The Mailmare and the Librarian

It was a dark and stormy night in Ponyville, rain poured from the heavens with great force, the sky was a roar with loud thunderclaps and flashes of light and the wind was immensely powerful. Twilight Sparkle lay in her bed, shifting and rustling trying as hard as she can to sleep. After hours of laying in bed she sat up and looked at the clock.

'3:52 am... Great.'

Twilight thought, she broke her stare at the clock and looked at the other side of the room, Spike was still sleeping quite soundly. Tired of laying on her bed she decided to head out of her room and downstairs to the main room of the library. She walked down in the library, It was nearly impossible to see. all that lighted her path were small windows which the moon's glow shone through. Twilight decided to light the fireplace, why it wasn't in the first place puzzled her.
Spike! You lazy dragon, you forgot to light the fireplace!
she thought while lifting a match with her magic and striking it. The fire started dim and lifeless and as it spread it the other logs it started looking more and more amazing, why it was keeping here attention was strange, maybe she was just tired.
While admiring the blazing flame a knock was heard, Twilight's eye shot over to the door.
what?! There's no way anypony would come at this time, and in this storm!
The thought of somepony here so late shot through here head as she approached the door. Slowly she opened the door with her magic. Standing there was a drenched in water, shivering and shaking and seemingly happy pony, assuming she's happy somepony answered. This pony was the Ponyville Mailmare, Derpy.
"D-Derpy! What are you doing?!" twilight nearly screamed.
"W-well I was flying back to Ponyville from a d-delivery in Canterlot and well the storm hit. So I couldn't see in front of my face from all the rain and well... flying through clouds. Anyway I was about to pass your home well my wings gave out, and I fell, I could barely fly straight anyways with this wind..." Derpy explained to Twilight.
"I-I was hoping maybe you could let me stay here tonight? It's to dangerous for me to fly home, my wings are so weak..." Derpy said, directly afterwards twilight replied
"Of course! Come on in, I just started the fire." twilight said walking away from the door and getting a towel.
Derpy sat on the floor in front of the fireplace, Twilight trotted over and placed the towel over her.
"Thanks Twilight!" Derpy said with glee in her voice.
"No problem, I can't let my friend try to fight through this storm." Twilight said sitting next to Derpy.
They just sat there, nopony said a word they just listened to the crackling of fire. Twilight let out a large yawn which led to Derpy doing the same. Twilight laid down on her stomach enjoying the warmth of the fire. Derpy did the same.
"Good... Night twilight..." she could barely finish her sentence before falling asleep, Twilight did as well.

"Derpy, hey... Derpy!" twilight called out.
Derpy just slowly opened her eyes, rolled over on her back and mumbled "Good morning".
"D-Derpy... Don't lay like that, it's too... Never mind, here I got a muffin for you. I remember that you liked muffins." Twilight said.
Derpy quickly realized how she was laying and adjusted accordingly, Blushing from what she just did she muttered out "Thanks Twi, you didn't need to..." as she grabbed the muffin.
"No problem at all Derpy!" twilight said with a smile.
"well, I better head home. I bet Dinky is worried about me" Derpy said shoving the muffin in her mouth and walking to the door. Derpy was just about to leave went twilight called out to her.
"Wait!"
"Whats up?" Derpy asked.
"who's Dinky?" twilight said approaching Derpy at the door.
"oh! She's my daughter!" Derpy said with a nice, warm smile and flew off.
Twilight was standing there, her ears couldn't believe it. Derpy has a DAUGHTER?!

