Colorful little horses where walking... no, trotting in what appeared to be a very dark forest. A sign had the following name on it: Everfree Forest entrace. "Where in the Mushroom World are we!?" Luigi shouted. "Dunno dude..." Yoshi mumbled. The colorful horses where astonished at this sight. A bipedal weird creature, and a bipedal weird dino. They where fillies, and they where extremely curious and scared at this sight. "What are those creatures? Natives of the Everfree Forest?" Scootaloo said. "Dunno, I ain't sure what are those..." When Luigi and Yoshi saw it, they rushed to find a hideout. But Fluttershy just stood still. "FLUTTERSHY! H-Hide!!!" The green duo yelled in panic. "Why? It's beautiful." Shadowy replicas of Yoshi, Luigi and Fluttershy laughed while locking their targets to eliminate. "These are Cosmic Clones. They follow suit every move we made. If we stand still, they get the chance to attack. After attacking, they dissapear, but respawn again." Luigi explained to Fluttershy. "Dude, while you gave Shy that long and bored cosmic class like you, THEY GOT CLOSER TO US!!! RUN!!!" Yoshi almost had a heart attack. "Yoh! Yapee!!! Yaaah!!!" The clones screamed as they copied every movement of the trio. "Heh, heh, no, is gonna get me!!! Heck!!! Yoshi yelled as his cosmic copy hit him. "Awawawawawaw!!! Yoshi screamed in pain; cosmic clones really get you spacial pain. "NO! YOSHI!" Luigi and Fluttershy grabbed Yoshi and put him in a safe place. "Awowow, they are some sons of a... you know." Yoshi cursed as the other 2 cosmic clones and a respawned cosmic Yoshi where searching for they with their annoying 'YAPEE!'. "How do we beat them Luigi?" Fluttershy asked with a hint of panic in her voice. "According to Mario they can only get destroyed by another cosmic force: The Superstar. "And that Mario has an idea that in this land there are not superstars?" The heroes discovered a SuperStar and defeated the Cosmic Clones." The Army Hammer Bro. answered the Koopa King's question. "Damn!!! Fluttershy asked Yoshi. "They freeze up everything that their Ice balls touch." Yoshi said. "Ok, let's go!" Fluttershy yelled. "Hahahahaha! How adorable! A pony thinks she can beat my army!" "You should eat the hammers or the iceballs or fireballs, and use them against the foe, while I can steal the clouds for aerial attack." Fluttershy planned. Yoshi dodged, and saw one of the ice bros. still with energy to throw an ice ball at Yoshi. Yoshi ate it, and then launched it at the Army Hammer Bro. "What the... heeeeck!!!" The AHB stood there, frozen, and Yoshi smacked the ice block to get some ice. "Game Over, jackass." Yoshi said very coldly. What he saw made him drop his jaw in surprise. In the sky, in a single happy cloud, was Fluttershy, smiling as she saw Yoshi approach her. "F-F-Fluttershy! You defeated all those Lakitus? They weren't a headache for you?!?" Yoshi exclaimed as he saw the defeated Lakitus laying in the soft grass. "Yes, they where bad turtles, and I simply bucked them off their clouds." Fluttershy said with a grin. "And the Spiny eggs?" Yoshi asked. "Simple, their weakness was water, and I just threw them carefully to the water." Fluttershy answered. "And, why the ice?" Fluttershy asked. "Is for Luigi, if he has a headache there's nothing better than ice. But we have to hurry!" Yoshi answered. 10 minutes later... "Ow, I swear by Peach a hammer just hit my head." "Purple Comet: It forces the one who watched the comet to collect around 100 purple coins in a time limit of 2 minutes, if the watcher does not collect all the 100 purple coins, a cosmic clone will appear and pursue the one who watched the comet." Bowser quietly readed the information of the comet. "And this one... it says, Cosmic Comet: When one dares to watch this comet, a cosmic copy, or clone, will appear and will either challenge the watcher to a race or it will spawn three cosmic clones that pursue and try to kill the watcher. The only way of getting rid of the clones is either winning the race or grabbing a SuperStar and destroying the clones." Bowser removed his glasses and grinned evily. "This is gonna be of great assistance..." Bowser laughed. "And I forgot one! The Daredevil one!" Discord said. "It says: The one who dares to watch this comet will be weakened to the point any physical damage causes fainting." Discord said with his casual voice. "OK, let's send these comets to Canterlot. Troops! Almost one mile away from Canterlot... "Oh yeah!" Just