Prismatic Wishby Nitronus PrimeChaptersBe Careful What You Wish For......You Just Might Get ItHome Sweet Temporary HomeExplosive EncountersBe Careful What You Wish For..."Ow oh come on," Rainbow complained as she got up from the bush she landed in. All day she had been practicing a new trick that she had made herself but so far each attempt ended up with her landing in a bush or a tree. The next audition for the Wonderbolts was only two weeks from today and she needed to make sure that she was at her best if she wanted to finally join them. She had been trying to join them her whole life and was still confused about why they hadn't accepted her in yet. She was the fastest flier in all of Equestria and the only one to do a Sonic Rainboom, why wasn't that enough? She soared right back in the air only to land in a tree a few seconds later. "How am I having so much trouble performing a trick that I made?" Rainbow yelled out in frustration. "What else can go wrong?" "Hey Rainbow Dash," Three voices said in unison causing Rainbow to facehoof. "I just had to say it didn't I?" She mumbled while landing on the ground. She looked at the three crusaders who were beaming at her with their usual smiles that meant they wanted something from somepony to get their cutie marks. "What do you three want? I'm kinda busy right now." "Could you help us with something? We need someone really fast to help us test how good we are at aiming at moving targets," Applebloom explained. "Yeah, we're gonna get our cutie marks in archery," Scootaloo said. "With arrows that aren't sharp on the end," Sweetie Belle added. "Archery? Don't you need a way to carry bows to do that?" "We thought of that so we went to talk to Wheeljack and he fixed us some archery equipment that we can use," Sweetie explained. Wheeljack, I'm going to strangle you for this. "Ask Pinkie Pie, I'm busy." "She's helping the Cakes with some projects they're working on while foalsitting Pound and Pumpkin," Sweetie explained. "What about Applejack or Big Mac?" "They're busy working on the farm," Applebloom explained. "What about... um..." Rainbow was running out of ideas to get out of this so she could practice her trick but she knew they wouldn't leave her alone unless she gave them a good reason. "Please Rainbow Dash, we really want to get our cutie marks and you're the only pony we haven't asked yet. Please?" Scootaloo asked. "Well I would but I... have to... feed Tank. I just remembered that I haven't fed him yet so maybe some other time." "But isn't he at Fluttershy's cottage like he usually is?" Sweetie asked confused. Horseapples, how am I gonna get out of this? I can't use Tank as an excuse and they know that no one else is helping me with anything. Think Dash think. "If you don't want to, you can just say so," Scootaloo said with her ears down as she started walking away with her two friends following. Something about the way Scootaloo had said that made her heart ache a bit. Rainbow let out an aggravated sigh. "Okay fine I'll help you." Scootaloo immediately stopped and looked back at Rainbow Dash with twinkling eyes. "Really? You will?!" "Yeah I'll help but not until I finish practicing my new trick for the Wonderbolts audition which I would like to have peace and quiet while I'm doing it." "No problem Rainbow Dash. I won't make a single noise," Scootaloo promised as she sat down ready to watch her idol practice until Applebloom bit her tail and started dragging her away. "I think she means that she wants to practice with no one around," Sweetie explained to the now pouting filly. As soon as they were out of sight, Rainbow Dash sighed in relief. "Now I can practice once again in peace." She instantly went back into the sky, zooming left to right, doing barrel rolls and flips all over. I do feel kind of bad for having to blow them off like that but I need to practice for the auditions, not help three fillies with something that won't even help them get their cutie marks. Scootaloo is pretty cool I guess even though she can be a little creepy sometimes with the whole idolizing me and stuff. And why did my heart hurt when she was sad? It's probably nothing. But she, Sweetie, and Applebloom do get a lot more time to do fun stuff like that archery thing they were talking about. I wish that I could be a kid again so that I could relax more and do awesome stuff all day. After she thought this, she saw in the corner of her eye a purple light flying towards her. Just as she turned to look at what it was, it had hit her and sent her crashing onto