The next day the twilight decided to go to Derpy's home and say hi. She approached the door and knocked lightly. The door opened to a tiny purple filly who was a little smaller then applebloom.
"hewo?" the filly spoke, it sounded so cute, it seems that the 'w' sound made its way in her words.
"Well! You must be Dinky!" twilight said to the filly, she used a tone that is commonly used with kids and kneeled Down to be closer to her eye level.
"yeah! Are you here to see mommy?" Dinky asked.
"yeah! I am! Now where is she hm?" twilight was still using the kid tone.
"well mommy is upstairs, but it's mommy's alone time so im not allowed to bowher her..." Dinky said a little upset.
"oh dear, well I'll go talk to her." twilight said walking in and upstairs.
She approached a door with 'Derpy' Engraved on it.
"Hello?" twilight put an ear up to the door and said very calmly.
"Dinky... Go back downstairs..." a faint voice was heard.
"N-no, Derpy it's twilight." after that was just silence.
"Derpy?" twilight called out again. There was no response, so she slowly opened the door and slowly trotted in.
She saw Derpy laying face down in a pillow in the bed in front of her.
"Derpy? Derpy dear, whats wrong?" Twilight asked sitting aside of Derpy.
"T-Twilight... I-Its nothing. Don't worry yourself over me..." Derpy said through tears.
"Now stop that! You're my friend, and If you're not happy then nor am I!" twilight said with a angry tone. "Now... Tell me what's wrong." her tone changed to calm and loving one.
"w-well, it's just do hard to raise a filly, have little to no support, not knowing the father of my child, trying to juggle taking care of Dinky and work... Not to mention having no friends." Derpy explain, she could barely finish before she broke into more tears.
"Of course you have friends! Never say you don't!" Twilight said
Twilight knew she had to help out this troubled mare. "Well, if you want... You could let me watch Dinky for you in the day and you can just pick her up later in the night after work? You can work longer, which means more bits..." Twilight suggested.
"Y-you would do that... For me?" Derpy said drying her tears.
"sure, what are friends for?" twilight said and after that saw a tiny smile crack on Derpy's face.
Derpy grabbed twilight and hugged her loosely.
"thank you..." Derpy muttered.
Twilight just smiled.

Twilight sitting on her couch was causally reading it was nice and quite, it was a day after her talk with Derpy and she peacefully waited for her to bring Dinky over. a knock came from the door, twilight got up and trotted over to the door and opened it with her magic.
"Hey Dinky! How are you?" Twilight said to Dinky, while also looking for her mother.
"Hey Miss Twilight!" Dinky replied.
"Wheres your mom? I thought she was dropping you off." Twilight asked.
"well she told me to come here after school." Dinky said, Twilight realized the tiny backpack on the filly.
"oh, we'll alright then come in!" Twilight grabbed Dinky with her magic and carried her inside.
"Haha! Hey! Put me down!" Dinky said through her giggling.
Twilight levitated her over the couch, "oh, okay!" she said releasing her magical grasp on the pony, She plopped down on the couch giggling and laughing.
"That was fun!" Dinky said rearranging her position and taking off her backpack.
"So what grade are you in?" Twilight asked sitting next to the filly.
"Im only in kindergarten, but I'll be in fiwst soon!" she said with her cheerful inflection.
"wow! You such a big pony! What did you do today?" twilight seemed to know just how to talk to young fillies, even though she only knew about three young fillies, it must come naturally.
"We talked about the different types of ponies today! Like Earth ponies, Pegasus ponies, and unicorns!" she was so excited about what she learned.
"Your missing one!" Twilight said.
"w-what?" Dinky said confused.
"Alicorns! Thats what are dear Princess is! It means they have wings AND a horn!" twilight said to the bewildered filly.
"thats so cool! I wanna be a ally-corn!" twilight chucked at the filly trying to say Alicorn.

Later that night there was a large storm, just like two nights ago when Derpy arrived at her door. Twilight was reading a children's book to Dinky.
"and then the little filly flapped her wings SO hard that she began to fly!" They both sat in front of the fireplace, Dinky was laying on her stomach and her hooves lifting up her head staring up at twilight, who was sitting in front of her.
"...And the filly finally flew home to her family, The End." twilight concluded the story.
"that was a great sto-" Dinky began to say story but a yawn broke through.
"Aw! Is somepony tired?" twilight asked.
"maybe a little..." Dinky said with her eyes barely open.
"Come on, let me find a place for you to sleep... The couch maybe?" twilight asked to no pony In particular, as she did a loud clap of thunder roared through the house. Dinky jumped and scrabbled onto twilights lap.
"Oh, are you scared of thunder?" twilight said, the filly mumbled a 'yes' but her head was hidden in twilight's chest. She then looked up at Twilight
"C-Can I sleep... With you?" Dinky said her voice and body shaking.
Twilight looked down at her and saw her large cute puppy dog eyes and couldn't say no. "Well I guess so..." Dinky's face lit up and she jumped off her.
"Thank you Twilight! Come on let's get to bed!" Dinky said.
Twilght kept looking at the door, Derpy was suppose to pick up Dinky but, maybe the weather slowed her down. Whatever the case was, Dinky was staying here tonight.
"Well I suppose I could get some sleep too." she looked at the clock, it was 9:45pm.
i suppose that's a reasonable time
twilight thought and then grabbed the filly with her magic and carried up to her room.
"Oh! Wait!" Dinky said once she was placed on the bed.
"Well, I need to take a bath first silly!"
Twilight swallowed hard.
I pray she can do it herself... ran through her mind.
"You can manage that yourself right?" twilight asked.
"well of course!" dinky said to twilights relief.
"Okay, well the bathrooms downstairs right next to the stairway up here." Twilight said seeing the filly off.
"Phew, that was close..." twilight said and heard the bathroom door open then close. Twilight laid down and drifted off to sleep.

