After Pinkie Pie disappears from her loft in Sugar Cube Corner, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, and Octavia set out to find her. But they soon find out that the bubbly pink pony they know - or used to know - has become a psychotic criminal, and Fluttershy soon finds out Pinkie Pie is on an uncontrolable hunt for everypony's blood.