the ground in pain. She simply laid there for a few seconds screaming in pain until the world around her turned black. "Where is Lady Rarity?" A muscular grown up Spike questioned a menacing dragon quaking in terror of Spike's greatness. "She is in the highest room in the tallest tower. Please have mercy on me," The dragon begged as Spike flew to the tower finding his beloved waiting for him. "Oh my dear Prince Spike. I knew you would come." "Nothing could ever keep me away from you my beautiful," He said as he leaned in for a kiss. Just before their lips met... "For buck's sake!" Spike jumped right out of his bed in fear from the loud outburst from Twilight outside of the treehouse. "Note to self, get earplugs to drown out Twilight during nap time." He went outside to see Twilight using her magic on a wilting flower for what reason he could only guess. "Twilight what are you doing?" "I'm trying to learn a new spell that reverses age so that I can make the flowers around the treehouse look perfect for when Celestia comes for her annual visit to Ponyville but it won't work," She explained glaring at the flower with her horn still lit. "You could just switch them for better flowers or something," Spike offered still a bit angry from Twilight waking him up from his nap. "Spike I cant have any distractions so let me concentrate," She demanded never once looking away from the offending flower. She lit her horn as much as she could lighting up the plant as it slowly started to revert to a healthy flower. "Hi Twilight," Pinkie greeted the unicorn out of nowhere causing Twilight to jump up and fire a blast from her horn into the sky away from the town. "Oooh pretty, what was that? Was it a firework? Are we celebrating the 4th of July seventy six days early?" "Pinkie why did you scare me like that? Didn't you see I was trying to concentrate on a spell?" "I didn't try to scare you, I just said hi Twilight. I just wanted to come over and ask if you had a how to book on making baby food." "Yes I do but-" "Got it," Pinkie said putting a book inside of a saddlebag that she didn't have before. Normally Twilight would question something like this but dropped it since it was Pinkie Pie who's tail started twitching. "Oh something's gonna fall at... the meadow outside of Ponyville where Dashie usually practices at." "Should we check on her? She might have been what fell. What if she crashed and broke her wings?" Spike said worried. "Don't worry your little head over it Spiko. I'll go check it out while you keep scolding your flower Twilight," Pinkie said cheerfully as she sped off to the meadow. "That pony is so random," Twilight noted as she put her attention back on the flower. "Twilight!" "Pinkie?" Twilight to see Pinkie already back looking frantic and extremely worried with her other saddlebag looking quite bulgy. "What's wrong? Is Rainbow alright?" "I don't know. I went to the meadow to check on her but all I found was..." Pinkie opened up the bag to let Twilight look inside to which she became dumbfounded and terrified. "Oh this is not good." ...You Just Might Get ItDarkness was all that Rainbow Dash could see as she lay still with her eyes shut. She could hear faint voices around her but they were all muffled. She could also feel a sharp pain in her wings as she tried to move them slightly. What had happened? The last thing she remembered was some light and then nothing. “….think she’s……… up,” She heard a soft voice say with hope and concern. “Think she’ll…….. when she….. out that…. a….?” A southern voice asked with what sounded like a suppressed chuckle. “Is she going to stay this way?” She heard Pinkie ask. “Oh this….. bad, very………” Another voice repeated over and over. Rainbow Dash had no idea what they were talking about but she did her best to sit up, even though it meant that excruciating pain came back. Struggling, she managed to open her eyes to see her five friends and Spike standing around her, well five if you don’t include Twilight who was pacing the same way she did whenever something bad happened. She looked around to see that she was inside of Twilight’s bedroom which seemed a bit bigger than she remembered, while laying underneath a big blanket on a bigger bed. “What happened?” She was answered with a hug from Pinkie who seemed to have grown a dozen inches or so. “Oh I’m so happy that you’re finally awake Dashie. You were asleep for so long that I thought you might be in a coma and have a dream where you could talk to pet shop animals and have wacky adventures with obvious