Upon setting foot in Ponyville Michaelangelo said "Fuyakasha you're invention worked Donnie I can't believe we're actually in Ponyville."
Donatello told Michaelangelo by changing one of Trixie's line so he's talking about himself in third person instead of saying the original line he said "it's true my enthusiastic little admirerers, Donatello is the smartest ninja turtle in New York City, was there ever any doubt."
Michaelangelo joked around with Donatello by saying "ah yes you are The Great and Powerful Donatello, thank you for inventing this portal."
Master Splinter told his adopted sons since he is a talking mutant ninja rat and not a turtle "enough joking my sons, let's go so I can hug all of The Mane Six and The Cutie Mark Crusaders."
Raphael said "I can't believe i'm saying this since i'm the strong, tough ninja turtle but I agree with Master Splinter hugs for everypony especially Rainbow Dash she's my favorite Mane Six pony never before has a tomboy been so cute." (underneath his breath Raphael said to himself so Michaelangelo wouldn't here him "curse you Mikey why did you have to get me to watch this show, I think it's turning me into a big softie."
All four ninja turtles and Master Splinter said at the same time "yeah let's go."
Donatello, Leonardo, Master Splinter, Michaelangelo and Raphael barely stepped five inches when a familiar pony with a pink fur coat and a pink curly mane and tail ran up to them and said while talking fast so it was hard to understand her "hi i'm Pinkie Pie i've never seen any of you before you must be new and if you're new that means you just moved here because I know everypony and I mean everypony in Ponyville although you're not ponies you're four talking turtles and a rat anyway bye."
When she got done talking and ran off Michaelangelo said after laughing for a few minutes "oh Pinkie Pie you are so random and hillarious that's why you're my favorite pony from The Mane Six well that and because you always try and make everypony smile and happy plus I just love her singing voice."
Leonardo said "ok can we go see my favorite Mane Six pony now I want to see Applejack and I also want to show Big Macintosh my impression of him."
Donatello said actually "I believe that Twilight Sparkle and Spike's Library Treehouse is closer why don't we go see them first."
The other three members of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles told Donatello "you're just saying that because Twilight is you're favorite Mane Six pony aren't you?"
Donatello told them "what no I mean yeah she is my favorite but her house is closer so can we please just go."
Leonardo said "fine but after we get done we're going to Sweet Apple Acres to see Applejack and Big Macintosh and most likely The CMC since their clubhouse is close to the Sweet Apple Acres barnhouse and apple farm."
All six members of The Mane Six asked Nurse Redheart and Dr. Monitor at the same time "are you sure they're alright we need to know they did risk their very lives to save us after all."
Nurse Redheart told Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Twilight Sparkle "the patients are fine we took care of their injuries and wounds, they just need their rest for now, they should be out of the hospital by tomorrow."
Derpy Hooves asked Nurse Redheart while hovering in mid air with her pegasus wings after setting the muffin basket that she was holding by the handle in her mouth "ooh ooh can I leave them my muffin basket and get well soon card anyway?"
Nurse Redheart was about to answer the pegasus mare with a grey fur coat and blonde mane and tail's question however Michaelangelo said "sure just set it down right over there Derpy."
All of the ponies in the hospital room turned around to see that the ninja turtles and Master Splinter were in fact awake however Derpy was the first one to speak by asking them "how do you know my name?"
All four ninja turtles and Master Splinter told her at the same time "that's kind of a long story which we'll tell you after we get out of the hospital tomorrow."
Applejack said in the trademark southern accent that all members of the apple family talk in "well looks like ya'll are doing just fine, you'll be out of here in no time."
Fluttershy told them in the soft almost quiet voice that she talks in "i'm so glad the five of you are safe."
Rainbow Dash told them "the way the five of you fought those bad guys was awesome, you all rock."
Pinkie Pie told them "ooh I should throw the five of you a thank you for saving all of our lives party when you get out of the hospital tomorrow, by the way I forgot to ask you what your names were when I met you earlier this morning."
Donatello told her "my name is Donatello but you can call me Donnie for short."
Leonardo told her "my name is Leonardo but you can call me Leo for short."
Michaelangelo told her "my name is Michaelangelo but you can call me Mikey for short."
Raphael told her "my name is Raphael but you can call me Raph for short."
Master Splinter told her "and my name is Master Splinter I am their sensei."
Rarity asked them in both a curious tone and her trademark British accent that she talks in "sensei what's a sensei darlings?"
