Project E. Bound
Chapter 1: The E-Mail
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"Has he arrived?" A female voice asked.
"Yes Luna he has, on time as usual I might add." Another Female voice said.
"That new student would defiantly prove useful don't you think Celestia?" Luna asked sitting down next to her sister and looking at a monitor that displayed a live image of a student walking in one of the halls
"Perhaps." Celestia said watching the student’s actions.
"Should I start up the program?" Luna asked looking over to her sister.
There was short pause as the view on the monitor changed as the student turned down a different hall and stopped at his locker.
"Yes, launch the program." Celestia said after a while still watching the screen.
"Right." Luna said getting up and walking through the door between their offices and closes it behind her.
"Project E. Bound is a go."
"Hey, Daved. What’s up esse?" A Latino voice said from behind the opened locker door.
"Not much. What about you Rio? Daved asked pulling out a couple of things from the locker.
"I'm cool bro. So, uh, are you, like, still on that whole Project E. Bound thing?" Rio asked nervously.
"Ya and you guys not telling me about it and acting like you don't know anthing about it isn't helping." Daved said slamming the locker closed.
"Ok, so like, maybe we do know something about. But we can't like talk about here dog." Rio said looking around. "If you really what to know, then I'll tell you about it later on Skype, ok ombre?"
"*Sigh* All right man, but you better!" With that Daved and Rio went to go find their other friends before class started.
"Oh god, english is boring." Daved thought to himself leaning back in his chair. "This guy keeps going on and on, he's like the thing that wouldn't shut up. *sigh*"****
"So, how did you like Project E. Bound?"
"Hmmm?" He said to himself picking up on someones conversation.
"It was cool man, I can hardly believe it was real!" A student near by said.
"shhh, not so loud dude. We're not supposed to talk about it around people who aren't ready, remember." The other student said trying to get him to be quiet.
"Right, right sorry." He said lowering his voice.
"Look it's almost lunch we can talk more than."
"Alright."
"Luna damn it. I thought I would finally get some answers. Oh well Rio said he would explain everything tonight.*" Daved thought as the teacher finished the lesson and the lunch bell rang.***
"So did you get around to reading that fanfic I told you about yet?" A muscular guy standing be hind Daved asked.
"You mean the one based on the Myst game series? Sorry not yet Cody." Daved said as he moved through the lunch line.
"You should check it out it's really awesome." Cody said putting some food on his lunch tray.
"Maybe later tonight. Hey I'm a little short spot me a fiver?" He asked seeing he was short five bucks.
"Sure, just be sure to check out that fanfic." Cody said handing him the money.
"All right, all right, god." Daved said as they walk over to the lunch table where their friends were waiting.
"Hey guys." A girl said as they sat down.
"Hey Samantha, what's new with you? Cody asked.
"Not much, won $150 and two new decks at the Magic: The Gathering tournament last night." She said with pride.
"Well that's no surprise. You're the best player in the country." Daved said taking a bite of his lunch.
"Ya Bra, you've never lost game in, like, ever!" Rio Chimed in.
"Thanks guys that means a lot coming from you." Samantha said blushing a bit.
"Hey, it’s all true. You're the best." Cody says taking a sip of his drink.
"Anyway you guy excited for tonight?" She asked looking at Rio and Cody.
"Why, what's tonight?" Daved asked looking at his friends.
"Uh, tell you later Bro." Rio said looking around the lunch room.
"See you later guys." Cody said as they left the school.
"See you later." Daved called as the group started to disperse. "Remember to get on Skype after dinner alright Rio?"
"Ya man, I won't forget." Rio said as he started walking to his house.
Daved waved good by to Samantha before heading to his house. He got home put his bag down in his room and played video games untill dinner. After dinner, he went back to his room and skimmed through fanfics while he waited for the Skype call from Rio.
"Wow, Cody was right that was an awesome fanfic, I can't wait for the next chapter. But where's Rio he should be on by now." Daved said a little annoyed. All of a sudden he gets a notification of a new e-mail. "Probably just more spam." He said looking through his e-mail. "Huh? What's this? Project E. Bound?!" He said reading the title. Daved quickly opened the e-mail determined to get some answers. "What the- Ahhh my eyes!" He screamed as a bright light enveloped his entire bedroom.
