The Beginning of a Ghoul
A cold breeze blew slowly over me, enveloping me in it's grasp..
I slowly rise out of a long 'sleep'. By sleep I mean, other dimension visit(?).
My body is sore, yet I feel no pain or fatigue, only emptiness. I try opening my eyes, but my tiredness would not allow me to, causing me to lay in the soft grass for some time. With only the sounds of nature to keep me company, I quickly grew bored. I started listening to every noise I could understand; Birds in the trees were chirping in an off-pitch tone,for something must have startled them, wolves howled in the distance, probably causing the birds to cower, and I just lay here.
Motionless. Not even breathing.
*Crack *
My eyes shot open, hurting my head with the view. The place was full of bright colors, radiating through every pore in my body. The animals were happy-looking and ignorant. This whole place was sickening .
While quickly blinking my eyes to adjust in the amazing difference in color, I spot two splotches in color, vibrant at that, conversing in seemingly intelligent conversation by some old pear(?) trees. I knew they were pear trees, for I could 'see' the name of all plant life... for some reason.
I crawled into a bush to hide myself, and tried listening in on their conversation.
I understood nothing, but their voices seemed to be muffled, as if someone put a wall in front of their faces(?). I could only understand that they were Equine in shape, were colored vibrantly, and were intelligent.
With my eyes and ears failing me, I listen in on their conversation, to no avail...

Two ponies are walking in a pear garden, heading to the oldest pear tree...
"Honey Pear, you and I both know of that magic anomaly that happened near here! A foal and filly are both gone! Let us investigate your-" A white stallion, named Zap Lawuer, was saying, before he fell onto a large stick, *Crack *!
"BUCK!"
"Zap! Are you ok?" A orange pegasus mare said,"I will go and get the medical k-"
"No thanks," He said as he whipped out his own medical kit,"I am quite clumsy, so I always bring my own."
"Alright... but can I apply the medicine? You could hurt yourself." The mare calmly said.
"Yeah, that would be nice." Zap said.
The mare slowly pulls out a small wipe-pad with the tip-feathers of her wings, unwraps it carefully, and lightly puts it on the stallions cut. The stallion grunted, but he remained calm. Honey smiled at Zap. Zap did the same.
"I am gonna go back to my home now, I believe it is time to feed the animals, so bye Zap!" Honey said with her kind smile.
"Bye!" Zap said, as he just sat onto the side of the oldest pear tree.
Honey walks away slowly, and when she is far out of view, Zap counts 30 seconds before exclaiming something...
"Ugh... that stupid mare will be the death of me... I cannot wait until I can own her land... heheah!"
Zap grinned a large sadistic smile, cocked his head back, and laughed on and on...

I watch as the seemingly nice equine laughs evilly behind his 'friends' back.
Though I cannot 'feel' emotions, I can transgress them. My entire being was that of hatred...
I bust through the bushes, my pumpkin atop my head, and my anger higher than any skyscraper known to man. I was watching these kind creatures of the forest for all of my conciousness, and this one creature DARES to disrupt the perfect harmony in my heart...
All I can remember is that I lost control...

Zap, still laughing, hears a loud cracking coming from the bushes next to him. Raising his ears, he sees something that would give the guards themselves nightmares.
He saw a large bi-pedal beast, with a pumpkin-shaped head, two eyes that literally emitted fire, and a pure black armored shroud. He saw the large scars on the beast's armor, the hatred and fear burning in its eyes, and the pure emptiness in his 'soul'.
Zap stood there, afraid to do anything, as he watched the beast rise from the ground, take it's own head, and removed it.
It removed it's bucking HEAD!
Zap tried to run, but before he could even realize it, the beast's hand was on his neck, slowly choking the life out of Zap. Zap watched as the beast drew his hand back, and lunged it towards Zap's chest, splitting it open and releasing all of Zap's organs.
Zap laid dead by the tree, but the beast was not finished yet. The beast's head smiled a wicked smile, and began devouring every single piece Zap.
Zap's heart was the first to go, for it was crushed between the beast's spiked teeth, making the pumpkin head covered in red. His other organs were simply thrown about and littered around the old pear tree, but his brain... his brain was ripped out of his skull by the beast's large fingers, and was engulfed in flames.
Within 10 minutes of pure gore, the only thing left of Zap was his empty carcass hanging from the tree, his bones and organs stripped from him, for they were taken by the beast.
The beast laughs maniacally, making every forest animal cringe in sheer fear...

Time:5:00 a.m. C.T. (Celestia Time)
Victim: Zap Lawuer, a High-lawyer of the Royal Justice Court
Crime:Pony-slaughter of the highest degree
Crime Scene Depection: When we arrived, from a message from Honey Pear, we saw his body in the tree, hanging like a rag. All blood and organs were ripped out of him, but his body was fresh, so he must have suffered through the torment. it seems a large animal, in a rabid rage, must have slaughtered the pony, but as to what, we do not know.
Suspect(s):Unknown
Witnesses: Honey pear
T.O.D. 3:00 a.m. C.T.

