The hallowed halls and clean corridors of canterlot castle were abustle with the noise of different books hitting the library floor.

a voice rang out from within the room, sounding distraught and fearful. to anypony else It would just look as though the researching pony had made a mistake, but to the Princesses...

The pony burst through the drawing room doors, panting heavily, fear etched onto his face.

"Forgive the intrusion your highness, but there is soon to be a grave situation" She looked at the pony, then to the book in his grasp. "show me" the solar goddess ordered. her face became a stern mask until finally, she looked at the pony with a grave expression. within a few seconds, she had hastily scrawled several letters. she then sent them and silently prayed.

She prayed to her parents that the new bearers would reveal themselves soon.

Celestia then looked to the dusty tome, sighed deeply as she adjusted her glasses, and began to read.

"yeah, she did, In fact I've gotten the last one right here" she giggled lightly. Twilight, being ever so bookish had archived and compiled the letters into a small tome. I couldn't help but give a small grin. "nice to know they've been kept safe" Spike looked me up and down. "er... dude, your tail And mane don't match, any reason?" I looked over to the purple dragon, then grinned.

"i have no clue," I ran my fingers through my auburn mane for a moment. grabbing a few strand of my yellow tail. "part of a running joke i suppose" I shrugged my shoulders.

With that out of the way, I looked out of the window, soon I heard a belch. "really?" the dragon handed a letter to me. I placed it inside my jacket. "I'll be back in a few hours, need to find somewhere to sleep" the dragon and the librarian looked at each other for a moment as I walked out of the door. "you could stay here for a little while ya know" Spike called out just as the door quietly closed. I sighed deeply for a moment, then continued on my merry way to town hall.

as i looked around for a brief moment, I took notice of all the different ponies hanging around. I felt a ball hit my knees, Picking it up, I watched as a few kids came running my way. Picking it up, one of them looked a little worried. "this yours?" they all nodded. I looked at my options... on one hand, i could be mean and boot it all the way to Timbuktu, and on the other i could hand it over. shrugging my shoulders, i spun the ball on my finger. as it spun, I pushed up. it landed on the palm of my hand. "Here ya go kids, stay out of trouble" I handed the ball back to them with a smile on my face.

it was then I heard a quiet voice behind me. "thanks for giving my son his ball back" I turned around to greet the voice.

she stood there with a small smile on her face, "no need to thank me miss Fluttershy," I took my hat off.

"I gather this must be Big Mac, pleased to meet you" I extended a hand to the large stallion. it reminded me of the time i met Paul Gilbert, my hand disappeared in the handshake. he gave a slight chuckle. "you must be Bubblegum, strange name for a colt if you ask me" Big Mac chuckled.

"meh, technically its Bubblegum Crisis, call me B.C if thats easier" i surmised.

"No Problem B.C" Mac grinned.

after a small catch up session with the married couple, I carried on my little walk.

it was peaceful for the most part, that is... until Scootaloo crashed into me.

"jeez, You just can't keep away from me can you?" I said with a slight chuckle.

she quickly picked herself up, dusted herself off and shot off like a rocket shouting an apology.

I then reached town hall.

I noticed the sign on the door. "Closed? what the hay? ...open hours are between.... buck this" I walked back to the library in defeat.
