Chapter 1
My Little Pony: Till All are One!
While I am taking cues from the animated G1 Transformers movie this is not on that continuity! This is my own Transformers continuity with cues from different sources like the movies, cartoons and what not! Just to tell you! Also if you feel you can beta or proofread this chapter feel free to and PM me with the edited chapter!
Inside the wedding chapel Twilight looked at the Changeling Queen defiantly, the evil Queen was standing tall powerful laughing gloatingly at the fact her victory is pretty much inevitable, her mentor Princess Celestia had been defeated, Shining Armour her own brother has had the love sucked out of him and the Changelings are running rampage on the streets of Canterlot.
But she still had to do something, but what?
Just when she was beginning to think the situation was indeed hopeless came flying through the window was some strange object, due to everypony dealing with the Changelings and the gloating queen only Twilight noticed it.
“Twilight Sparkle” a voice told Twilight in her mind “you have been chosen by the Matrix!”
“Matrix? What have I been chosen for?” thought Twilight “who are you?”
“I am Optimus Prime and you have been chosen to become the new Leader of the Autobots!” the voice said, Twilight gasped.
“What are you talking about?” thought Twilight still trying to comprehend she had a voice telling her something that must have something to do with the object that came flying in.
“On our planet Cybertron we lived in peace and were headed by the House of Primes and the Matrix was the artefact used to give the Primes their power” Optimus told Twilight in her head “but one day we were betrayed by a movement of deceitful individuals, led by Megatron one who I once considered a brother!”
Twilight gasped, it would have been like if Shining Armour or one of his friends led a revolt against Princess Celestia, not that they would of course.
“Sorry....” Twilight managed to say not realising she’s listening to the story of a voice in her head.
“What’s done is done” Optimus told her “Megatron and his followers became known as the Decepticons while I led those still loyal with good in their hearts became known as the Autobots, we became engaged in a great war which almost tore our planet apart.”
Twilight kept listening as Queen Chrysalis was singing her “This Day Aria (reprise)” song. The changelings ignored her thinking she was just standing in self worry and her friends were trying to fight the Changelings.
“Soon both me and Megatron engaged in a battle where we both managed take eachother down” Optimus said finishing his story “now the Matrix has found you, chosen you to take my place as Leader of the Autobots!”
“ME?” asked Twilight shaking her head “there must be some mistake......”
“There is no mistake” Optimus told her “my fellow Autobots will be coming here when they find out where the Matrix has been sent; you will be ready to lead them!”
“I can’t!” said Twilight in denial “I can’t even save Equestria from the Changelings; I couldn’t stop the Changeling Queen before she showed herself!”
“Even in the darkest hours you still managed to defeat Nightmare Moon and Discord as I can tell reading your thoughts” Optimus reminded her “The Decepticons will be coming her as they have been tracking the Matrix, even without their leader you will still be a threat! I have faith you will be able to stop this Changeling Army and lead the Autobots to defeat what’s left of the Decepticons!”
“I can’t........” continued Twilight still doubting herself; it seemed Equestria will be destroyed either by the Changelings or by these Decepticons when they arrive.
“Use the Matrix” said Optimus “even if you have doubts use the Matrix to give you the power to save your home, use it to light your darkest hour!”
Twilight still felt there was no hope.......
No! She couldn’t think like that! Her friends, her family, everypony she ever knew, she couldn’t let them all down!
“I will do it!” said Twilight managing to build up her confidence.
“Use the matrix Twilight Sparkle, take you place as the Last of the Primes” Optimus encouraged her “free Equestria from a future ruled by these creatures for Freedom is the right all sentient beings!”
Levitating the Matrix with her magic she trotted towards the smirking Queen; send a glare to the creature that posed as her beloved foal-sitter.
“Time for your end Changeling!” Twilight shouted, defiantly.
Her friends watched in disbelief, what was Twilight up to?
“You really think you can defeat me when your own mentor could not?” laughed the Changeling Queen mockingly “think you can stand a chance against Chrysalis Queen of the Changeling Hive?”
“I don’t think I know I stand more than a match for you!” said Twilight getting a little too carried away.