Master Splinter told the unicorn mare with a white fur coat and a long purple indigo mane and tail "sensei is the Japanese word for teacher but I am not a school teacher like Cheerilee I am their ninja teacher/ instructor."
Rainbow Dash told them after temporarily squishing her face to where she looked like a fish "so wait that means you're ninja turtles, that is so awesome can you teach my pet tortoise Tank how to be a ninja too?"
Master Splinter told the pegasus mare with a blue fur coat and a rainbow colored mane and tail that has shades of red, blue, green, yellow, orange and purple on it "probably not I was able to teach my sons here because they are talking teenage mutant turtles."
Rainbow Dash said to Master Splinter "shoot and I was so excited too."
Dr. Monitor told all six members of The Mane Six and Derpy Hooves "alright alright that's enough questions for now the umm ninja turtles and Master Splinter aren't completly healed yet and need their rest and visiting hours are over so the seven of you need to leave."
Twilight Sparkle asked Dr. Monitor "ok can we thank them for saving our lives and tell them goodbye before we leave though?"

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter (2012 version) become bronies and used a portal that Donatello created to go to Ponyville in the land of Equestria however Shredder, his Foot Clan Ninjas and the evil alien Krang robots are all anti bronies and wished to harm every citizen and creature from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, Master Splinter and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were able to defeat Shredder, The Foot Clan Ninjas and the evil alien Krang robots and keep the ponies of Ponyville and their pets safe however they got injured in the battle and woke up in the Ponyville Hospital were they were treated by Dr. Monitor and Nurse Redheart and were surrounded by Derpy Hooves and all six members of The Mane Six who wanted to thank them for saving their lives and make sure The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter were all right and it turned it they they would be out of the hospital by tomorrow. What happens next let's find out right now.
Three days after they visited Ponyville The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles's human friend April O Neal who in the 2012 version of the cartoon show is a teenage girl instead of a full grown woman like she's been in other versions of the show asked The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "you went to Ponyville in the land of Equestria without me, it was I who convinced all of you and Master Splinter to watch the show in the first place and you don't even invite me to go with you?"
Donatello told Leonardo, Raphael and Michaelangelo "I told you that she would have liked to come along."
Raphael told Donatello "no you didn't it was your idea to leave her behind."
By now April's face was bright red with anger and steam was coming out of her ears as she said in an angry tone "well now i'm even more angry look Donnie here's what you're going to do, you're going to turn on that portal right now and send me to Ponyville right now!!"
By now April was calmed down and back to normal so she, all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter went to Ponyville and hanged out with all six members of The Mane Six, Derpy Hooves, Lyra Heartstrings and all three members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders.
Fluttershy asked them in the soft almost quiet voice that she talks in "oh i'm so happy that you're all alright, i'm so relieved."
Applejack said in the trademark southern accent that all members of the Apple family talk in "I knew the five of ya would be alright you guys are fighters after all."
Pinkie Pie asked in the high pitched high energy voice that she talks in "hey umm talking turtle people and umm rat thing who's that girl over there?"
Donatello told the earth pony mare with a pink fur coat and a curly mane and tail that much like her fur is also pink "Pinkie Pie this is our friend April she's a human."
Lyra Heartstrings who was sipping tea spat out tea when she heard this news and asked April "you're really a human?"
April told the unicorn mare with a green mint colored fur coat and a mane and tail that has shades of both green and white on it "uh yeah why do you ask?"
Lyra told her "because i've been studying and reading about humans and now I finally get to meet one, this is so amazing."
April said underneath her breath because she didn't want Lyra to hear her "I guess that fan made idea is true since there is nothing in the actual show to support or back it up but I still better not tell any of them about the show or fandom yet as I don't think they would be able to handle it quite yet."
Twilight asked April in a curious tone "are you talking to yourself?"
April told Twilight "sorry I was just thinking about something private something that I will tell you about much later when you've gotten to know me better and I think you'll be able to handle it."
The unicorn mare with a lavender colored fur coat and a bluish purple mane and tail that has streaks of pink and purple on it "oh ok."
Rarity said in the trademark British accent that she talks in "idea, i've never made a dress for a human before it would be different sure but no doubt it would be fun what do you say April, by the way I just love your name?"
April was about to speak but then Rarity's little sister Sweetie Belle told April "please Miss April let my sister Rarity make a dress for you it would make her so happy please."
April picked up the small little unicorn filly and said as she gave her a hug "oh how could I say no to something so small and cute of course i'll let Rarity make a dress for me."