7:00 a.m., We see a grey unicorn pegasus trot around his office...
"What the hay! How in the world is there a case that I cannot solve within an hour! I am Sherclop Hooves!" the grey stallion was nearly yelling in his office,"I have to go to the scene itself now! Trotson!"
A yellow pegasus stallion slowly enters the room, saying,"Y-yes Mr. Hooves?"
"We are going to another crime scene Trotson! This animal will be found by me, and caught by me, and skinned by ME!" Mr. Hooves was yelling, for his daughter's birthday was tomorrow, so he wanted to be free.
"O-ok sir.." Trotson replied.
"S-sir, please do not mind me asking, but what was your daughter's name again? people keep on calling her-"
"Trotson, do not speak of my daughter's cruel nick-name in front of me. Now come we have work to do..."
Trotson nodded, and followed Mr.Hooves out the door, hoping that he never meets the animal that caused this, but hoping even more that Mr. Hooves would forgive him.

We see the 'beast' in an odd cave, his bloodlust still uncured...
"GRRRRRRRR" A loud voice echos throughout the cave.
"COME AT ME YOU FAT BEAR!" the Beast yells.
"ROAR! "
"I am no normal being anymore, I AM THE KING OF FRIGHT! I AM THE GHOUL OF CHAOS!" The Ghoul erupts, stunning the bear for a second.
The bear never saw what hit him.
The search for a Ghoul...
Chapter 2: The search for a Ghoul...
A large white room, holding ponies of every race, is entered by a certain alicorn...
Everypony is bowing to the princess as a short and stubby colt runs up the aisle towards her.
"Princess!" The colt nearly yells, fear plastered upon his face,"There was a disturbance in the harmony of Equestria!" The colt was sweating a storm from every pore in his body, his mind plastered in absolute fear.
"I know." Princess Celestia said,"I went to check on him , but nothing has happened to his prison. We have nothing to fear," Celestia suddenly went from her normal cheeriness to a more serious tone,"BUT just to make sure, I am sending Sherclop and Trotson to investigate the scene. I believe by now they should have gotten the news on what happened at Pear's orchard."
"Princess... you never told us what happened at the orchard. If you would be kind enough to-" the colt was saying, before a hoof silenced him calmly.
"What happened there was something that nopony should ever have to bear witness to." Celestia sighed.
"Right... Celestia can I ask one more thing?" Celestia nodded,"Where is your student?"
Celestia nearly fell over in the dramatic change in news to give, but she answered without scene,"She is celebrating her 6th year as my student, but since she is not an adult, her parents are taking her to the Royal Vacation Library."
Celestia nearly laughed at how much the little filly could read, heck, one time she caught Twilight in the 'forbidden' part of the library...
[~FlashBack~]
Celestia was walking down one of the many treacherous hallways in her castle when she saw something catch her eye.
She saw Twilight Sparkle in the library, but this was not the problem...
Twilight was about to enter the one aisle of the library that no -18 year olds are allowed to enter. The one aisle that held all of the most 'adult' books in all of Equestria's history.
Twilight was about to enter the 'XXX' section of the library, but the librarian was not stopping her. Why?
Celestia looks towards where the librarian should be, but only found the librarian slumped down onto the counter, asleep. Twilight was reaching for one of the books by the time Celestia understood the situation fully.
Her beloved student was about to read about 'it', but Celestia would not have that so...
Celestia raised her horn, and shot a sleep spell at Twilight, stopping her from even touching the 'adult' books.
[~End~]
Celestia laughed at the memory. She laughed so hard that she fell over, but then she realized something.
Everypony was still watching her.
Blushing at her outburst, she stood back up, and said,"I just remembered an old joke 'tis all. Now we must depart towards thy royal chambers..." She blinked,"I mean..."
Celestia just laughed at herself, and everypony else joined in. Celestia and her guards just walked out of the room, giggling,(Not the guards, just Celestia)
'Well, that was stupid'
Celestia trots back to her room, hoping that the ponies would forget today, but also wishing that she forgot what happened EARLIER.

I feel a soft, yet firm, warmness envelop me as I awaken. Taking this for a chance at truly waking up, I rise out of bed slowly. I feel a furry presence under my hand. As I started to pull my hand back and forth, I then felt something explode into my... non-existing head.
"Hello? Hello? Can you hear me? Over." A familiar voice said into my non-existent head.
"Um.. yes I can, Over?" I said aloud, confused on what was happening.
"Whoopie! You can hear me!" The voice was saying in a cheerful, yet dark voice,"I have to say that you, my friend, cause the best chaos I have ever seen! "
What?
"I mean, first you MURDERED an evil pony, then you beat the tar out of an Ursa Minor!" The voice said.
'WHAT?" I was yelling. Not out of hate or any emotion, just confusion.
"You really do not remember anything?" I nodded,'... wait what would nodding do? '.
"I guess I will have to MAKE you remember... stay still, for this may hurt a bit." the voice said calmly.
"Wait, wha-" I was cut short as a lot of visions made their way into my non-existent mind.