half a mile to arrive!" Yoshi and Luigi chanted in pure happines. "I'm glad to see you could stand the trip without drinking a sip of water." Luigi exclaimed while forgetting the thirst that was killing him. "A gold flower?" Fluttershy said, while examining the weird flower. "The user gets a sparkling gold-made or silver-made body, and the powers of the wearer increment; the endurance, resistance to long falls, and the ability to shot golden or silver fireballs that can transform almost any material into coins, or bits." Luigi explained as Yoshi and Fluttershy looked in awe, specially Yoshi, who was thinking about all the money he could get with that little friend. Fiush! Blaaam!!! Zoom!!! Strange sounds where heard in the sky, and, when Luigi and Yoshi looked at the sky, inmediately recognized the colored comets heading towards Canterlot: the doom of anyone who dared watching them. "Do we have any items?!?" Yoshi turned to Luigi, who was already searching in the bags the CMC gave to them and the bags he bought. After all those adventures, he was always prepared. "Yes! We have the Gold Flower, Super Mushrooms, 1UP Mushrooms, Super Acorns, Ice Flowers, Fire Flowers, a Star, Propeller Mushrooms, Super Leaves, Statue Leaves, Penguin and Tanooki Suits... *annoyed sigh*" "We have to make our way trough this mess!" Fluttershy yelled. Yah! Hoo! Hop! Eeh! The trio began using the power ups like crazy, tripping, hiting a stallion or a mare running for their lives, snatching the purple coins <----(Yoshi) and also, powering down. That was sure an adrenaline hell... Canterlot castle, surprisingly 30 minutes later... "Y-y-yes!! W-we made i-it!" Said a bruised Luigi. "Safety! Sweet, sweet safety!" Said an almost paranoic Yoshi. But Fluttershy remained calm. "Welcome to the castle, my little heroes." Luigi inmediatly stopped caring about the world surrounding him, and just turned to see the source of the beautiful, almost divine voice. A large Alicorn was smiling at him, being surprised and happy to see a being like him. Suddenly, Luigi's eyes widened and shined, in slow motion he raised his hand to greet Her Royal Majesty. Princess Celestia happily was about to make contact with her human hero, but then, a slightly more high pitched voice shattered the connection between Celestia and Luigi. "Hello there, human hero. And also greetings to the lovable dino here." Luigi inmediatly rushed to see Princess Luna, and after him bowing to her, he presented. "Your Majesty, I am Luigi, from the Mushroom Kingdom." Luigi said with the best sounding British accent you would ever hear, taking his hat as a sign of respect. "Greetings, Luigi. I am Princess Luna, ruler of the Night, but, please call me Luna. We're friends after all." Luna said with the cutest smile, and Luigi couldn't help but D'aaaw at this. Luna giggled. They began chating about being the littlest of two brothers, and the acceptation to the "Player 2" World. They had very much in common; their dark sides, their own moments of fame, and so on. Celestia couldn't help but frown. "Why everytime we met someone very special, Luna gets all the attention?" Celestia thought. And, like a telephatic syncrony, Mario, now in the Everfree Forest, thought something similar. "Why when we are in High School meetings, Luigi gets all the attention?" Mario couldn't help but frown and mumble. "Darn you, green-clad idiot." Ok Mario, that was a little cruel. As Fluttershy and Yoshi presented to the Princesses, the Mane 6 and the CMC showed up. "Twilight! Rarity! Applejack! Rainbow! Pinkie!" The 3 heroes got into a groupal hug, and Celestia couldn't help but erase her frown and smile. "We were waiting you!" The other five said. "And we were looking forward to see you also!" Luigi, Yoshi and Fluttershy said in a happy tone. "CMC!" Luigi said as he saw the 3 fillies and greeted them. The entire group, the Princesses, the Mane 6, Luigi and Yoshi, the CMC, were all reunited and talking about their lives, experiences, even when Yoshi kicked Army Hammer Bro.'s butt with style. Then Luigi spoke. "How are we going to stop all this madness? I felt like I was cryogenically frozen and transported 1000 years into the future. Luigi asked. Everyone bursted into laughter, but Celestia stood serious. "We will need the power of 2 superstars, 2 brothers who can stop the chaos in Canterlot. But they are not alone. They have friends. They are the key to stop all the chaos." Celestia said like she was telling a