Hybrid Rainbow
I Think I Can.
Previous ChapterNext ChapterSlowly creeping into lucidity, Rainbow Dash's eyes flickered open as they tried to make sense of the blurred colors, lights and shadows around her; pale tans, stark whites and rich mediterranean blues gradually transforming into the linens and pillows that so engulfed her. Muscles filled with an aching vigor as Dash stretched her two pairs of hooves straight out like they were on a rack, letting her mouth grow into a gaping yawn that cracked her voice into an adorable squeak. As she pulled her arms outwards, the tension in her tendons grew a little too great for comfort and let them simply fall to earth like wet cloth.
Her falling right hoof landed on a soft, yet hard protrusion of some sort with a barely audible "thump" noise, prompting the lump's owner to recoil and fold from the ensuing prick of pain.
"Ow!" Yelped Spitfire, shifting her weight forward as she sat upright, her upwards motion causing Dash's hoof to fall into her lap. She began to administer soothing pressure to her offended muzzle by gently rubbing its tip with both hooves, giving her a somewhat nasal tone of voice. "That was my nose! Careful there, Rainbow..."
Dash quickly rose to her hooves, awakened by her idol's distress. "Oh my gosh, I am so so sorry, Spitfire, I didn't know you were-- SPITFIRE?!" She squawked, quickly realizing who she was sharing a bed with. "What the-- How the... What are you doing in my bed?!"
Spitfire giggled. "Soarin' and I crashed here after hauling all your stuff into your new room here at the Wonderbolts Mansion." She said, sniffling as she rubbed her nose with a single hoof to get her sinuses back in order. "This bed is a lot roomier than it looks, I tell ya..." The mare winked.
It took two whole seconds for Rainbow's brain to fully figure out her present situation - a realization that sent blood rushing straight into her face and wings, mind set aflame with shock.
"I...You, err...me, no! I..." Stuttered Rainbow Dash, her tongue fumbling around in a hurry to express her thoughts. "I slept with you?!" She squeaked. "And Soarin'?!"
The Wonderbolt gave her a husky laugh. "Ha ha...No, silly, you didn't sleep with us, you just slept next to us." Rainbow Dash blushed even more from what Spitfire was implying. "There's a difference, believe it or not...We just couldn't help it, we were completely exhausted after having to drag in all of the stuff from your house after the movers so thoughtfully bailed on us. Besides, we would never even think of taking advantage of you like that, it's just not cool at all! Plus, we were too tired to do anything but sleep. But at least we got some good exercise out of it, so that counts for something, huh?"
Dash laughed sheepishly, smiling nervously as she pawed the back of her head with one hoof. "Heh...Yeah, I guess so." Rainbow Dash paused, the blue pegasus taking note of her surroundings: a big, bright room with a panoramic window filled with nothing but crates, boxes and the bed they slept in. "Huh. So this is my new room..." She said to herself. "How in the hay did I get in here, anyway?" She asked.
Spitfire finished her stretching, letting out an uncouthly loud yawn. "That's what we'd like to know!" She giggled. "We just found you sleeping in your bed after we finished getting it out of the van and through the door." Rainbow Dash did a double-take. "Heck, I'd also like to know how you and your turtle managed to hang on to it that whole time!" Laughed Spitfire.
"Whoa, hold your horses there, Spitfire!" Said Rainbow Dash, making a "slow-down" gesture with her hooves. "Tank and I were in the van that whole time?!"
Spitfire nodded. "And when we were hauling the bed in here, too." She added.
"Why didn't you wake me up, then?"
"The comforters were so bunched up, we never noticed you were under there, actually! Also, you are just too damn cute when you're all tuckered out like that..." Spitfire gave the meek blue mare a pair of bedroom eyes that simply pierced straight through her.
"'C-cute...?'" Dash stuttered, her cheeks stained carmine.
"And especially when you blush like that."
Rainbow Dash blushed even harder after hearing those words, wings lifting an inch upwards. Spitfire was right about what she said last week: Dash really does mean a lot to her! But how much, exactly? Was her own idol genuinely in love with her, her biggest fan? That just couldn't be true at all. Things like that only happened in those cheap, cheesy romance novels Dash would see at the drug store - real life was much more complicated than the flowery poetry of a bunch of Casanova-wannabes. And if they were, did she even have the guts - the sober guts, that is - to return those feelings Spitfire may or may not have for her? Or would she have to make the first move and risk her friendship, lifelong dream and reputation by a show of affection? Again?
No. I can make her mine. I love Spitfire and she knows it! But...how would I be able to really get to know her better? A date, maybe? Of course, a date! All relationships start with a date...or two...or...fifty... Oh man, it's bad to rush anything, but I'm absolutely burning for her right now! I can feel my heat coming on again, I can't just wait and date for years and years, I want to live out the prime of my life with her! Not to mention eat her pussy like a fancy dinner... Oh crap, she's looking at me funny! Think fast, Rainbow Dash!
"Um...Dash? You feelin' okay?" Asked Spitfire, wierded out by the rainbow-maned mare staring into space right at her. "Helloooo...Earth to Dash, come iiiiin..." She waved a hoof in front of Dash's face to try and snap her out of her trance.