Blood.
It is all I want.It is all I desire. My armored body lusts for it, my soul calls for it.
...but my mind does not wish for it.
My mind is split in two; My bloodlust and my uncaring attitudes reigning over my body, while something spurs in my mind. My mind feels all soft and weak, as if it was turned into a cloud, while I slaughter this vile beast. My eyes, though non- existent, wish to cry out.
I felt something. I had felt... dread.
'Does that mean I can only feel if I kill? Does it work any other way? I want to feel.... hehehe.... '
"Hahahahaheh!"
"Hmm... what are you laughing about?" The stupid draconeesus said.
"I have learned that I can feel if I can kill.. so that means that if I kill, I will feel, I will feel.... I WILL BE!"
I launched out of my cave, my head and mind left behind in a drawer or something. I do not care anymore, for I can feel again.
I just need one thing...
Blood.
I continue to run, dashing out of brush and low hanging vines.
Blood.
My mind races, pounding my soul to stay quiet.
'NO! I do not need it... I do not need it..'
My body starts to burn for some reason, but I was to concentrated to notice.
'I... Do... Not...
My mind begins to slow down, I 'feel' gone, but one though remains in my head.
'I... Need... Blood.. BLOOD!'
My eyes lock onto a large shadow in the sky...
'DIE!'

Meanwhile, in the Bat world of Discord...
"So, I hear your champion has been doing well my friend," Discord said to a cloaked character.
"Yes, he has." 'He' said,"How is your champion?"
"My champion? I believe he has gone mad-"
"HA" 'He' interrupted,"So what kind of madness? Jokester, Bloodlust, Anger...?"
"I saw him murder a pony," Discord scowled at 'Him',"then he ATE him."
'He' just stared blankly at Discord.
Discord did the same.
"If 'Lord' ever finds out about this, we are screwed." 'He' said, his eyes taking a darker tone.
The two sat there, hours upon hours, until Discord said one thing.
"I think... that my champion is doing something..."
They look out the window of space and time, and peer through the eyes of the champion.
[~]
A large beast, covered in thick, blood crimson scales, descends upon me.
"..." The Beast just stared at me, waiting for a reason.
I never gave it one.
I jumped, my metallic right hook jabbing into its chest, making a small amount of blood trickle down my arm.
Blood!
"Yelp!" The Beast roared,"YOU DARE! "
The Beast lunged at me, striking my chest plate, breaking one of its talons in the process.
"What are you!?" The Beast roared.
"I am the Ghoul of Chaos, what be you?" I replied.
"I am an elder dragon, foul being, and my name is Bloodclo-" He started to say before I punched him.
He looked at me with eyes of fear,"So even your name has blood in it... DELICIOUS!"
Bloodcloak looked at me, eyes full of fear, for I was drinking his blood in front of him.
Blood!
"DIE FOUL BEING!" He screamed at me, ramming into my body.
I felt nothing.
"You first," I said calmly, while jamming my hand into his eye socket, thoroughly ripping out his eyeball in the process.
I popped it in my 'mouth'.
'That's right... I left my head at home...'
I realized I have been draining all of that blood into my armor this whole time.
'.... who cares?'
I jammed my fist into his eye-socket, and pulled out his mind.
'This thing is ugly' I thought as I 'ate' it.
'.....'
'What have I just done?'
I thought that over and over, feeling only remorse in my body.
'I killed again... no no no no no no no....'
I smiled...
'I can feel... that is what matters only... hehehehe...'
"THANK YOU FOR THE MEAL!" I said as I laughed into the darkness...

Discord looked at his friend,"That was entertaining..."
"Yep." 'He' said.
" Defiantly!" a new voice called out.
"Oh no..." 'He' and Discord said simultaneously.
"Oh yes...."
"Please lordship! Do not hurt me or Discord for our cr-"
"I will allow this."
Discord toppled over.
"What?" Discord said.
"I will allow this little game, for now that is, because it is amusing."
"..." Discord and 'Him' were silent.
"I believe it is time for another adventure.. LET US WATCH!" the voice echoed...
"Sure..."Discord said.
"How could this get any worse!" 'he' whispered.
"It will."
Return of the head...
Nothingness...
It is all that surrounds me.
I feel as if I am broken, but never meant to be fixed.
I hear screaming, I hear it coming from inside my own head....
'My... head...'
I get up from my sorry excuse for a bed, for it appeared to be a destroyed rock, and walked towards my head.
'Hello old friend...'
I put on the head, but as I do so, a large amount of something wrecked into my 'mind'.

