If you don't know,I'm Luna. Princess Luna. I live in Canterlot. I'm not in the best of moods now, Celestia got to raise the sun again. But do I get to raise the Moon?No! My Dad, King Sol, still thinks I'm too little. But It's not fair! I locked myself in my room so nopony would bother me. Mom's sick. I wish she wasn't. Maybe she could help me raise the moon. My Mom is Queen Stargazer. For some reason, she keeps getting sick. It makes me worry. Dad just unlocked my door. He's going to let me raise a star!It's not the Moon,but at least it's something! Dear Diary, I am so stupid!I dropped the Star while trying to raise it. And guess who saved the day? Princess Celestia. Ergh! I HATE how she always gets the attention. Just because she was born first and she  will raise the sun. She seems to be better than me at EVERYTHING! She's better in her studies than I am. I know she's older, but it isn't fair! I don't want to be a dumb little filly nopony cares about! Mom got a little better today.I hope it stays that way. Dad's also worried. He looks tired a lot now. He almost dropped the Sun this morning. I wonder why he's like that now? Dear Diary, I met a friend. Well not really. It's a cream and white rabbit that I saw out the window. It didn't run away, like most rabbits, but it just watched me. I went outside to see it. It was really cute. It liked to play chase with me. He left , but maybe he'll come back. Anyway, boring stuff today. Dad got mad at me because I forgot to study last night. Unicorn history is really boring. But it is interesting to learn about the past wars. Well I better go, Dad's being annoying. Dear Diary, Something weird happened today.The sun seemed,well, a litter darker than it usually is.I don't know what that's supposed to mean.Nopony seemed to notice it,so I kept quiet.I talked to Mom today.She said that she feels a little better.I hope she's not lying just to make me feel better.I secretly attempted flying today.It actually worked!!!Well,for a second or two.I'm glad Celestia didn't catch me,she'd tell Dad.I honestly don't know if she wants me to be safe,or if she's a big tattletale!!! The rabbit came back today.I call him Patch.I snuck him a carrot from the kitchens.Maybe I can give him the vegetables I don't like from my dinner... Dear Diary, The sun seems more dark.Why hasn't Celstia noticed it?I mean,she practicly stares at it all day!Ok,maybe that was a little far,but still. I went to the library today to read about the Sun and Moon. I found one that wasn't too hard to read,and tried to figure out why the Sun looks like that. It didn't say anything about it.Which is super helpful. Dad keeps giving boring lectures about how Equestria was made.I wish I could go to a real school with other fillies.But Dad says I'm royalty,so no normal school.Why can't royals do what they want?I mean,they're in charge.But I suppose he knows more than me. Dear Diary, I'm going to do something!I'M going to raise the sun today!!I'll wait until a little later though.It's like, 3:00 am,so not yet.I'll be able to prove that I can do anything I want to!!I feel like I have to prove everything for some reason.Celstia says it's ambition,but I don't know what that means.I didn't ask because I would sound dumb.I was going to look it up in the dictionary,but Dad said it was too late. Mom's sick again.I cried a little,because I just want her to be normal and not sick.She's really quiet these days.She used to be SO talkative,even more than me!That's actully saying something because I talk a LOT. I hope that she's fine. Dear Diary, What have I done?!I'm shaking all over.I went out to raise the sun,but....but...but...I dropped it. I managed to catch it,but it almost crushed me!!!Dad heard noise,so he looked outside.I thought he was going to explode.He took the sun and raised it up.He didn't say anything,but he just gave me his angry glare. Let me tell you,you DO NOT want him to give you an angry glare.It's like he's looking into you,not just at you. It's a bit creepy.But I just went to my room.I'm really hungry,because no breakfast.I could even eat vegetables I don't like.But I can wait.Dad came in later.He said that the Sun could have crushed me.I said I was sorry,but I guess he didn't believe me.Why doesn't anypony ever believe me? Deat Diary, I had the scariest dream of my life!! I was in my room,looking out the window at a storm.It was cool,except for all that lightning. Then, I heard a laugh.Not a normal laugh,but an evil one.It sounded like it was coming from behind me,so I didn't turn around.The voice called my name.I gulped and asked why he knew my name.I finally got the courage to turn around. There was a creature standing behind me.It looked like a combination of different animals.It was scary! I backed away,but he follwed me. When I came to the wall, I stopped.I opened the balcony door,and went outside into the rain.I told him to get away.He didn't listen but he said that we will meet again. I backed away more,but I fell off the side of the balcony. I frantically tried to get my wings to work,but they didn't.I fell into blackness.It was cold.Just like that storm....