Rainbow Dash said as the tomboy pegasus mare with a blue fur coat and a rainbow colored mane and tail that has shades of blue, green, purple, yellow, red and orange on it stood on her two back hooves and got in a fighting pose "enough talking about dresses hey come on Raphael a.k.a. Raph show me some of your moves come on let's fight."
Raphael said as he also got up off the ground "now you're talking come on Rainbow Dash let's fight."
Rainbow Dash's number one fan Scootaloo said "Rainbow Dash is gonna fight aah yeah this is going to be totally awesome."
Pinkie Pie hopped up and down excitedly and said "ooh Dashie's gonna fight Raphael can you let me sell tickets first this is gonna be so amazing?"
Rainbow Dash told Pinkie Pie "no Pinkie now sit down and watch."
Raphael told Rainbow Dash "since you're not my enemy and i'm not training with my brothers i'm only going to use Ninjutsu." (not Ninjutsu like in Naruto which is pretty much ninja super powers but I mean hand to hand ninja fighting without ninja swords, ninja stars a.k.a. shurinken or kunai knives so yeah just ninja fighting with punches and kicks)
Rainbow Dash told Raphael "fine with me, you won't be able to keep up with my speed and land a single punch or kick on me anyway."
So Rainbow Dash and Raphael fought and just like Rainbow Dash predicted Raphael wasn't able to keep up with her speed or land a single punch or kick on her.
For the rest of the day after that The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Master Splinter and April just hanged out with The Mane Six, The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Lyra and Derpy then used Donatello's portal to return back to the sewer underneath New York City. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies April O Neal became jealous and angry at The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles upon finding out that they and Master Splinter took their first visit to Equestria without her especially since she was the one who convinced the turtles and Master Splinter to watch My Little Pony Friendship is Magic in the first place then so Donatello turned on his portal and April, Donatello, Leonardo, Master Splinter, Michaelangelo and Raphael went to Ponyville in the land of Equestria and hung out with all six members of The Mane Six, all three Cutie Mark Crusaders, Derpy Hooves and Lyra Heartstrings, then after talking for a while Rainbow Dash and Raphael had a friendly match with each other which Rainbow Dash won. What happens next let's find out right now?
April, Donatello, Leonardo, Master Splinter, Michaelangelo and Raphalel used Donatello's portal to return to Ponyville in the land of Equestria when suddenly Twilight Sparkle galloped up to The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Master Splinter and April and told them "April, Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Raphael and Master Splinter i'm glad you're here I was about to go visit my parents in Canterlot and my older brother Shining Armor and his wife Princess Cadence are also visiting my parents, anyway the reason I stopped you was because I wanted to tell you that after I get done visiting my parents I was going to introduce you to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna in Canterlot castle so wanna come along?"
April, Master Splinter and all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles told Twilight "sure we'd love to meet your magic teacher and her younger sister who co-rule over the land of Equestria together."
Twilight told them as the unicorn mare with a lavender fur coat and a bluish purple mane and tail with pink and purple streaks on it clapped her two front hooves together while standing on her two back hooves "great but i'm not going to introduce you to my parents they might be a little freaked out at your appearance, oh not you April I mean the rest of you altough after I get done visiting my parents at their house you can come out of hiding because my brother and sister in law are more understanding."
However just before The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Master Splinter, April and Twilight started walking to the train station to get to Canterlot all three Cutie Mark Crusaders told The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Master Splinter and April "wait a minute."
Applebloom reminded The Teenage Mutant Ninjas in the trademark southern accent that all members of the Apple family talk in "ya'll promised us last time you were here that you'd train us to be ninjas remember?"
All four ninja turtles told the three little fillies "oh yeah we forgot about that, but that will have to wait until next time sorry girls."
Sweetie Belle asked Applebloom and Scootaloo "now what are we going to do?"
Scootaloo was about to say something to Applebloom and Sweetie Belle when suddenly Donatello's portal turned on again and Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas stepped through and wound up in the middle of Ponyville.
Sweetie Belle said "oh no that must be Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas what are we going to do The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter have already gone to Canterlot?"
Scootaloo told her unicorn filly friend with a light gray fur coat and a mane and tail with shades of light grayish pink and light grayish purple on them "i'll tell you what we're going to do, we're going to follow them after all we don't know any Ninjutsu or karate or whatever fighting style The Ninja Turtles use but ninjas also use stealth so we're going to follow them and be stealthy."
Applebloom told Scootaloo "I don't know Scootaloo what if we get caught?"
Scootaloo told Applebloom "oh please The Cutie Mark Crusaders Ninja Squad isn't going to get caught now come on let's follow them quietly."