"What have I done...." I say, looking at my hands,"there... is no excuse for what I've done..."
I watch as the color of my hands slowly change...
My blood red hands slowly became an odd shade of blue. I just stare in absolute shock as I feel something creeping into my being.
My entire SOUL is being filled with SOMETHING, but what is it?
I stare blankly as a voice, more female than the last, enters my 'mind', reverberating along my remaining strands of sanity.
"Human..."The voice said,"I feel your hatred towards yourself, and I have a way to fix it, but I need your 'help' on something..."
I gulp, out of something...fear? Is this what fear is like? Am I experiencing an emotion other than madness? How am I...
"How am I... feeling right now, voice?" I stutter to the voice in my head, fearing for what may come back.
"With me by your side, guiding you along, your curse will be gone for good. You will be able to feel again, you will be able to speak to the ponies, and you may even change their way of life entirely... What do you say?"
I just stood there, immobile, for I was concentrating.
'If I accept, I will have to go on another quest by a new being, but I will get better life things with 'her'(?)'
'What will happen when Discord returns to me? Will he be angry? She said I would be safe...'
I cock my head, nearly making it fall off.
'I hope she is right...'
"I agree to your offer Ms...?"
"Just call me Mother, my child, for I will protect you like my own." Mother said in a voice so calm, so peaceful, that I nearly forgot my own problems.
"Mother.. What is your task?" I ask, my head's expression changing from 'serious' to a expression fitting my emotion.
My emotion as of right now felt as if I had a whole lot of security in my body, as if my body was free of its shackles.
I was joyous, not out of anything evil either, just joyous.
"I will tell you that much later my child, for now though, you must go to a pony city north of here, for there is large chance of you being accepted."
I stopped in my tracks.
'I cannot control myself around one pony.... but a city full of them? Is Mother crazy!?'
"I know you are questioning my reasoning in your head, but please, go there for your Mother." She said in such a convincing tone.
"Yes, Mother, I will go to this city up north,but... this cave will always be my home in the end." I said as I started getting up.
I was starting to pack my extremely small amount of stuff, listening to Mother's plan.
"You will go there, saying that you are a cursed being, but you wish to live in peace."I nodded,"You see, the people in this town are very accepting as of late. They have four teen-age dragons living there, and they are as much loved as everyone else."I blinked,'Dragons? why is that word so very chilling to me...',"This will be the last you will hear of me for awhile, my child, for I have a job to do..." I smiled.
I actually smiled.
"Thank you Mother, you have granted me gifts that I could never repa-"
"You will never have to repay your own Mother my child! I love you too much for that. I will fight the insanity in you for you, while you try to live. Try my son..."Mother said as her voiced trailed off...
'Love?'
'What is love?'
'I will find out how to love, as with other emotions, but this one... scares me. Love, which I feel to be the most needed emotion, scares me.'
'....' My mind is blank for a second.
'I will find a way to love.'
With that finale, I tripped over something.
A book.
'How did I never notice this?'
I open the book, and inside the cover is a weird looking writing utensil, a monocle, and a ring.
I pull out the ring, but before putting it on, there was a light shining off the book.
The shine on the page formed slowly, spinning around slowly, and finally forming one thing.
Words.
Words that I could understand.
They read, 'The ring in your hand allows you to channel the magic within, and use it as easy as pointing a finger. You will instantaneously learn the basics, but the harder spells will be much harder to learn. The more you learn, the more pages in this book become available.'
'What?'
I put on the ring, entirely oblivious to the fact that instant learning, albeit seeming fun, is painful.
Pain.
That is a new feeling.
My body and minddo things for awhile, but before I could even scream in the agony, I blacked out. Alone. In a ca- no... in my home.
[~]
You are my puppet for life...' an echoing voice said...
'You shall follow me to the end...'
'You are the last hope for my cause...'
'Discord has handed your soul to me, for he is weaker than I...'
'Follow me, my friend, for you will-'
"No!" a chilling voice screamed.
"Thine here is the child of mine. He is no puppet for you to control, you damn hum-"
"SILENCE! No one is allowed to speak of my origins..."
"We are both Lord Gods, and because of that, we will play a game."
"The 'game'?... That sounds alright."
"My son will live in this world as he pleases, but we all know the rules of the game..."
"Mother?" I ask, my entire soul watching two gods fight... not as cool as I once thought,"What is the 'game '?"
I see her, her magnificent build, her dark helmet and armor, and her smile.
"... when did thou get here..." Her face being one of absolute confusion.
"I was here.... since that being spoke to me..."
She looked at me as though I had done something I never should have.
"Remember my son, that mommy will always love you... but this bet I have made wagers your being.
"..." 'WHAT!?'
"The 'game' is when we bet a soul between Lord Gods, Gods who have ascended to near-Omnipotent levels, and the rules are as follows..." My face takes the appearance of an insane lunatic...
"Mother.... you bet my entire being.... my entire life AND afterlife... to an insane god?"
"I do not deny my insanity."
"...."
"Wake me up now." I say in a monotone voice.
"But..."
"I am not mad at you mother.... I just do not want to be by you for right now..."
"..."
"Okay.... my child..." Her face becoming sad.
I did not care.
"Wake me up Now! " I beckoned, surprised at my voice level.
*Sniff* "Okay son.. okay.... have a good da-"
"Bye pitiful human" the insane god said, as he hit me in the head with his shoe(?), knocking me out... or is it in? I mean I am waking up....
I shouldn't over-think this, or else my new sanity may break....