legend, and she was. "Who the hell are those two brothers? And the other friends of them? Heck! We have to save this world now! For the sake of all of the ponies!" Yoshi said with his typical jerk accent. "I feel their presence in this world. But, I still don't know where are those superstars..." Celestia said a little unsure. "We have to find them quickly, or this world will sink in chaos..." The group began wondering about the superstars and their friends, but they all started to get more happy by chatting about them, specially Luigi and Yoshi, who were new here. Luigi said as he smiled. "How is he? What's his name? Luna asked Luigi. "Let me answer your two questions, he is my twin, almost identical brother, and his name´s Mario." Luigi answered. "Why is he almost identical?" Luna said wide eyed, and Luigi tought this was sooo cute. "The only diferences between us are our moustaches and the fact I'm taller and thinner." Luigi said. "Wait a moment: Mario? He's the one you mentioned in our battle with the clones?" Fluttershy perked her ears up. "Yes. Is he." Luigi said. "Wow, Luigi! You surely have a caring brother!" Luna said happily. Luigi's face then obscured, and he hung his head. "...He wasn't always the caring brother you described. He almost always leaves me behind in our adventures. He gets all the attention from the princess. I live in his shadow." Luigi dropped two tears. The rest of the group looked at him with sad eyes. 'Pity. I'm sick of it.' Luigi thought darkly. And then Luna spoke. "Luigi, I know how it feels... The cold of the shadow, the loneliness driving you crazy, come on, give me a hug." Luna said with a comforting voice. Luigi leaped for the hug, and started crying a lot. "*sobs* Thanks Luna! I'm so glad I met you! I never felt so lucky in my life!" Luigi said as he shed various tears. The rest of the group D'awww'ed at this. "I'm also glad I met you." Luna said as she returned the hug and started sobbing. "Your Majesty! A group of teenagers reported strange activity in the Everfree Forest! We have to do something!" A Royal Guard slammed the door open, and Celestia stood serious. "Don't you know to knock the door or say: Your Majesty, can I enter?" Celestia scolded the Guard. "I'm sorry, Your Majesty. Should we send our special team to investigate? The guard asked. The Princess, who now turned to se a happy Luigi, a bored Yoshi and a calm Fluttershy, said. "No, we will send our three heroes to investigate." The Princess said with a smile. "Ok Princess, as you command." The guard leaved the room. "Oh, yeah! Time for some action!" In the Everfree Forest... "Woah!" Mario yelled as he got frozen in an ice block. "Mario! Aaah!" "Well, here we are, the Everfree Forest! Well, you already have visited it." Fluttershy said. "Ok, so, there's someone or something in this forest causing havoc, and we have to get rid of them." Luigi said seriously. "Yeah bro." Yoshi said. "Hey, I'm seeing something in some bushes 19 meters away. We should check." Fluttershy said. "Hmmm, I recognize the forms... 4 ice blocks? How? And- gasp- MARIO!" Luigi shouted in horror. "The Toads are also trapped!" Yoshi said. Fluttershy yelped as someone rubbed her mane, surprisingly being a Fire Bro. "Sorpresa, heroes." The Bro. said in a polite Latino accent. The only thing Luigi remembered after being steamed down by fireballs, frozen by iceballs and being totally smashed down by Boom Boom, was him and his friends being robbed by the Ice Bros. and getting captured in a nearby Fortress at the exit of the Everfree. "Ahh, uhhh... It hurts... Eh? Where am I?" Luigi said weakly, as all of his body was aching. At his sides where Yoshi and Fluttershy, both in the same conditions as Luigi. "F-Fluttershy... Yoshi... wake up..." Luigi mumbled. His only response was a little 'Mmm, uhh... ow...' from both. "Shut up, prisoner!" The same Fire Bro. who surprised them in the Everfree shot a fireball at Luigi's face, but only managed to hit his cheek. But it still hurts. "Ouch!" Luigi managed to scream in pain. "Are you hungry?" An Ice Bro. asked Luigi in a rather polite tone. "Shh! Don't be nice to prisoners!" The Fire Bro. yelled at the Ice Bro. causing him to flinch. The yell caused Fluttershy and Yoshi to wake up. "Uhhh... Where are we?" The two asked in unisone. "Okay cousin, just wanted to be a little nice since we almost killed those three..." The Ice Bro. shyly said. "Are we in prison, Luigi?" Fluttershy asked with wide , innocent