Rainbow Dash shook herself back into lucidity, her eyes derping around for a bit in to buy her some extra time to figure out what she was going to say. "Uhh...How about we go...takeatourofthemansionokay?" She blurted.
Spitfire chuckled warmly, her voice like a jingling bell. "A tour of the mansion? Well, if you say so, Dash. Come on, let me show you around the place..." The golden mare got on her hooves and leapt down from the bed, trotting off towards the door with Rainbow Dash following right behind her. "Coming, Soarin'?"
"Who- what- where's- Huh?!" Soarin's eyes shot open like spotlights and hastily fumbled out of bed, getting his wits about him before noticing Spitfire and Rainbow Dash walking out of the room together. "Hey, wait for me, girls!" He cried, scrambling to his feet and cantering off, only to trip right over Tank - who was already halfway to the door - and landing face-first into the carpet. The two mares couldn't help but crack up.
"Relax, Soarin', we're just giving Rainbow Dash a tour of the mansion, there's no need to rush!" Laughed Spitfire.
"Heheh...Yeah! No need to get in over your head about it!" Dash snickered, ultimately breaking out into a snorting fit of laughter, with Spitfire joining in as well.
Soarin' yanked his head out of the carpet, seeing two girls laughing their plots off at him with Tank gleefully making his way towards the two. "Aw come on, that's not funny!" He said.
The mares gradually quieted down, quickly regaining their composure. "Sorry, Soarin'..." Said Spitfire, still snickering as she wiped a tear from her eye. "...You are just too much fun sometimes!"
"But don't take it so seriously, we love fun things!" Added Rainbow Dash, grinning impishly.
"Heh...Alright, I guess you two had your laugh for the day..." Soarin' said, chuckling nervously.
"Come along now, Soarin'," Said Spitfire, gesturing him to follow her and Rainbow. "You're just in time for the tour!"
Leading the way way for Rainbow Dash, Soarin' and Tank (who had no trouble keeping up with the other three), Spitfire led her cyan-coated comrade on a tour around the Wonderbolts Mansion, taking the occasional glance over her shoulder to see Rainbow's expression, which was almost always one of awe and excitement. Leading her counter-clockwise around the building, Spitfire started their tour at the well-furnished dorm rooms where Rainbow Dash was now living, to the luxurious tans and browns of the main hall and adjacent transepts, to the opulent trophy room connecting the rec room to the hall of the west wing and ending their tour at the glistening, water-soaked white tiles that made up the Wonderbolts' locker room.
The rest of the team was gone; having left to prevent a Hydra from wandering into Ponyville, so the only sounds that came from the mansion's exposed rafters, doric sandstone columns and stained oak paneling were the echoes bouncing off the walls; coming from the mouths of Spitfire, Soarin' and Rainbow Dash.
"And as you can see here, this is the portrait of our founder and my grandfather, Supermarine..."
"Wow, look at all that fan-mail..."
"Is that the key to the city of Cloudsdale?"
"That's the 'Secret Room' we keep in the basement. It's off-limits to non-Wonderbolts and only I have the key..."
"All that's in there is-"
"Shh! Don't ruin the surprise for her, Soarin'!"
"How much does it cost to keep this place clean?"
"There's the bathroom, so you know where to look in case nature calls..."
"That's Misty's room. She gets crazy angry if you go in there..."
"I'm hungry."
"It's almost lunch time, you can make it."
"And last but not least..." Said Spitfire, panting a bit from having to show Rainbow Dash the entire mansion and letting out a tired sigh. "...Here's my room, right across from yours, Dash. So what do you think? Rainbow Dash?"
Rainbow Dash was too fixed upon the captain's round, spandex-clad plot to give an answer, gazing at both the mansion's many features and the Wonderbolts' firm, shapely rump if not the treasure buried beneath that fiery tail of hers. The sight of Spitfire's tush flexing with every stride of her hind legs with a slight jiggle was enough to rekindle her heat, as evidenced by the warm dampness between Rainbow's thighs.
Speaking of heat, Dash could've sworn to Celestia that Spitfire was in season; that hot, sexy smell not unlike spiced wine permeated by clove and sage that, as determined by untold millennia worth of genetic memory, was the scent that sent every stallion and every mare within its grasp a message straight to their brains that said "I'm female, I'm hot, I'm horny, and I want it bad." From that aroma, both Soarin' and Rainbow Dash could only imagine the sweet chorus of moans that Spitfire could produce in bed; a sound of pure, heavenly ecstasy that changed in tone, volume and pitch like an organ - every keystroke replaced by every squeeze, touch, lick and nibble upon her luscious body.
"I think we should really get you some lunch, guys." Said Spitfire, interrupting the two drooling blue Pegasi from their ass-induced trance, both blushing sheepishly. "I don't want you two to get so hungry that you two try to eat my butt..."
"Heh. Why wouldn't I?" Laughed Soarin'. "There's one cheek for both of us, right Rainbow Dash?"