The sun rises, making everything in the world smile.... except one man...
"..." I rise from the floor, going to my 'bathroom' to fix up my pumpkin.
'I can trust no one... not even Lord Gods...'
I try to remove my head to clean the blood out of the mess that is, in fact, my insides...
but I felt as if, for once, I could not lose my head.
'Great... how am I gonna clean my in- '
I stopped thinking entirely as I looked upon my body.
Yes. My body, not armor, but an actual body!
'Is this what the ring does!? Makes me weaker? I really hate this ring!'
I look at the book that was on the ground since yesterday, walked over to it, than opened it.
A shiny light emitted from the page reading,
If you want your armored body, your pumpkin head, and your cold stare, to reappear upon your body, you must chant these words; Ave Fatum-
'That sounds stupid.'
-for it means to 'Hail Doom', the more you stay in the pumpkin armor, the more 'He' consumes you...
Umm..... what?
... but that is only if you accept the insanity that comes from the pumpkin body. If you just like the form, you can stay in it as long as you like... but the insanity will be harder to fight...
The words just become a whole bunch of mumbo-jumbo after that, so I rise off the floor (that I was laying on to read for some reason) and say the words.
"Ave Fatum!"
I felt my body erupt into another series of painful strengths... why is it that the gods like to watch me like this?
'I try my best, but it is just not there...'
I walk into my bed, wishing for a normal slumber...
"NOPE! GAME RULE!" A loud voice beckoned.
I fell into a nightmare so evil, so devilish, for I was watching myself do more murderous things!
I laughed!
Insanity, Evil, and the road to freedom...
...or death...
The sun is setting, making my home dark...
"Ugh!" I say, rising from my nightmare.... that I do not remember,"I will never change again..."
I stand up, my old metal body creaking over the sudden movement.
'I can never be a stealthy ninja, that much is sure... ' I think, trying to remove my mindset away from them .
The sun, disappearing behind the canopies of trees, is calling for me to leave.
"I guess it is time for me to go..." I say, looking back at my cave.
My 'bed', which was just alot of feathers and hide piled into a single blocky area, was in the middle of the room, while all of my possessions were in my 'backpack', which is just a large hide.
'Wait... where did these things come from? ' I think,'I have never really hunte-'
Suddenly, I remember the nightmare....
Which was not a nightmare after all....

My human body, soaked in sweat and grime, started to change form.
My arms' flesh was the first to go, for the armor was growing in the flesh, tearing it all strand of muscle by muscle...
"AH! Aye no fu!" My body shouted, not controlled by me.
"I shall not break to pain!" My body said, tears evident in his (still human) eyes.
"Growr!"
Then, my chest started to dissolve into intself... turning from flesh into my pitch-black armor...
"AHHHH!!" My body kept on screaming, torture evident in my voice.
It went on like this, destroying my limbs, head, groin, and finally... my inards.
"Pain.... I .... bring it.... haheii.." My body said, laughing like a madman.
I see myself pull off my pumpkin head, but instead of tossing it away, my arm held onto it. The head turned from a face of torture to a face of madness, small green flames emitting from the sides of the smile.
My body moves, ignoring the writhing pain emanating from my soul.
I was hurting, while my body did as it wished.
I watched my body walk into the forest, armor changing its shade from black to purple.
"The game has begun..." my body says, oblivious to its surroundings.
Screams of pain is what follows, but this time, it is not of ponykind.... for it is of every woodland creature within a mile...
I watch myself kill every one of them... my soul weakening from watching each one of them be skinned alive or worse...
I watch myself eat cubs in front of their mothers, slaughter families in front of the babies, but not kill the babies...
But the worst part about all this was...
It wasn't my body... it was me...
"Do you hear me sanity? I will win our little game!"

I throw away the backpack, for it sparks evil within me.
I destroy all of my possessions, leaving only three things with me: My pumpkin head, The Book, and...
A cape from the pure black skin of some woodland creature.
The cape shall remind me of what I must conquer, or else lose myself.
'I will win...' My insanity taunted.
'I will win...' My evil taunted.
'I will conquer...' My bloodlust taunted.
'I will survive!' I yelled into my mind, silencing the temptations of death.
"This is gonna be a long journey."

I finally finished my preparations, and it is now time to go.
I walk out the door, looking, for one last time, back at my cave...
Before throwing a torch onto the bed, burning everything I had left behind.
'I will win this game, for a sound mind is what I need to live...'
I walk towards the town Mother had mentioned, for it may be the last hope of conquering my mind.
'If I can make friends... I could beat my evils within me...'
I start walking a bit faster, motivation kicking in.
'I could reclaim my soul...'
I start running.
'I can be free!'
I start sprinting, my metallic legs seeming to clank along as I do so.
'Even if you beat me... you can never escape me...'
I halt.
'I will not run from you, I am you. I need insanity, but I will not become you...'
I start to slowly walk.
'Whatever you say...'
Then I halt again, for I have finally made a giant realization.
'Why do you sound like mother?'
'I sound like her, for it causes you to lose your sanity a bit faster... Heheh'
I scowl.
'Silence.'
'...'
'Good.'
I start sprinting towards my destination again, my mind admiring the land I am walking along.
'Even at night, these forests are beautiful...'
'I agree with you on this.'

I slowly walk towards the crowd, expecting them to scream at my appearance in a moments notice.
They did not even notice me.
'Wow, these guys must be doing something... '
'Let us listen in on their conversation!'
'Fine, but be quiet from now on, unless I speak to you. '