eyes, almost heartbreaking. "Uhh, in fact, I think this is a Fortress." Luigi answered. "And why they were yelling?" Yoshi said. "The Ice Bro. wanted to be nice." Luigi said. "Uhhh... I'm so hungry..." Fluttershy said with watery eyes. "Let's ask them for some food. Woah! They think our power ups are food? Fluttershy, I have an idea..." Luigi whispered to Fluttershy. "Tell me about," Fluttershy whispered back. "Let's trick' em." Luigi said with a grin. "How?" Fluttershy asked. "With your cuteness, ask them for 3 Fire Flowers, and when we eat them, they will pay." Luigi said. "Ok, let's do this." In Canterlot Castle... "Where are Luigi and the others? I'm worried." Luna said with a trembling voice. "Don't worry Luna, they are for sure good." "Oh, mister Fire Bro., we are so hungry, could you please give us some flowers?" Fluttershy said wide eyed while Luigi and Yoshi nodded. "Yeah, sure. Bon Appetit." The Fire Bro. threw three Fire Flowers to the heroes. 'Good, good, now eat the flower and...' Luigi thought. The others already ate it and turned into their fire forms: Fluttershy had a white coat and red mane and tail, Yoshi didn't change at all, but he could spit deadly fireballs. 'Oh, they already got into the plan...' Luigi thought. He ate his Fire Flower also, and his attire changed into the one we already know: green overalls, white shirt and white hat. The Fire Bro. didn't noticed the changes, but he heard a familiar sound: a fireball being thrown. He was at the edge of panic. "Boom Boom! Call the others! We accidentally gave the prisoners fire flowers!" The Fire Bro. alerted. "Attention! Attention! Get the prisoners back!!" Boom Boom said with his usual low pitched, raspy voice. "Fiuf! Made it!" Said Luigi as he and the other two destroyed the cell they where trapped in. "So, Luigi, how does this work?" Fluttershy asked Luigi. "Extend your hoof, then make a throwing motion." Luigi answered. "Okay, now, wow! I launched a fireball!" Fluttershy said as a nearby bush turned into ashes. "Pretty good for a begginer!" Luigi said happily. Fluttershy gave Luigi a cute smile. "Ummm, dude, I think we should run!" Yoshi said as the koopas chased the heroes. "Use your new powers!" Luigi ordered. And so they did. It was an epic, savage chase. Fireballs rained down, iceballs froze things, some guy destroying bricks, coins flying everywhere, Fluttershy, Yoshi and Luigi kept escaping, and, by each launching a fireball and merging them, they made a super fireball enough to dispatch the army. "Yeah! Fire Yoshi rules!" Yoshi said as he imited a dragon, spiting flames and fireballs everywhere. The others smiled, rolled their eyes and continued walking, still in their fire forms. Next stop: Canterlot Castle. Some dudes, an Ice and a Fire Bro., cousins, where watching the semi-destroyed Fortress, while keeping the ice blocks containing Mario and the Toads. They were a little dumb, as their plans always got someone or something (most probably SOMEONE) destroyed. "So, Albert, dude, as you are the intellectual here, what's your plan? The Fire Bro. asked to the Ice Bro., whose name was Albert. "Uh, I don't know Ernest, throwing the guys to the water?" Albert the Ice Bro. answered to Ernest, the Fire Bro. "Uhh, yeah, I don't mind, as every one of our plans always get someone or something screwed. So, what could possibly go wrong?" Ernest said. "Right, dude. Let's go then." Albert said as he shrugged. They kept walking with the ice blocks, miles and miles, until they saw a beach-lakeside area and a sign pointing to the great beach-lake, reading: 'Sparkling Waters Beachside Area'. "They also have their own version of the Sparkling Waters territory?" Ernest scratched his helmet. "I don't mind. It's just a mere coincidence." Albert shrugged at the coincidence. As they threw the four ice blocks with the remaining heroes into the water, they had the same thought stuck in their heads: 'What could possibly go wrong?' ... In that same moment Ernest and Albert where going to their house settled in the Everfree's entrace. "Hmm, do you think Bowser will get mad at us for this plan?" Ernest asked Albert. "I do not know, Ernest, maybe?" Albert answered with trembling voice. BUMP! Bowser and the other two koopas felt to the ground. "Hey! Watch your- Lord Bowser!" The two koopas bowed and rushed to help their boss. "Ehh? Who are-" Bowser's eyes grew wide, and he drew a big grin. "Oh! Ernest and Albert!" Bowser said happily. These two, an Ice Bro. and a