The Fire in my Heart

                                                    Frozen blinked open her eyes and yawned. Her eyelids heavy with groggy sleep. She sat up and reached her legs high in the air and she stretched making a slight groaning noise.

"So, you decided to wake up." Frozen jumped at the sound of Northern Lights' voice.

"Why are you in my room?" Frozen yelled, half asleep.

"Waiting for you to wake up, duh!" Northern replied joyfully. "Southern Fire and your dad are eating sandwiches. They took the rest of the bread and I want some!!!"

"Then go to the magical place known as Wall-Mare." Frozen grumbled and turned to go back to sleep. "Get the buck out of my room."

"But..but... don't you remember? I broke my hoof yesterday!" He screamed childishly as he waved his broken hoof in her face.

"FINE! I'll go get you some bucking bread!" Frozen raged as she got out of her bed and put a sweater on. "Sweet Celestia, I hate you." She moaned and walked out the door. Frozen trotted down the street in search of the store. She looked up and saw Rainbow Dash doing her morning routine. She didn't pay attention to where she was going and she bumped into somepony. Frozen let out a slight Ummph as she collided with the ground. "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to-" She looked up at the other pony and stopped dead. The stallion and her eyes met, and something clicked. The pony had a raging fiery mane and he was a deep dark purple color with grass green hooves.

"No, no! It was my fault, really!" He had a slight accent, though Frozen could not determine from where. "My name is Steel Flameshadow."
