" he coughed out." We got to call 911!" He handed her the note. She looked at him with a worried look and started to go to the phone to dial 911, when it rang. She picked it up."Hello?" she asked. He watched her face grow worried to scared. Then she turned to him and said," It's for you."