She was awakened by a damp maned little filly.
"twilight? Twilight?" she called out.
"y-yeah Dinky?" twilight mumbled.
"I can't sleep" she said.
"come here" twilight just grabs her softly and held her. twilight spoke in a low, calm and caring voice. "Hush now, Quite now It's time to lay you sleepy head" twilight went on. The little fillies eyes began drooping slowly, until all that was heard was her tiny breaths. She fell sound asleep in twilight's hooves, Twilight followed soon after.

Twilight woke up from a knock at the door. She didn't want to move, Dinky was still asleep on in her hooves. She very carefully pulled her hooves out from under the filly and successfully did not disturb the filly.
She approached the door and opened to see Derpy there.
"Hey Twilight, Sorry about not showing up last night. With the weather an everything it would have been impossible for me to get here." Derpy apologized.
"No problem, we had a great time anyways. She ended up asleep in my hooves." Twilight said rubbing her eyes.
"Aww, how cute! Well, make sure she gets to school on time I gotta head back to the post office, I gotta sort through all the mail and make my deliveries." Derpy said walking out the door.
"Don't worry! I'll get her there!" twilight called out to Derpy as she flew away.
"was that mommy?" Dinky's voice popped our of nowhere.
"Y-Yes, she just wanted to apologized for last night and make sure you get to school, So get ready!" twilight tried to change the topic.
"oh, okay." Dinky said walking to the bathroom.

3:24 pm, better head Over to the school for Dinky twilight thought.
"Hey! Spike I'm going to get Dinky!" Twilight called out to her assistant. "Wanna tag along?"
Spike's head popped out of the kitchen with a gem in hand "sorry, but right now I'm to busy with this gem." he said.
Twilight giggled, waved to him and left for the school.
twilight stood outside the school and waiting for about three minutes until the bell rang indicated the end of the day. She saw scootaloo dash out first followed by the rest of the CMC and other fillies. In the crowd is Dinky with her best friend Pipsqueak.
"Hey Dinky!" Twilight called to her, both fillies turned their head. Dinky ran up to twilight and hugged her leg.
"Hewo twi!" Dinky said.
"oh and you're Pipsqueak right?" Twilight asked the filly accompanying Dinky, who looked slightly older.
"yes ma'am." he said.
"Well nice seeing you again Pip!" Twilight said With a smile.
"Bye Dinky! Bye Twilight!" Pipsqueak said walking home.
Twilight began to walk home with Dinky.
"So what did my little pony do today?" Twilight asked.
"We drew a picture of our families!" she cheered out.
"woow! Nice! You have to show me when we get home!" twilight said.

A little later, the entered the library and Dinky ran an jumped at the couch.
"Hahaha! That was fun!" she said, "Twilight! Come here! I wanna show you my picture!" Dinky called out.
Twilight plobbed down next to Dinky as she pulled out a picture, hoof drawn of course.
It's what was on the paper that shocked twilight, on the Left was Derpy, in the center was Dinky herself, but on the right was a shock. It was Twilght.
"D-Dinky? Why did you put me on here?" Twilight asked.
"You're like a second mommy to me! You were so nice when I stayed here and whenever you talk to me you make me giggle, and you watch over me, and you help me sleep duwing the storm, Like mommy" Dinky said.
Twilight couldn't find words to describe how she felt, she was tearing up from the idea that somepony viewed her as a mother.
"that's so nice of you Dinky. You're a great kid." Twilight said to the filly on the couch. Dinky just smiled.