endings and pop culture references and-“ “Pinkie, could you please let me breathe?” Rainbow asked trying to push the pink mare off of her. With reluctance, she let go of Dash while Rarity gave as convincing of a smile as she could. “How are you feeling darling?” “My wings are hurting a bit and I’m tired but I feel fine, why? And why do you all look bigger?” She asked then listening to a change in her voice. “And why is my voice squeaky?” All five of the ponies looked between each other, uncertain of what to tell the pegasus. Twilight stopped her pacing and cleared her throat before speaking again, “What do you remember before you went unconscious?” “Well I was practicing a new trick for the Wonderbolt auditions when I saw some purple light hit me from out of nowhere. Everything else is just black; so what happened?” She asked again only to be met with uncertainty. “What’s wrong? Did something happen? Are my wings broken?” She asked with fear as she examined her feathered companions. “No your wings aren’t broken but they are pretty banged up,” Twilight confirmed as Dash let out a sigh of relief until she noticed another strange thing. “Why are my wings so small?” The five once again looked at each other and pushed Twilight the closest to the pegasus. “Well the thing is that you might have been accidently hit by a spell I was working on that was going to make my flowers younger before I got surprised by Pinkie and having it shoot into the sky,” She slowly explained to the blank staring pony. “Huh?” Twilight rolled her eyes and brought a small mirror for Rainbow Dash to look into along with ear plugs for herself and her friends and a sound barrier for the room. As expected, she didn’t take it very well. She screamed loudly as she saw a younger version of herself in the mirror. “What the hay is going on? Is this some kind of joke? WHY AM I A FILLY?” Even with their ear plugs, the five ponies’ and dragon’s ear drums were still ringing harshly. “It ain’t that bad sugarcube,” Applejack tried to comfort the now filly Rainbow Dash. “Not that bad? How is this NOT THAT BAD? I’m a filly; don’t you know what that means?” She asked while glaring daggers at the farm mare. “Well, not really but-“ “It means that I can’t go to the Wonderbolt auditions that are in two weeks. You have to be at least eighteen and now I’m only ten!” “Eleven and five eighths actually,” Pinkie added to everyone else’s confusion. “Twilight you can turn me back before then can’t you?” Before Twilight had a chance to respond, the front door to the library opened and three fillies ran up to the bedroom bombarding Rainbow Dash and the group with questions. “What happened? Is Rainbow Dash okay? Did you turn her into a filly? Is she gonna stay like that? Can she join the Cutie Mark Crusaders?” They asked in unison giving Dash a headache. “Girls settle down please,” Fluttershy pleaded with them. “She needs to relax right now and asking her all of these questions is just going to stress her more than she already is.” “What are you three doing here?” Rarity questioned them. Sweetie gave a guilty smile. “We wanted to check on Rainbow Dash and make sure that she was okay.” “So what happened?” Scootaloo asked in awe. Twilight repeated what she had tried to explain to Rainbow and they seemed to mostly understand. “So will you be able to change her back?” Apple Bloom asked. “You will be able to right?” Rainbow asked as well. “I… I don’t know. Age spells are supposed to be for the highest level unicorns. I couldn’t even get it to work on my flowers; I don’t even know how it managed to work on you. “Isn’t there some way to change me back? What about the princesses?” “I already tried sending a letter to Princess Celestia explaining what’s happened several hours ago but she hasn’t sent anything back.” As if Celestia could somehow hear them, Spike burped out a scroll that accidently hit Rainbow Dash in the face. Twilight read through the letter many times in confusion. “What does it say?” Dash asked holding her nose. Dear Twilight, I’m sure that this is a difficult situation and you know that I would assist you, but I am currently far too busy with royal matters to come and help. I do think that this could be a very grand opportunity for you to increase your magical capabilities. I advise that you do not speak of what has happened to Rainbow Dash to anyone else, I’m sure that you will understand and succeed at this task. Your mentor, Princess Celestia. Silence fueled by confusion filled the room as Twilight looked through the letter like it