I walk into a bush near the crowd, duck into said bush, and became camouflaged. I started listening in on their conversation...
I could actually understand them... is it because Discord cannot muffle the 'Evil' creatures? If so... that means I can really know if Discord was just another lying god or not.
I stop thinking about all of this when a voice starts screaming from the crowd...
"My fellow ponies! Today is a day of great change! For today is the day Celestia knows her place!" The voice, which was coming from a black and blue stallion in the middle of the group, continue to call out,"Today is the day that mares know their place! And that place is....
"In the kitchen!" The stallion, who from this moment on will be called Dick, roared.
'Damn... I can sense that these ponies are evil... but not originally. '
"Princess Celestia, our ruler, will bow to us! We will be the princes of the whole universe!"
The crowd cheers.
"We are the Princes of the Universe! We shall beat down the 'love and tolerence' life style of these ignorant mares!"
The crowd nearly explodes into cheer.
"We shall slay our princess, and absorb her power for OURSELVES!"
The crowd erupts into a large cheer, echoing across the sky.
'I am gonna try to calm them down. Or mabye I will stop their, seemingly treacherous, ways.
I get out of my bush, with the speed of lightning, and ran straight up to the crowd.
Completely forgetting what I look like.
A frightened stallion looks at me as he yells,"DEMONSPAWN!"
"WITCH-CRAFT!" says another.
"KILL THE BEAST!" says an extremely buffed out blue pony, who seems to be emitting testosterone.
'I just walked into a crowd of buff stallions eager enough to kill their leader. Am I insane? '
'No, I am.'
'Do not worry, I got this.'
'Wha- '
Suddenly, and quite smoothly, my body changes from its normal headless, horseless-man to a pitch-black version of itself.
"Silence! You are trying to control this world? I will be the judge, jury, and executioner of all who pass my way... and I judge you all guilty to Treason!" Bloodlust said.
'What are you going to do Blood? DO NOT KI- '
"You are all sentenced to... 3 years in the hospital without limbs!" Bloodlust said, changing my bodies arms into blades.
"ATTACK!" Dick shouted.
"I'll try my best to forget your screams, but they will always haunt you in your dreams!" Bloodlust roared.
*Spleuch*
Dick's front-left hoof was sliced in half, while his eye was scratched deeply.
"AHH~"
"One down..."

A buff stallion was stripped of his back legs, each of them being cut off with percision.

Then, my body shifted its color from pitch-black to the equivalent of an insane man's art project.

My body changes back to normal.
"Now, you will make me into a citizen of your city. You will have equality with your female counterparts, and you will not try to harm your royalty...
"Understand?" I say, my voice booming with demand.
"Ye- Yes s- sir...." a black, thin stallion said.
"Who is the leader of this town?"
"The mayor of this town is umm... over there." the black stallion said.
"What is the name of this town, for I wish to live in peace." I said, my smile beaming with compassion.
"I would believe that... I mean those guys were dragging all of the stallions into this thing, but now that they are done. We are free!"
"Really? How many of you were brought here against your will?"
"Almost all of us. Duckie Burns over there," the stallion pointed to Dick, I mean Duckie,"he was the most strongest bucker of us all. He has lot of 'friends' in the army, but they may stop liking him since he was, you know, defeated."
"Interesting..."
"I want to ask something." the stallion said, his eyes staring in wonder at my body.
"Who, and what, are you?"
"I am a ghoul, and my job is Chaos." I said, taking off my head, and scaring the shit out of 60% of the stallions," But you can call me...
"Angelus Mortis." I say, somehow learning a new language since I touched that book.
"Nice to meet you Angelus, I am Dark Blossom. I am a gardener of dark-colored plants like the unusual Black Flowers." He said, proud of his work.
"That is good and all, but what is this town's name?"
"This is Mareiland! Of course most of the mares are inside due to ex-mayor Duckie's decisions, but now we can free our wives!"
The crowd around us suddenly smiled at me.
"You have saved our town from that blasted pony, though you scare us, you are welcome here." an odd stallion, pure brown, said to me.
"Who are you?"
"I am the next in power for Mayor's Office, so now I am the new mayor, and my name is...
"Blue Spark." he said, his smile giving me some of the emotion I have been craving.
Love... or friendship... are they different?
"I am a creature that has never understood emotion until a few days ago. I have a question of dire importance to say." I said, my face smiling.

He just stares at me for a bit.

I fell asleep, as I heard one thing escape my pumpkin lips.

My body, sleeping soundly, was very different then what was going on in my mind.
My body was slowly tossing and turning, a smile on its face...
But my mind was being bombarded by anything but happy thoughts.
'This is my body now!' Bloodlust screamed within my mind, destroying any hope of sleep.

'Not anymore...' Bloodlust says as he appears before my mind in an odd form.
He looked like me, but with major differences including:
Waterfalling out of Bloodlust's eyes was crimson blood, disappearing when they reach his mouth.
His pumpkin was damaged, cuts seen on its side.
His armor was coated in crimson blood, making his armor seem red.
My cloak was replaced with a large, black cloak, covering from his shoulders to his toes.
Lastly, his gauntlets were slightly more clawed than mine, resembling bladed fingers.
'Like what you see?' Bloodlust said, curling his bladed finger-tips to his palm.
'I do not care for your appearance, for this is my body. Do you hear me? MINE!' I hollered at him, making him cringe.
'This is our body, thank you very much, but since you want it so badly... Why don't we have a duel?' He said, his smile growing ever-so larger.
'I will fight you, for even though you seem stronger, I am reasonable at this game... ' I say, reason intact.
'Let us begin then...' he said, collapsing all of his fingers into a line and jabbing them towards my chest plate.
I grab his gauntlet, cutting my palm in the process, and discovered one thing.
We can break eachother's armor.
'Ah-hah! ' I think, quickly switching into the most hardest of all fighting styles.
Tai Chi.
'You want to dance?' Bloodlust said, changing into a Moi Tai stance.