Then the Matrix started glowing as Twilight became glowing as well, floating in the air. Within the Elements hiding place the Tiara of Magic flew out and then went to Twilight’s head, the light sent Queen Chrysalis to the ground.
“ARISE TWILIGHT PRIME!” Optimus’s voice boomed out.
Twilight then grew bigger to the point where she was about Shining Armour or Cadence’s size, her horn became much sharper, two wings grew out of her back instantly, she was now wearing golden shoes on her hooves and she now had a golden necklace with a red symbol on it.
Queen Chrysalis angrily got up, then shot a spell at Twilight which to the queen’s shock at no effect.
Queen chrysalis then roared and tried to attack the newly rechristened Twilight Prime only to get shot done by a spell from her horn.
Twilight then used  a spell to pull the handles of the Matrix, opening it revealing the glowing light blue orb inside. She then said “now.......LIGHT OUR DARKEST HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!”
The orb in the Matrix let out a giant blue forcefield which soon covered the entire of Canterlot shoving every single Changeling (including Chrysalis) to far away from Equestria.
As this happened Princess Celestia managed to get up while Shining Armour recovered from the mind control spell the Queen had put her in. The ponies in the crowd were now looking at Twilight in awe.
Twilight then floated down to the ground. Soon she running towards her was her friends, the Princess, Shining Armour,  Cadence and her parents who were in the crowd.
“Twilight we are so sorry Sugarcube!” Applejack said before looking at her in awe.
“Me too Twiley!” said Shining Armour in shame and then awe at his ‘little’ sister.
“That goes for me” said Princess Celestia who was also in awe.
“No hard feelings!” said Twilight shaking her head.
“What happened to you Twilight?” asked Twilight’s dad who was wondering along with his wife how their little filly could have transformed  in an Alicorn like this.
“It’s a little hard to explain!” said Twilight sheepishly “how about I do it later!”
In space heading towards the planet Equestria was one was a giant alien warship. Inside were the remains of the Decepticons.
“We are heading towards where the Matrix has been activated!” said a giant purple robotic figure with a red circle visor that made him look like a Cyclops, he was known as Shockwave.
“Excellent!” said a robotic figure on a throne like chair. He was mainly silver with parts of him red and dark blue and had jet planet like wings on his back. He was known as Starscream the new leader of the Decepticons.
After Megatron was defeated he had allowed those most loyal to the deceased leader like Soundwave to be destroyed by the Autobots while he and the other retreated, also managing to throw Megatron’s body (which was still barely breathing) into the depths of space.
Now all he had to do was find whoever had the Matrix now, defeat them and take it from himself and then destroy the remaining Autobots when they arrive.
Should be easy enough!

Chapter 2
Inside the Decepticon ship known as Nemesis Starscream faced Shockwave and said “Shockwave I want you to take the Combaticons and go find the Matrix, tear everything up until you find it!”
Shockwave bowed and said “it will be done Lord Starscream!”
Starscream smiled, his victory will be assured once the Matrix is found.
“So let me get this straight” Princess Celestia said trying to wrap her head around this “that item called the Matrix, this voice called Optimus told you both he and his enemy died in a war and it has chosen you to become the leader of Optimus’s group before his enemies arrive?”
Twilight nodded sheepishly.
“I actually believe it, despite how crazy that sounds” Shining Armour then said, the others nodded with her.
“Hey Twilight” Rainbow Dash then said excitedly “now you’re an allicorn now I can show you how to fly, maybe we can have a race!”
Twilight, Rarity and Applejack just shook their heads at Dash. Then Twilight’s Parents rushed to Twilight and hugged her.
“Twilight when you were a little filly I used to call you my little princess” said Twilight’s father “and now you really are a princess!”
Twilight blushed, her parents let go of her as they heard a rumbling sound. “What now?” groaned Rainbow Dash.
They went inside to the balcony of the Castle and stared in shock as they saw a purple tank along with a blue and green truck, and purple and silver tank, a red helicopter, a yellow buggy like vehicle and a jet.