Sweetie Belle and Applebloom reluctantly followed their pegasus filly friend Scootaloo with a orange fur coat and a short purple mane and tail who was also following Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas but then when they figured out Shredder's plan Sweetie Belle got them caught when she said while yelling because she forgot to whisper "Shredder's going to blow up the dam!!!"
After being caught all three members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders tried to fight Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas despite the fact that none of them have been taught how to fight yet and as such they were defeated quickly.
When The Cutie Mark Crusaders woke up from being knocked out they were tied to the bomb that Shredder had attached to the dam and screamed at the top of their lungs "HELP!!!"
Shredder laughed evily before telling The Cutie Mark Crusaders "noone can save you now, The Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter are still in Canterlot, I can't wait to see the expressions on their faces when they return to Ponyville before going back to Earth and they see Ponyville destroyed and all of their precious litle pony friends dead?"
However as luck would have it The Cutie Mark Crusaders screamed for help so loudly that The Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter heard them all the way from Canterlot and quickly hurried back to Ponyville to save them.
Master Splinter and Twilight Sparkle rescued The Cutie Mark Crusaders and defused the bomb while The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles held off and distracted Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas.
Then after Twilight helped Master Splinter save The Cutie Mark Crusaders she and Master Splinter helped The Ninja Turtles fight Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas and in the end as to be expected they won and Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas returned to Earth.
All three members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders thanked Twilight, Master Splinter and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for saving their lives then all four Ninja Turtles asked The Cutie Mark Crusaders at the same time "so ready for your ninja training now?"
All three members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders told The Ninja Turtles at the same time "no offense but we've had enough excitement for today, let's wait until tomorrow." The End.

Episode 4 Cutie Mark Crusaders Ninja Training Yay!

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies all four Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter used the portal that Donatello created to take another visit to Ponyville in the land of Equestria so they could start training three out of the four Cutie Mark Crusaders how to be ninjas like they promised but unfortunately for them Twilight Sparkle told them that Princess Celestia and Princess Luna wanted the Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter to meet and talk with them at Canterlot castle, dissapointed that they couldn't receive their ninja training Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo were about to go about their own business when The Shredder and several of his Foot Clan Ninjas showed up in Ponyville with plans to blow up the Ponyville Dam therefore flooding Ponyville and killing all of the ponies in Ponyville in the process, so Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo followed The Shredder while thinking of a plan to stop him but shortly after getting caught and tied the bomb Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Raphael and Master Splinter plus Twilight all returned to Ponyville, saved The Cutie Mark Crusaders minus Babs Seed as she's there right now, diffused the bomb and defeated Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas what happens next let's find out right now?
Rather than returning to their lair located in the sewers underneath New York City after hanging out in Ponyville for a day like they normally do The Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter decided to stay in Ponyville for another day before returning home so they could keep their promise to Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo and train them how to be ninjas.
Leonardo asked them "all right are you ready to begin your ninja training Cutie Mark Crusaders?"
Applebloom told him in the trademark southern accent that all members of the Apple family talk in while straightening the trademark pink bow that she always wears on the back of her red mane "Mister Leonardo sir my cousin Babs is coming and she's also a Cutie Mark Crusader I think we should wait for her."
Michaelangelo asked her "hey Applebloom when is Babs supposed to come here from Manehattan?"
Applebloom asked Michaelangelo "how did y'all know that Babs is from Manehattan?"
Michaelagnelo lied to her not wanting to let her know that she's a cartoon character "oh just a lucky guess."
Donatello whispered into Michaelangelo's ear "I can't believe i've never figured this out before but Manehattan sounds a lot like Manhattan back home."
Anyway all four Ninja Turtles and the original three members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders went to the Ponyville train station and waited for Babs Seed to get off the train and when she did the only member of the Apple family besides Aunt and Uncle Orange of course who doesn't talk in a southern accent was given a big hug by her cousin Applebloom and the other two members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders other than her of course.
Babs Seed said in the trademark Brooklyn accent that she talks in after catching up with Applebloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo "hey Applebloom what's going on with the mutant turtles over there?"
Applebloom told her "that's The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles they're going to teach us how to be ninjas?"
Babs asked in a confused tone "they're going to teach us to be ninjas really?"
Scootaloo said as she attempted to fly around Babs with her pegasus wings but was having trouble getting off the ground "yeah now can we hurry back to the fields in Ponyville National Park so we can start our ninja training?"