He, with his absolute non-experience, attacks first.
His fist goes at the speed of lightning, nearly hitting me... if it was not for the fact that I was not just using Tai Chi.
I was user of all forms of martial arts.
I punch back, using Moi Tai, hitting his fist directly. Due to my much heavier experience, my fist obliterated his, causing his left gauntlet to fall to the floor.

I did not hesitate, I used a knife-hand (Karate chop) on his arm, and like that, his entire right arm fell into pieces.
Causing him to fall to the floor, writhing in absolute pain.
'I own this body. I will not lose it again. ' I said.
My vision of the room fades, light beginning to fill my vision in its place.
"Good morning..." I say to myself, knowing that it was not so.
I look out my window, hoping to see some ponies around town.
I need conversation, or I may lose myself.

He puts his mirror back to, once again, Discord-knows-where and says,"We are off to visit the local shops. Not much else though."

Evil does not answer, and instead Insanity pulls something out of his infinite space bag.
A long metallic object, sharp enough to cut through walls.
Or spirits.
Evil just looks open eyed at Insanity.
"I will be victorious..." he says, a disembodied flame coming from his armor.
The flame turned into a giant smiley face on him.
"Wait..."
Bloodlust could not finish his statement, for Insanity had already stabbed him.
Bloodlust looks at Insanity,"..."
Bloodlust's body turns into a vile pile of goop.
Red as blood.
Evil looks upon Insanity.
'I will win!"
Evil draws his knife, aiming fro insanity's chest.
Insanity cut him down to size.
The size being half, that is.
Evil turns into a pile of goop, blue as the sky.
Insanity looks upon the piles.
"Hehehehehehehehhe...."
Insanity grabs both piles, and shoves them into his mouth.
"Glub hak bue jeuf" He laughs, eating his friends.
His body starts to change, becoming more humanoid, but also becoming more darkened.
"I am no longer just Insanity!"
He looks at his new body.
"I am Genocide!"

Genocide walks into Harmony's domain, breaking the seals protecting the king of the mind.

Harmony just stared at Genocide, indifference apparent on his face.
"It seems you have won the game Genocide, good job."
Harmony stands up, popping many of his parts into place.
Harmony looks like an automaton, for his entire body was armor. Even his pumpkin was replaced with a armored human head.
"I will hand you the keys to this body..."
"But remember, if you DARE challenge a god or goddess, I will eliminate you myself..." Harmony said, walking by Genocide.
Genocide was frozen in absolute fear.
'How was this a good idea?' genocide thought, his new voice startling him.
"You have been granted powers to the mind. Good luck, have fun, and I hope you die."
Harmony disappeared, leaving Genocide to himself.
'So was this worth it?' he thinks as he takes control of the body.
He sees the damn mayor pony walking by him.
"Hey mayor," I say,"let us go ove-"
I feel something.
My body changes, my entire apparel getting holes in it, extending, and expelling blades from parts of my body.

"Hello?" I call, trying to find the reason for this.
Only silence echos back.
"HELLO?" I say, my voice much louder this time, but I still have not an echo.

I look to where this voice came from, but an extremely bright light emanated from it.
My eyes, still used to absolute darkness, broke under the light.
They melted in their sockets.

Doom, smiling, says,"I have found our new victor." and then disintegrated into dust, wrapping around me.
My body ignited, seeming to burn all of space/time around it.
A morbid *Whirr* could be heard throughout the room, which has been changed into a large white room.
My body, disintegrated and gone, leaves behind a pile of bones and a large red cloak.
"What just-" Mother tried to say, until the piles of bones moved.
The bones, arranging themselves into a full human shape, are wrapped around by the large red cloak.
My new body, looking like a red version of Death, stepped out.
"Bow to me, for Doom is here." I say, my voice seeming to radiate over the whole area.
The gods, mother included, stepped out of their cover, and bow down to me.
I stare downwards at the bowl of time, seeing the point of when I was thrown into this world in the first place.
I was never meant to be in this world. I was meant for something much worse.
I aim my new golden gauntlet at my past self, concentrating all of my soul into this shot.

The pumpkin head my my past self burst, splattering in all directions. My armor melted, creating an odd puddle of smelted metal.
I smile a grin of pure madness, for I have done the impossible.

Summary of all of this jazz: Doom was looking for the last piece of him, and our protagonist was the final piece. With the absorption of the final piece, our protagonist had to fight every other Doom mentally, which was not very hard for he was the true Doom, and the new Doom decided to kill his past self.
With the past self dead, none of this story ever happened, but the soul remains inside of Doom due to timey-wimey stuff.
Yes, instead of ending this like a true author, I just slapped something together, but I hope you guys enjoyed this small ride.
Prologue- Happy birthday.....
The day was a warm one, the scent of leaves in the air, and the feeling of a light breeze
I opened the door out of the office, and started down my way. The bright sun beaming down at me all the way, as I was staring out of the large clear glass. The Boss smiling at me as he led me out of the building. Today, I went home early...
I was walking home, for my job was finally done, and was kicking cans along the way. My car had broken down a few days ago, so my friend, Albert, said he would fix it up for me. He is a kind friend, but we all know it takes him awhile to get things done,'just like his old man ', I thought as I was chuckling.
Today was one of the few days of true happiness in my life, for I am an Army Mercenary of sorts, so I almost never have a good day. My family on my small farm always comforted me, especially Granny, when a case was too much, for we all cared for one another as if we were one being. My daughter, Jane, was the most rebellious of the whole family, mainly because of of teenage-itis, but also because I am almost never home.
The few days I were home had to be days such as: Hail, downpour, hurricane, tornado, overly-bright day, and today, for today was the day I had been awaiting all year long. Today was my birthday.