held the answer to life, the universe, and everything. “That’s it?” Rainbow asked flabbergasted. “She’s really not going to help me?” A knock at the library door interrupted the group to which Rainbow Dash flew down to. Once the door was open, she saw a pegasus with a dark blue coat, a short and scruffy black mane, and a tornado for a cutie mark. “Hello there little miss, is Twilight Sparkle here?” “I’m right here,” Twilight responded standing in front of Dash. “Is there something you need Mister…?” “Drift, I’m in charge of the weather team. You see, I’ve been a bit worried as to where Rainbow Dash has been all day and have been looking all over town but no one seems to have any clue as to where she is. I was hoping as one of her closer friends that you might know her whereabouts. She hasn’t reported for weather duty.” “I’m right here Mr. Drift,” Rainbow said trying to get past the unicorn. Drift chuckled. “And who is this little filly? She strikes quite a resemblance to Dash. I didn’t know that she had a little sister.” “I am Rainbow Dash.” Drift let out another chuckle. “Of course you are little filly.” “I am,” She insisted. “Sorry about her; Rainbow Dash brought her here from Fillydelphia so that she could try and make some friends. I think Dash said she was traveling to Las Pegasus to learn some new tricks or something like that. I’m not sure why she wouldn’t say anything but I’ll make sure to inform you if she pops up,” Twilight said with as best of a poker face as she could. Drift seemed to buy it as he let out a sigh. “Well thank you Ms. Sparkle, have a good day. You too little filly.” With that, he flew off leaving Rainbow to glare at the unicorn. “Why didn’t you tell him that I’m me?” “Because Celestia told us not to that’s why. She may not have given a very good reason-“ “She didn’t even give one,” Rainbow mumbled. “-but she’s my mentor and I trust her decisions as she trust mine. Now we’ll need to figure out where you should stay.” “Stay? What does that mean? I’m staying at my house.” “You might be an adult in your head but you’re a filly on the outside. We can’t just let you stay in a house all on your own.” “Then I’ll stay here?” “Where you’ll be loud and distract me while I try to find a way to change you back?” She questioned with a raised eyebrow. “I’d let you stay at the farm sugarcube but I already have enough time spent working and looking after Apple Bloom,” Applejack said trying not to laugh at Rainbow’s tantrum. “And I have to babysit for the Cakes and work at Sugar Cube Corner,” Pinkie added. Perfect. All that leaves is Fluttershy, she’ll probably say I can’t because of her animals and there’s no way that I’m going to stay at Rarity’s. But where else can I… She stopped when she saw an excited look on Scootaloo’s face. No. “She could stay at my house, my parents wouldn’t mind," Scootaloo offered. While Rainbow Dash was starting to reconsider Rarity's, Twilight seemed to like the idea. "That seems like a good idea, it's probably best if she stays with someone who's around her new age especially someone without a cutie mark." "What does that matter?" Dash asked before Twilight pointed next to her with an apologetic smile. Rainbow looked to her Twilight was pointing and was faced with something that horrified and enraged her. "OH COME ON!" Home Sweet Temporary HomeWhy did I make that stupid wish? Rainbow Dash couldn't believe that she had actually been turned into a filly and right after she had made a random wish that she hadn't even expected to have happen happen. At first, being a filly again seemed like a great idea, but now she realized that she had lost several things because of it. She lost her house, her job, and even her cutie mark which Twilight explained was probably due to the spell changing her age to before she had gotten her cutie mark. Right now, she was walking alongside Scootaloo who was more than excited that Rainbow Dash would be sleeping over at her house until Twilight managed to turn her back into an adult. "Why are we walking all the way there?" Rainbow asked impatient. "Well you don't know the way to my house and my scooter is at Wheeljack's getting fixed after I broke the handlebar doing a stunt," Scootaloo explained, thought the last part confused Dash. "You sent something to get fixed by Wheeljack? The guy who causes everything he touches to explode?" She asked incredulous. "Well he doesn't always make everything explode, and when he doesn't he makes some pretty awesome stuff. He's fixed my scooter before so I'm sure he can do it again