The purple tank then transformed into Shockwave. “Combaticons transformer!” commanded Shockwave. The truck transformed into Onslaught, the purple and silver tank transformed into Brawl, the helicopter transformed into Vortex, the buggy transformed into Swindle and the jet transformed into Blast Off.
“You are you and your friends?” Rainbow Dash snarled at Shockwave flying towards his head.
Shockwave then swatted her sending her back to the balcony.
“Hold your tongue fleshling!!!” Shockwave said “I am Shockwave and I claim this puny planet in the name of the mighty Decepticon Empire!!!”
“Those.......are........Decepticons?” Twilight gasped, she sure wasn’t expecting them to be this big.
“I ask that the new Prime comes out!” Shockwave said “otherwise I will crush every building until I find out!”
Twilight was about to be fly out when Princess Celestia stepped in front of her and said “Twilight, I cannot allow you to go out there to face them alone!”
This was met with words from her family, old foalsitter and her friends encouraging her to stay there while Twilight responded by saying “I have to do this, who knows what damage they will do if I don’t!”
Twilight using her new wings then flew out of the balcony before they could protest even further. “I am the one you want” Twilight said facing Shockwave in the sky and remembering what Optimus called her when she transformed “I am Twilight Prime!”
Shockwave then bursted out laughing and then said “you have been chosen by the Matrix to be inducted into the House of Prime? What a joke! Hand over the Matrix right now and i might spare this city!”
“Make me!” Twilight said before using her tiara to shoot a blast at Shockwave’s optic sending him back.
“That’s it!” Shockwave said angrily getting his arm cannon ready to fire at Twilight, when he spotted a large robotic dinosaur coming his way.
“Oh no!” Shockwave then said as he was hit by the dinosaur’s tail. As this was happening a red rescue vehicle, yellow sports car with black stripes and a red car with bullhorns on the hood came driving through.
The Dinosaur then transformed into a robot and then began pounding onto Shockwave. As this was happening the Royal Canterlot Guard were beginning to fight the Combaticons despite how large they are
“GRIMLOCK SMASH SHOCKWAVE!” said the robot known as Grimlock. Then the Rescue Vehicle then transformed into a robot and then got Grimlock off Shockwave.
“That’s enough Grimlock!” said the robot sternly.
“Ratchet ruined Grimlock’s fun!” snarled Grimlock to the robot now known as Ratchet.
“Combaticons retreat!” Shockwave grumbled getting up and then leaving with the Combaticons.
“They escaped!” said a robot who had transformed from the red car with bull horns and the yellow car transformed into a robot which was a little smaller than the others.
“We can’t worry about Shockwave yet” said Ratchet “We have to find where the new Prime is........”
“These creatures are horses!” Grimlock said excitedly and he reached into the balcony using his hand and pulled out Fluttershy “Grimlock want to pet the horses!”
Rarity screamed at Grimlock “unhand her you brute!” Grimlock paid her no heed as he gently stroked Fluttershy who was relaxing to the petting.
“Grimlock put the creature down!” ordered Ratchet sternly “we have a job to do!”
Grimlock snarled as he then put Fluttershy back down and muttered “Ratchet ruined Grimlock’s fun again!!!”
“Sorry about my teammate here!” Ratchet apologised looking down at the ponies in the balcony.
“It was quite alright!” Fluttershy said “he was quite gentle!”
“Wait you said you were looking for the new Prime” Twilight said flying back to the balcony and showing Ratchet the Matrix “I believe that’s me!”
“That’s the new Prime, this fleshling horse creature?” asked the red robot incredulously!
“Don’t mind Cliffjumper” Ratchet said “I am Ratchet, this big guy is Grimlock and this smaller one is Bumblebee!”
Bumblebee then made some unintelligible noises and Ratchet explained “in battle he had his voice vocals ripped out!”
“Well I’m Twilight Sparkle and I guess I am Twilight Prime now” Twilight said sheepishly looking at the larger robot.
“Well welcome to the Autobots Twilight Prime!” Ratchet said “and we have to get the other Autobots here so they can meet our new leader!”
Meanwhile a fatally wounded giant robot had been floating in space and landed in the Everfree Forest-inside the castle where Nightmare Moon had been defeated.
