Luna feels alone, rejected and unwanted in her life as a Princess. Her beloved sister Celestia has always been their parent's favourite. All she wants is for her parents to be proud of her, to give her just a tiny bit of the admiration that her sister is given. That is all she asks for. On one faithful day, when her parents and her sister are of to celebrate The Summer sun celebration, she finds friendship in the most unusual of places. But what happens when friendship turns into love and she is forced to fight the demons that haunt her every day.

(This is an add-on story to "Lately" although it is not required to read it for the purpose of this story. slight shipping, heavy emotions, and a little bit of swearing. It is a bit dark at some points of the story and I'm sure some of the Lately readers will dislike it but that won't stop me from doing it! You have been warned.)