Later that evening around 7:28pm Derpy arrived to take Dinky home.
"Thanks again for watching her Twilight." Derpy said standing in the doorway.
"No problem, she seems to have taken a liking to me." Twilight said as she used her magic and grabbed the picture off the couch.
"Look at what she drew when told to draw her family." Twilight pulled the drawing in front. "She said I was like a second mother to her." Twilight added.
"Wow, I guess she really does like you Twilight!... Among other ponies..." While saying this her tone changed from excited to quite and hushed.
"What? 'Among other ponies'? What are you-" Twilight stopped. Realizing what Derpy said. Derpy's face was bright red and her head was tilted down.
"are you trying to say..." Twilight said, Derpy just sinked and almost fell off her hooves.
"...yes" she muttered.
The both stood there in silence, until the tapping of tiny hooves appeared from behind Twilight.
"I'm all weady mommy!" Dinky said jumping up and down.
"well uh, let's- let's go then... I'll uh, see you tomorrow Twilight." Derpy said putting on her best face for Dinky, trying to hide rejection.
Twilight just nodded and closed the door.
"Oh no..."

The next day Twilight was cleaning up the library. While she was sweeping when a knock came from the door, Twilight walked over to the door and opened it.
"H-hey twilight..." Derpy said to twilight with shame in her voice.
"Oh, Uh hey Derpy..." twilight said recalling the events of last night.
"look, I'm sorry about last night... I just... It's... I really grateful for what you did for me. I guess my feelings got hold of me and well..." Twilight hushed the mare before she could continue.
"It's okay Derpy..." Twilight said. "I thought about it and well... I mean I liked spending time with you, I love Dinky she's so cute and she looks up at me... I think if you want to. Then I want to." Twilight said with a slight blush.
Derpy just couldn't believe her hers. "R-Really Twilight?" Derpy said.
"Of course..." Derpy just ran up to her and wrapped her hooves around her.
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Derpy cheered with tears of joy.
"alright calm down Derpy." Twilight said.
"Come over tomorrow night at 7pm alright? So we can talk about this, maybe go out you know... " Twilight said making Derpy jumped and gave twilight another large hug before leaving
"Bye Twiy!" Derpy yelled flying away.

"oh my gosh, oh my gosh, OH MY GOSH!" twilight said scrambling around the library. She dashed around making the place look perfect for Derpy.
"Twilight, you need to calm down okay! Everything will be fine." Spike said to the frantic pony.
"Now... Go fix up your mane, I'll get everything done out here okay?" Spike said. This seemed to calm her down quite a lot.
"Thanks Spike."Twilight said walking into the bathroom. She stood in front of a mirror and brushed her mane.
'Am I doing the right thing?'
'What If I don't like her as much as she does me?'
'What would my friends think?'
Thoughts buzzed through her head.

"No it'll all be fine! Calm down Twi!" she said to herself.

"Mommy where are you going?" Dinky said looking up at Derpy.
"Well I'm going to Twilights house..." before she could finish her sentence Dinky shot up
"Can I come, Can I come?!" She cheered.
"I'm sorry honey, but me and Twi need to uh... Speak privately..." Derpy said.
"are you lying mommy? I can hear it in your voice." Dinky was amazing at spotting lies.
"Oh, Okay. Yes I am. Sweetie, do you know what it means to 'Date' somepony?"
"Well of course I do!" this fact shocked Derpy in a way.
"Well, me an Twilight are going on a date together." she explained briefly.
"So will Twilight be my REAL second mommy then?!" Dinky cheered.
"Haha, You're are going to fast there girl! Well, I'm going. Goodnight sweetie. I expect you to be in bed by 8 Missy!" Derpy said.
"Okay mommy! Goodnight!" Dinky waved to her mom as she flew off to twilights.

