Filly Rainbow Dash can't fly. She has no parents to teach her the basics of flying, and the flight school she attends is no help at all. During her first flight test, she has an unlucky fall from Cloudsdale and into Sweet Apple Acres. There, Rainbow Dash receives unexpected help from a certain orange earth pony who attempts to teach her–not only to fly, but to soar. And maybe, just maybe, Rainbow Dash may be able to teach her a few things about life too.