I finally reached my street. My street is a usually bright, kind, and sunny one, but for some reason, today everything was silent. I smelt an odd odor in the air, the smell greater the more I walked towards my home. My home was a two-story home, the kids getting the top floor, while me and my wife,Margaret, get the bottom floor. The reason for that is simply, if a robber comes in, the kids are further out of reach.
I walked by Albert's house, surprised to see his house's window shattered. 'Come on... Albert must have exploded another experiment again.. ', I thought,'I mean, that man tries to make some weird things. Last week he kept on talking about a 'portal', quite an imagination on that guy. '. I walked up my driveway, getting my keys out of my wallet, and putting them in the lock.
When I put my hand on the doorknob, all I felt was a chill, but not one of cold. One of pure fear. Gulping, I open the door and see the horrifying things beyond.
I saw a 'happy birthday!! ' banner on the wall, but it was shredded and only read,'happy -day! '.
Fearing for my family, I ran into my kitchen. Spotting blood on the wall,"No..." I said as I looked below the wall of blood. I saw a body on the floor, half-melted, the flesh and bodily tissue seeming to fizzle away. The body was that of my Margaret, the one woman in my whole life I ever loved, and she was on the ground. Fizzling away.
I ran into my daughter's room, and I was mortified by what I saw.
There was a creature of mythology eating my daughter. My daughter's body was in his hand, and was slowly melting WHILE being eaten. Her eyes were melted and gone, only eye sockets left. I felt my heart break before my anger ensued.
"HEY! YOU FUCKING BEAST! WHO ARE-" I was saying in my angry tone, damped by my tears. The beast looked at me with the eyes of a madman, and said only one thing,
"I am Discord, and I am so sorry for your family, but their HARMONIOUS life was making me sooo mad..."
I felt fear. Fear beyond paranoia. Fear beyond Hell. This damn chimera thing just ate my family, and all I could feel was fear. I had nothing left to lose, so why was I afraid? I was afraid for what may happen to me and all of mankind.
Mankind does not need this. With my final act of sanity I said one thing,"Please.*sniffle*.. let this be a dream... let this not be real...Discord... I have nothing left to lose, but I do not want you in my realm, I will do anything for you to le-"
"You want me to give you one order? Alright, but it is your funeral." Discord said in a flat-tone.
"Give me one order.... Discord,"
"Die and become my slave." He said with a smile...

I felt nothingness, but everything at once. I could not remember who I was, yet I remembered everything from my childhood. I could remember children playing around me, pushing me down, and beating the snot out of me.
But I always got back up.
I felt my body go limp, but I felt another body rise, I saw a bright light, but instead of me going to the light, I watched in absolute fear as a being grabbed onto my 'body', pulling it into the darkness.

I woke up in a grassy field, far from any trees. A pumpkin on my chest. I grabbed the pumpkin in my hand and looked around. There was only one thing anywhere within a mile of here, and that thing was a tea table. A chimera sitting in one of the seats, motioning me to sit opposite of itself.
"Who are you?" I asked,'Where am I? Who am I?!" I started to unleash my questions onto the chimera.
"I am Discord, you are in my dimension, and the last question I cannot tell you." He said, striking all of my questions down quick.
"Why can you not tell me? I want to know!" I started to scream at the beast, for he was depriving me of my name.
"When you were mortal, you gave your entire soul to me, so you are mine to name." He said with a smirk, his snaggle-tooth.
I wanted to be surprised, but I felt nothing coming.
"Oh wow, I forgot that you do not have emotions anymore, quite a shame..." He said with his smile, making me 'feel' angry, but not really feel angry.
"Why? Without emotions I could go insane."
"I see that, even with your emotions stripped, you are still very quizzical." He face-clawed,"But no matter. I have a deal for you."
I listened calmly, felling nothing was amiss.... or just feeling nothing at all.
"I will give you emotions back, if you cause some chaos in a place full of EVIL creatures. These beings may seem nice, but their voices hold power that could infect you, so for your safety, I will take away your hearing when you reach that world." He said with a trusting smile.
I nodded in my head,"When will I go.....master?" I said, not knowing if he wanted to be called master.
"You will begin your journey now." He pointed a finger at me, at which point his finger started to glow, and fired an odd beam.
I saw my body for the first time. My body was covered with a dark cloak, reaching to my feet. My flesh was the color of gray, but it felt warm.
I reached to feel my hair, but felt nothing where my head should be. That is when I realized something.
I was headless, covered in a dark cloak, and had a pumpkin in hand. I was a headless... horseless-man.