Twilight waited patiently for Derpy, laying on her couch reading a book. She heard a knock at the door, she broke her intense stare at the book and looked over to a clock hung above the fireplace.
"7:45, that should be Derpy then." she said approaching the door, as she opened with her magic an energetic grey mares hoof shoot out and handed her flowers of the most beautiful reds and purples.
"Here ya go twi!" Derpy said hiding her nervousness, but not well.
"Why thank you! I'll have spike put them in a vase!" she said grabbing the flowers with her magic and levitating them to spike who was headed upstairs.
Derpy walked in and shut the door behind her.
"So where did you want to go tonight?" Twilight asked as she sat down on her haunches upon the couch.
Derpy approached her and laid down on the couch, her head at Twilight front hooves.
"Honestly? I don't care. I'm fine here." Derpy seductively said rubbing her head on Twilights legs.
"O-oh,Well, it is kinda nice here." Twilight blushed.
The sat there for quite a good five minutes until twilight broke the silence.
"Y-you know, I'm hoping this whole thing goes well. This would be my first relationship."
"Really? Well, I suppose I can see that though. I mean everypony that saw you died from your cuteness." Derpy said sitting up nuzzling twilight, causing her to let out a giggle.
"Well should we get some food? I thought we were going out, so I didn't eat supper." Twilight said.
"Oh yeah, okay!" Derpy said laying back down and rolling on her back looking up at twilight with her tongue sticking out.
"D-Derpy, Don't lay like that! It's not marelike, and too Exposed." twilight said through a blush that seemed permanently imprinted on her face.
"Oh you're such a fussy pony!" Derpy said reluctantly rolling over again, Twilight got off of the couch and walked into the nearby kitchen.
Derpy looked around taking the scene in. She looked behind her and there was, as there should be books. she grabbed one of the many books off of the shelf for some reason It drew her attention. She took a glimpse at the title it was 'How to Raise a Filly' throughout the book there were sticky notes as bookmarks. Derpy just smiled "Oh, you found that huh?" Twilight's voice came from behind the unsuspecting pony, it startled Derpy causing her to fall of the couch. Her back hooves were in the air and her head was planted on the ground.
"Derpy? You okay?" Twilight asked.
Derpy flattened herself out and laid on her stomach "I'm fine." she said.
"Well I'm not much of a cook but, here I had some muffins left over since your last visit, and some oats!" said twilight handing Derpy a blueberry muffin as twilight began to eat her oats.
Derpy jumped up so high Twilight thought she was gonna hit the ceiling.
"OHMYGOSHTHANKYOUSOMUCHTWILILGHTILOVEYOU!" Derpy said grabbing the muffin and taking a large bite out of it.
"I thought you would like it." twilight said sitting on the couch much like before. Derpy devoured her muffin she to continued to her original spot aside Twilight.
"So what was with that book?" Derpy asked twilight.
" Oh, well I needed to see how to take care of a filly and all with Dinky." Twilight answered.
"isn't that cute..." Derpy said smiling.

A few minutes later

"Thanks Twi. for everything." Derpy said in a tired tone.
"you sound tired Derpy, maybe you should head home." Twilight said, although a part of her didnt want her to leave.
"no... No i'll be... I'll be fine..." Derpy Said dozing off.
"oh Derpy." Twilight muttered to herself. After a little while she mustered up the strength and carried the sleeping mare upstairs with her magic. she placed Derpy on the left side of the bed when Twilight occupied the right.
"Goodnight Derpy..." she whispered.

The next morning twilight awoke to a slight kiss on the forehead. Her eyes slowly opened to see Derpy standing there aside of the bed smiling, "Sorry I didn't want to wake you, I gotta go Twiy." Derpy said.
"Oh... Yeah right, see ya" twilight said waving a hoof sleepily. As Derpy left Twilight decided to make herself some oatmeal.
'Ah, last night was great. She's such nice company...' twilight thought as she chewed. She looked over at the clock hanging above the sink. '12:36?! Damn! Derpy must have been late to work! And I have to remember to pick up Dinky at school.' twilight thought, finishing her food. She decided to shower after her meal. "Spike! Wake up you lazy dragon!!" Twilight yelled to Spike. She just heard a distant groan causing her to let out a little giggle.

"Hey! Pipsqueak!" Dinky called to her friend, It was recess in the fillies school and normally they play together.
"Hey Dinky!" Pipsqueak said seeing Dinky run to him.
"Oh, hey Dinky." a voice came from behind him, Dinky peered around him to see a not so familiar face, Scootaloo.
"O-oh hey scootaloo." Dinky said somewhat hiding behind Pipsqueak.
"hey, what's wrong your not scared or something?" Scootaloo asked.
"No, She's just shy." Pipsqueak said.
"P-pipsqueak? So are we gonna play now?" Dinky asked quietly.
"Oh we'll actually, I was gonna play with Scootaoo and her friends today." Pipsqueak said rubbing his neck nervously.
"W-What? B-B-But we always play together?!" Dinky protested.
"Dinky, you're a great friend really but.... I need to be around ponies my age. Sorry." Pipsqueak said standing up and walking over to a kick ball field.
Dinky sat there and started to cry.

Dinky was barely able to get through the rest of the day, She managed though. Finally the bell ran and This time the mob of fillies then the CMC, including Pipsqueak. The last one to leave was Dinky.
Twilight immediately noticed the fillies sadness.
"Hey, Hey, Dinky What's wrong?" Twilight said to Dinky.
"Pipsqueak isn't my-my-my friend anymore!" Repeating this made her just fall and cry, it was a big deal to her.
"Oh no! Come on, let me get you home." twilight said grabbing her with magic and placing the sobbing filly on her back and began to walk home to the silent sobs.