Dash felt the spotlight of the conversation shift straight towards her, face burning red from embarrassment. "Well...I guess, if I was that hungry...I think..." She stuttered, scratching her head and staring straight down. "I mean, I stayed up all night last night and haven't eaten a thing since, so...I guess under dire circumstances, I would..."
"Well no wonder you're so tired!" Replied Spitfire, with an amused smirk. "Well, how about we all head over to the Cloudsdale Diner for some lunch, shall we? My treat!"
"Totally!" Soarin' replied. "I love eating out, don't you, Dash?"
"You know it..." Moaned Rainbow Dash in a sly voice before noticing Tank staring at her and pointing to his open mouth. "Actually, hang on a second. I just have to go get Tank's flying machine so he can join us, okay?"
"Anytime you're ready, Dash." Said Spitfire. "They have a bakery right next door to them and their curry bread is to die for, so if you want, I'll be happy to order some for you."
"You don't have to, Spitz, I hate spicy food."
"Don't be such a baby, Rainbow Dash, hating spicy food is a telltale sign of immaturity. Well, at least that's what my friends always told me..."
"Rainbows are spicy, so spice is a part of my namesake, right? And isn't that good enough?"
"We'll talk more about it on the way there, so grab Tank's little device and let's going..."
With an impatient-sounding huff, the blue Pegasus trotted into her room and fished out Tank's strap-on propeller from one of the moving crates. Rainbow Dash was happier than a foal in a candy store on a snow day, today. For most of her life, she wanted to live in the Wonderbolts Mansion with her heroes and now that she was, she had difficulty trying to come up with a new goal for her to reach. Joining them, if not making it through the academy was such a high bar, so it would take something really ambitious to surpass something like that. Dash couldn't think of a single goal to reach besides taking down an entire dojo full of Donkey ninjas bare-hoofed while doing a Sonic Rainboom. Not one thing. Well, except for one, actually:
To be happily married to Spitfire and do so many naughty things to her every night and all night for the rest of their lives.
"Alright, I got Tank's flying doohickey strapped onto him." Said Rainbow Dash, buckling up the safety belt on the tortoise's shell, giving Tank the signal to start his engines simply mere thought. He had to thank the Unicorn Engineers of the Canterlot School of Engineering for that marvel of technology. "So are you guys ready to go?"
"Yep!" Replied Spitfire. "My plot's not moving without you guys." She loved watching Dash and Soarin' perk up whenever she mentioned anything about butts. "Although come to think of it, my suit's been feeling a little snug, lately. I haven't been gaining weight, have I, Soarin'?"
The stallion simply froze in a combination of embarrassment and pure terror, knowing much better than to guess a girl's weight, which he has learned the hard way on a few occasions. Rainbow Dash simply found her eyes shifting back to Spitfire's rump and feeling her wings stiffen some.
"Uhh...No?" Dash stammered.
"Hmph. That's what I thought!" Said Spitfire with a cocky look on her face. "Now let's stop yapping and get ourselves some grub!"
"You bet!" The young mare replied. "In fact, why don't we race to see who can make it to the diner first?"
"Oh really, Dash?" The captain gave Rainbow a cocky smile. "You really think you can beat me?"
"Yeah!"
"You think you can?"
"Yeah!"
"I don't think you can..."
Dash puffed out her chest and stood upright, putting on her best "macho" pose. "I think I can!"
The two mares bent down on all fours into their starting positions, the taste for victory (and boca burgers) clearly seen. Rainbow Dash took the liberty of starting the countdown.
"On the count of three..." She said. "THREE!!" Rainbow shot off like a rocket into the distance, leaving a flustered and frustrated Spitfire far behind her.
"Wha-- Hey!! That's cheating, Newbie!" Yelled Spitfire with equal parts venom and playful energy in her voice. The golden mare took off towards the multi-colored blur vanishing into the distance eager to catch her, yelling the whole way. "Get back here before I have you scrubbing latrines for the rest of your life!"
"H-hey, wait!" Yelled Soarin', confused and left in the dust with Tank. "What about me and Tank?!" The flying tortoise gave his response in the form of carelessly swerving to his left, colliding with the Stallion's head and giving him a few constellations worth of stars to see.
As Spitfire gave chase, she felt her heart throb with excitement, imagining herself chasing after Rainbow Dash during the Forest Love festival, where happy and horny Ponies gathered at the pine forest south of its Everfree counterpart and chase each other through the woods until one pounces on the other for sex. The whole event was entirely consensual, so each and every stallion and mare alike knew they were going to screw and get screwed by everypony else. Most importantly, that event was coming up in a few days and Spitfire had to get in on that action - especially since it would be the first time Rainbow Dash ever took part in the event, too. Now that the two were racing, this was a golden opportunity for Spitfire to practice her skills at chasing the filly, knowing that if she can catch up to her, then she can make Dash hers at the festival. Her stomach tightened and nethers swelled at the very thought of the things to come (no pun intended), heart tensing and beating knowing that such a carnal fantasy would come true in only a matter of days.
I'm gonna get you, Dash. Not even all the hard, thick stallion cocks in Equestria will satisfy the lust in my heart right now. I'm gonna get you...and make you mine.