without blowing anything up." "Yeah, sure he can," She doubted it. She had known Wheeljack for a couple years and she had never seen him work on anything without things either blowing up, being set on fire, or both. "Are you sure that your parents will be fine with me staying at your house until I get changed back?" "Totally, they usually let me do what I want actually." "Cool," Dash mumbled as she thought of her own parents years ago. "So how much farther until we get there?" "It's only a few blocks down from here." Scootaloo hesitated for a minute before asking, "Hey Rainbow Dash?" "Yeah?" "Do you think you could teach me how to be an awesome flier like you are?" I'd rather just bust clouds again, or lay down in my cloud home. I've lost almost everything and she wants me to train her? But what she really said was, "Sure." The answer seemed to satisfy Scootaloo enough that she hugged Dash really tight. "Thank you, thank you, thank you." "Your... welcome... Can... you please... let me breathe?" Dash asked. Scootaloo immediately let go of her idol and turned away with a blush while rubbing the back of her mane, "Sorry." After walking down a few more blocks, the two arrived in front of a one story mahagony house. Standing in front of the doorway was a unicorn mare and an earth pony stallion. The mare had a pink coat, a blue mane, and a spatula cutie mark while the stallion had a red coat, a black mane, and a horse-shoe cutie mark. The two instantly hugged Scootaloo lovingly. "Where have you been sweet pea? It's getting late," The stallion noted. "Sorry dad, I was just bringing over a friend of mine to stay over while her big sister Rainbow Dash is out of town," She explained. "Is it alright if she does?" "I don't see why not, in fact I just finished making dinner about ten minutes ago and I think I made a little too much for just the three of us," The mare said. "So what's your name kid?" The stallion asked offering a hoof. Rainbow Dash simply glared at the hoof making the stallion confused. "Is she usually this angry?" "She's just upset because she wanted to go with her sister to Las Pegasus but had to stay here. Her name's Prisma Dash." "Well it's wonderful to meet you Prisma, my name is Madolche," The mare greeted. "I'm Buckaneer, now how about we all go inside and get some tasty grub? You're gonna like it kid, my wife is the best cook I've ever met in my life." Buckaneer and Madolche walked into the house with the two fillies slowly following. "Prisma?" Dash whispered. "It's short for prismatic, you know rainbow colored. It was the first thing that I thought of." "Wow," Dash's mouth began to water as she looked at the meal Scootaloo's mom had made. Mashed potatoes and gravy, salad, hay fries, and foods that she had never even heard of. Madolche chuckled as she looked at her. "Be careful, you drool anymore and your food is going to get soggy." She almost didn't care, she didn't know what to eat first. She grabbed hold of a spoon with a handle for her hoof and got a spoonful of mashed potatoes. Once she had swallowed it, she started scarfing down whatever else she could get her hooves on. "Hey don't eat that quick there kiddo, you're gonna get a wicked bad tummy ache," Buckaneer warned. "So have you been in Ponyville long?" Madolche asked. "I've never seen you around town before." "Um, not very long. I actually live in Baltimare, I'm just visiting here until my sis gets back," Dash said as convincing as she could. She didn't want to lie to two ponies she had just met but she had a weird feeling that it would be a bad idea to tell them the truth. "How long is your sister going to be away?" Buckaneer asked. "I'm not sure, she didn't say much except that she should be back within a couple weeks." "Well you're more than welcome to stay here until she gets back from her trip. We don't have any spare beds though, so you wouldn't mind sharing my Scootaloo would you?" "It's not a problem at all," Dash assured them. Except that she felt a little uncomfortable sharing a bed with a filly, espcially her biggest fan. "Alright now let's finish this grub, I'm starving. Also make sure that you don't eat too much Prisma, I'm going to be making some tasty brownies after we're all done with dinner," Madolche warned Rainbow Dash who had started to scarf more of her food down. Once her plate was empty, she held it up with big eyes. "Please ma'am, may I have some more?" She asked making everyone chuckle. Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo walked into a bedroom with blue walls, a wonderbolt bed, even some wonderbolt posters and goggles. She noticed Scootaloo quickly take a picture down before she could see it and locked it in a small cabinet. She decided to not question it and headed to the bed. She got under the covers and sat facing the wall on the edge of the bed away from Scootaloo who faced the opposite way. "Your parents are pretty cool." "Yeah, they're pretty tight but..." She didn't say anything else and Dash couldn't see her either so she decided to change the subject. "Do you snore?" Dash asked. "Nope, at least I don't think I do. My parents have never complained about it if I do. What about you?" "None of your business." "It's none of my business to know if you snore?" Scootaloo asked confused. "No, I just... no, I don't think I snore. Now I really just want to go to sleep." And with that Rainbow Dash shut her eyes and fell asleep. Scootaloo simply laid down, thinking of why Dash had been angry at first when she had asked her question. Scootaloo sighed as she looked at where she had locked up the picture, "Maybe someday." She started to shut her own eyes before she heard snoring from behind her. She ignored it as she drifted to sleep, having the same dream that she had every night. Explosive Encounters“Where exactly are we going?” Rainbow asked annoyed as she and the three other fillies walked through the Ponyville streets together. After breakfast, Scootaloo had ran to find Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom for some reason that completely passed her ears. “We’re going to Wheeljack’s shop on the other side of Ponyville. He should be done with those bows and arrows that he said he would make for us,” Scootaloo explained only to have Dash roll her eyes. “Don’t get upset if everything in the shop is in flames or reduced to ashes.” “Why do you keep saying bad things about Wheeljack? He’s made a lot of cool things.” “Like what? He once set drums on fire in a lake by just looking at them.” “I’m sure that everything will be totally-“Apple Bloom started before the four saw smoke rising from a farther area in the town. Rainbow looked at her with a smirk. “I'm sorry, what were you were saying?” The four started to gallop to the source to see a blue building with smoke pouring out of every window and the front door. There was an old, rickety sign hanging above the door that read: W--elj-ck’s In--n-ing Sh-p. Rainbow Dash assumed it was like that because of all of the accidents that always happened here. She could faintly hear someone coughing inside of the shop. They looked inside to see a stallion running around a room, coughing as he looked for something. “Oh where did I put that infernal contraption?” The stallion had a light blue coat like the sky, a bright grey mane showing that he was a bit elderly which stopped just above his dark blue eyes; he had small round glasses along with a gear for a cutie mark. Rainbow still wasn’t sure how Wheeljack could have possibly gotten that as a cutie mark, she would think a bomb would be more suitable. For some reason, Mayor Mare had decided to have him be the town inventor, even though nearly all of the things he made ended up exploding, and that was if he was lucky. “Wheeljack, are you okay? What happened?” Sweetie asked concerned. “Don’t worry there young filly, I’m fine. *cough* I may be getting old but I can take a few explosions *cough*. As for what happened, I’ll show you as soon as I can find that pile of scrap metal,” Wheeljack replied as he searched quicker for whatever device he needed while trying to not breathe in too much of the smoke. “Step aside, I’ve got this,” Rainbow said confidently as she flew into the building. She immediately began to spin around as fast as she could, creating a small tornado that started to suck up the smoke only to have it all gather around her and make her cough madly. She stopped flying and fell onto the ground in pain. “A little reckless aren’t ya?” Rainbow heard Wheeljack say as he walked toward her with some kind of vacuum on his back. He flipped a switch on the side and a tube was raised in the air. It instantly began to drain all of the smoke inside of the vacuum until the air was fresh once again. Rainbow couldn’t believe that she had just seen Wheeljack use machinery and having it work. “How did you…” “It’s not that hard with this glorious piece of machinery. I always have this around in case any of my inventions happen to go up in flames, which admittedly happens quite a lot. I designed it to suck up and smoke, fire, and any kind of dangerous