Changeling Intel

When copying a pony try to watch them for a few weeks before hoof so you can get there style actions and behavior down. If you slip up in the slightest you could be exposed. Keep that in mind and carefully study you're Target Pony before replacing them.

So far Pony kind has VERY little data on Changeling kind. so its hard for them to distinguish a Changeling from a pony.

I would say its safest to copy an earth pony because they dont get important jobs like "WeatherPony" or "DefenseFromChangelings" Plus a unicorn has a magical aura that an Alicorn can tell if it has changed.

If you are detected you will likely be put to death. You're hive cant save you if you're captured. if you get caught they consider you dead. so yeah.
