That's the story about pony, who came to Equestria from the almost different world. About his cold past, undefined future and Equestria, where things are getting cold too.

The story is divided on two timelines. First timeline starts at Equestria, not more than month ago after the end of the MLP:FiM series and describes Equestria where things are slowly getting bad.
The second timeline describes Flankia few years ago. Flankia is the very difficult country in many senses. Because of the small number of pegasi and unicorns using preferably non-magical technic and it has a collective as the main and only value of society.
The main question of the general plot is what happen with the Flankia and what will Equestrian ponies do when they'll get the same question as the flankians were forced to solve many years ago.