chemicals and gases in the area and convert them into fresh air. Quite an amazing thing it is, if I do say so myself.” He looked at her curiously, “You look a lot like Rainbow Dash. Are you her little sister?” “Yep, name’s Prisma.” “Well it’s good to meet you Prisma. I must say I didn’t know that Rainbow actually had a younger sister or any siblings at all. Word of advice though Prisma; don’t go flying into smoke. Now, what can I do for you all?” “We came to check up on the bows and Scootaloo’s scooter,” Applebloom explained. “They weren’t turned to ash were they?” Sweetie asked. “Of course not, I would never leave a creation of mine just sitting in the open while I work at the risk of explosions. I put them inside of a vault for safe keeping until the requestors need them.” He led them to another room where they all saw a small but rusty locker in the corner. “Please tell me that that isn’t your vault,” Rainbow begged. “Good gracious no. How could that rusty old thing keep anything safe? No, the vault is behind it.” He slid the locker aside revealing a small button that, once pressed, opened up a hole in the wall. Inside of the hole, were several strange looking devices along with three bows and a scooter. “See, what’d I tell ya?” “Those bows look so cool,” Scootaloo noted as she stared at them in awe. “Well I’m glad that you seem to like them young one. These bows are Alpine Archery Silverado Limited Editions. A feature of these bows is the Velocitric Hybrid Cams with a locking mechanism that enables the shooter to relax the string for adjustments of peep sight installation and removal without a bow press. It just looks hot with its black, powder-coated riser, brown components and Mossy Oak Infinity camouflage-finished limbs. The bows are 17-inches axle-to-axle, weigh less than four pounds, and have a 5 1/4-inch brace height, adjustable draw lengths from 19 to 25 inches and an IBO speed rating of 330 fps. Good for beginning youngling’s like you.” “Whoa,” they all said in unison causing Wheeljack to let out a hearty chuckle. “What kind of arrows do we get to use?” Scootaloo asked excited. “Well I don’t want any of you breaking anything or at the very least hitting anyone with actual arrows, so I simply made a few dozen arrows with tips made of cotton. I believe that should suffice.” “This stuff is so amazing,” Sweetie praised the inventor. “How did you manage to make these without causing anything to explode?” “Well I’ll admit that I’m surprised at that myself. As you already know, my inventions tend to have a nasty habit of blowing up in my face or even just being set on fire for no reason. Take my latest invention for example.” He motioned He motioned towards a few pieces of metal scattered across the floor. “My latest invention-in-progress, the Phase Shifter. If I can get it to work, it would allow the wearer to pass through solid objects at will; though I’ll need to find some way to make sure that the pony using it wouldn’t phase through the ground itself. Not sure how I would manage to do that.” “If you know that you can’t do it, then why even try?” Rainbow asked. Wheeljack didn’t seem to like her question as he looked at her with a frown. “To believe a thing impossible is to make it so. Impossible only means that you haven’t found the solution yet. So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.” Where did he read all of that nonsense? "Yeah, okay, I'll remember that." Wheeljack gave a short look of disapproval before looking back to the Crusaders. "Well I hope that these are all to your liking." "Totally," Scootaloo chimed eagerly holding a bow. "Come on Crusaders, let's go get our cutie marks in archery." "CUTIE MARK CRUSADER ARCHERS! YEAH!" Wheeljack just smiled at their enthusiam as they ran outside with Dash slowly following behind. "Hold on there." He pushed the scooter to her. "Make sure that Scootaloo gets this back and remember what I said." "Yeah, I know, things are only impossible if you say they are, blah blah blah, can I go?" She asked clearly irriated. "Yes go on." "Thanks." She left, leaving Wheeljack contemplating. "She is a very reckless filly, she acts likes she's an adult. Hopefully that filly will learn to be more respectful and think before she acts." With that he turned back to the chared mess on the floor. "Well, twenty-seventh time is the charm."

"Oh this is not good."
...You Just Might Get ItDarkness was all that Rainbow Dash could see as she lay still with her eyes shut. "OH COME ON!"
Home Sweet Temporary HomeWhy did I make that stupid wish?