Fire Bro. where his best agents. His most beloved and hated agents in the entire Koopa Troop. "Lord! It's good to see ya' again!" The two greeted. Inmediatly, Albert and Ernest's heart sank in the deepest of their bodies and then proceeded to shiver. "T-The blocks, sir?" Albert asked with a trembling voice. "Yes, the blocks. Where are them?" Bowser replied. "We threw them into the beach..." Ernest said. A painful silence filled the room. 20 minutes have passed. "YOU DID WHAT?!?!" Bowser roared. "What you heard, sir." Well, she was female, as denoted by the feminine voice, the large eyelashes, and the long, straight hair running down her head, almost covering her green shell. "What's the problem?" A Boomerang Bro., slightly shorter than Fernanda, also female with the same traits as her partner, showed up. "I, WANT, THOSE FOOLS, ELIMINATED! THE COUSINS SCREWED IT ALL!" Bowser commanded at the Sisters (Yes, they're sisters, and are somewhat Mexican-Spanish descendants). "As you command, sir! Guys! Come here right now!" Fernanda and Paola commanded as a big army of Fire Bros., Ice Bros., Hammer Bros., and Boomerang Bros. arrived at the room. "Attack!" The sisters commanded as Albert and Ernest rushed to the exit, Fernanda and Paola launching their respective projectiles, and their army following suit. "Hey!" Albert and Ernest shouted as Boomerangs and Hammers striked their heads while running. As they got running, they found the answer to their thought. 'What could possibly go wrong?' "EVERYTHING!" Yoshi shouted at the sight of five Hammer Bros. a Manticore and 3 single spinies. "Aaah!" Luigi and Fluttershy both shouted. "Ok Fluttershy, our deal will be with the Hammer Bros. and the spinies, try to defeat the manticore!" Yoshi planned an strategy. "Heh. The Manticore will be easy thing." Fluttershy drew a grin on her face. "Are you talking seriously?" Luigi asked while pointing at the beast. "I am." She said like it was nothing. "OK! You dino and human! Surrender to our powerful hammers!!!" The leader of the five Bros. yelled at the duo. "We will never surrender! We have beaten you like a zillion times!!!" Yoshi yelled back. "Then die!" The Hammer Bro. again treatened. A barricade of hammers rained down at Luigi and Yoshi. Luigi dodged easily some, and Yoshi lashed his tongue to catch a hammer. "It's your best move? Eat our hammers? How ridiculous!" The hammer bro. cackled at this. "You should stop laughing or else Yoshi..." Luigi was cut by the hammer bro. "Or else what?" The hammer bro. still chuckled a little. SPAT!!! POW!!! "Or else he will turn your forces to you. Duh." Luigi said with a facepalm. "I-Is t-that your best m-move?" The hammer bro. fell to the ground. The green duo easily moped out the little koopa army. Without even seeing the path, they where at a half of their travel in the forest. And in 5 minutes, they found the exit. "Ok. So seeing the same chicken-snake 7 times and defeating it was the key? It was very dangerous, I got half my body turned into stone, and Yoshi almost dies!!!" Luigi yelled at the sky. "D-dude... The COLDNESS... it was horrible." Yoshi said in a scaredy tone. "Aaah, you always stop the fun..." Toad said sadly. "Let's a see what it does!" Mario said. In the top of the Acorn Tree, Acorn Plains, 2 hours later... "I can fly!" Mario said as he glided happily to another tree, and, unluckily, crashing into it. "Awowowow!!!" Mario screamed full of pain. "Oh, ok, I just a missed this tree, but I can master my gliding in this form... Hey!!!" Mario said as the three Toads gathered in his back. "Hey! Get offa my back!" Mario claimed to the Toads. "We want a ride!" The Toads shouted with pure glee. "Then grab your own Super Acorns!" Mario offered to the Toads. "We can't... they're too up in the three..." The Toads said with their trademark scaredy cat personalities. "Ok, only one ride, because you're only ten years old." Mario said with a smile. "Let's-a-go!" Mario exclaimed his trademark phrase. He glided from one three branch to another with the Toads, who got their own Flying Squirrel forms, discovering they could jump in midair and attach to solid surfaces, and in their final gliding, a huge, rainbow colored pipe crossed their path, and sucked them up. "WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" The trio said as they fell in the pipe, not knowing they would soon arrive to a magical land no one has ever discovered... well, Luigi and Yoshi discovered it first, but, who cares!