When the finally arrived at home Twilight places the filly on the couch and sat next to her.
"It's okay Dinky... " Twilight said patting Dinky on the back.
"N-no it won't! He was my only friend, No one wants to be fwiends with me." Dinky said rejecting twilight's words.
Twilight grabbed the filly and hugged her tightly
"Don't ever say you dont have any friends, Ever. Only because it's not true," twilight said, being hugged like this, the warmth of Twilight made her feel secure and safe. As the tears dried from her eyes she looked up at Twilight and said
"...Because I'll always have you..."
Twilight lesser her grip and held the filly out so she can see her face, A tear ran down Twilights face. "Why are you crying?" Dinky asked.
"Because. I'm happy that I helped out Derpy, I would have never known how awesome you are and how much I feel like a mother around you." Twilight said softly.
"You are a second mommy to me." Dinky said.
"I know, I know." Twilight said.
They sat there for a little while Dinky still in twilight's arms. Until twilight broke the silence.
"So, how bout some ice cream?" Those words made Dinky's ears shoot up like bullets. Twilight placed Finky next to her on the couch.
"Oh, Oh! Yeah! Let's go!" Dinky cheered.
"haha, alright lets go." Twilight said getting up and walking to the door, Dinky following giddily.

Twilight noticed she was getting strange looks from everypony, She spotted rarity off in the distance and dash to her, Dinky following.
"Rarity? Rarity! Whats wrong with everypony?" Twilight asked.
"Oh. Uh... Hi Twlight people are just uh, Disgusted by you chose of lifestyle..." Rarity said trying to sound as nice as possible.
"W-What? You mean my relationship with Derpy?" Twilight said. Rarity replied with a nod.
"W-Why? It's not like im a fillyphile or anything! I shouldn't be treated like this!" Twilight protested.
"Sorry..." rarity said walking away.
"Everypony... Hates me..." Twilight said to herself.
"Not evewypony." Dinky said grabbing Twilight's leg. "I Still wove you."
"yeah... Let's just go home..." Twilight said turning back to the direction of the Treehouse her head hanging low.

"I don't understand... Why do they hate me? Even Rarity! One of my best friends!" Twilight said laying spread out on her couch, with Dinky looking up to her from the floor. In her sadness she heard a knock at the door, "Oh what now?" Twilight groaned and walked to the door.
"Surprise!" Pinkie screamed from the doorway.
"What do you want Pinkie? Are you gonna make fun of me too?" Twilight asked angrily.
"Nope! I'm here to cheer you up and give little support!" Pinkie said.
"Give support? What do you mean?" as soon as she said that Vinyl Scratch popped from behind Pinkie.
"Relationship support silly!" The two mares cheered.
"whoa?!" twilight said shocked by Vinyls appearance. "What?!"
"Silly! Me and Vinyl have been together for some time now and we heard about you and Derpy so we thought you needed some advice, and if we can't help well... maybe they can!" Pinkie cheered and moving out of the way, up walks Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy.
"You two?! I would have never thought- I mean, Dash is so loud and Fluttershy is-" Twilight couldn't finish her sentence, Rainbow Dash butted in
"Well you and 'Derpy'? Never saw THAT comin'!" Dash said.
"heh, yeah..." As she finished, to little fillies appeared on top of Dash and Fluttershy's heads. They were Applebloom and Sweetie Belle.
"Y-You're kidding?!" Twilight said.
"Nope!" Sweetie said.
"So... You all are... Wow, I don't feel alone about this anymore." Twilight said as the tiny crowd cheered.
Just then Dinky appeared from behind Twilight "Are you okay now mommy?" She asked, the other mares gasped from that and looked at Twilight.
"W-Well she's not my daughter-! S-She Derpy's it's just-" she stopped and looked down at Dinky, "You know what? Yeah... Mommy is just fine now." she said, to the cheer of the other ponies.
"I'm glad you think that!" Derpy said flying in front of the door upside down.
"D-Derpy! How long where you-" twilight started
"The whole time, I was the one that got all the ponies here in the first place. To see you happy again!" Derpy said landing on her hooves.
"Love ya Twiy" Derpy said kissing Twilight.