Sweetie Belle asked Scootaloo in her cute squeaky voice that she talks in "uh Scootaloo why are you in such a hurry?"
Scootaloo then asked Sweetie Belle "how can you not be excited to be receiving ninja training especially if it will help us earn our Cutie Marks?"
Sweetie Belle told Scootaloo "all right Scootaloo you convinced me i'm ready for my ninja training now."
Anyway all four Ninja Turtles and all four Cutie Mark Crusaders returned to the the fields in Ponyville National Park were they received their ninja training from The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles but not before Scootaloo asked them "so what cool ninja weapons are we going to get?"
Raphael told the tomboy pegasus filly "I like your spirit and enthusiasm Scootaloo but all four of you are too young to be using any type of weapon so we're just going to teach you how to fight and how to be stealthy."
Since there was four Ninja Turtles and four Cutie Mark Crusaders Applebloom was trained by Leonardo, Babs Seed was trained by Donatello, Scootaloo was trained by Raphael and Sweetie Belle was trained by Michaelangelo.
Anyway after all four Cutie Mark Crusaders were done being trained by The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles used Donatello's portal to return to their home on Planet Earth but that they would be back soon to continue their training with The Cutie Mark Crusaders but that every now and again they wanted to hang out with Derpy Hooves, Bon Bon, Lyra Heartstrings and all six members of The Mane Six as well. The End.
On the next exciting episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies under orders from The Shredder Baxter Stockman is to build his own portal to Ponyville for Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninja as well as Dogpound a.k.a. Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies The Cutie Mark Crusaders were finally receiving their promisied ninja training however their fourth and final member Applebloom's cousin Babs Seed was stopping by for a visit today so therefore all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles plus Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle waited at the Ponyville train station for her to arrive then shortly after that all four Cutie Mark Crusaders received their ninja training from Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael but since they were too young to use weapons they just taught them how to fight and be stealthy what happens next let's find out right now?
All four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, April O Neil and Master Splinter were hanging out in their sewer lair beneath New York City for once as much as they liked using Donatello's portal to go to Ponyville and hanging out with their pony friends today they just wanted to hang out at home, little did any of them know however that their plans are about to change.
Shredder told Baxter Stockman "Baxter Stockman when will the device I told you to build be ready?"
Baxter Stockman told Shredder "it's not exactly easy building a portal to another dimension I don't know how Donatello was able to do it so easily but this is turning out to be alot harder than I thought it would be."
Shredder told him "just finish it I want my own portal to Ponyville in the land of Equestria so we don't have to constantly sneak into the lair of those Brony Turtles, I want to destroy that place and then I can focus on killing thos turtles and Splinter."
Somehow The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, April and Master Splinter found out about Shredder's plan and set out to find a way to contact all six members of The Mane Six and warn them about his evil plan.
Donatello despite being the smart genius inventor of the group couldn't think of a way to warn The Mane Six and all the other ponies of Ponyville about Shredder's new plan where all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, April and Master Splinter could stay at their sewer lair beneath New York City at the same time so therefore Donatello turned on his portal and warned The Mane Six,Princess Celestia, Princess Celestia's younger sister Princess Luna, the three founding members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders, The Mayor of Ponyville, Lyra Heartstrings, Bon Bon, Carrot Top and Derpy Hooves.
Anyway all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles warned all the above listed ponies plus Cheerilee, Mr. and Mrs. Cake, Spike the dragon and Applejack and Applebloom's older brother Big Macintosh about Shredder's new plan and then after that they went back home to their sewer lair beneath New York City but not before Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna told them "we will help you anyway we can with this matter, after all we won't let that evil man or his henchmen destroy Ponyville, Canterlot or any location in Equestria."
Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle told them "we'll help out too after all we are The Cutie Mark Crusader Ninja Squad now."
All four Ninja Turtles told them after they patted the Cutie Mark Crusaders on the head and hugged all the ponies who offered to help them "thank you for the help we'll come back when we think of a plan to stop Shredder from building his own portal to Equestria after all unlike us with our portal he probably plans to use it for his own nefarious evil needs no doubt he's going to send Dogpound and The Foot Clan through to attack all of you and then destroy every location in Equestria starting with Ponyville we have to think of a way to stop him and Baxter Stockman before that happens."
The episode ends as Baxter Stockman tells Shredder "Mr. Shredder sir i'm finally having some progress the portal should be ready in three days."
The Shredder tells Baxter Stockman "excellent then we attack Ponyville followed soon by all of Equestria in three days." The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies Baxter Stockman finished his portal that he told Shredder was going to be ready in three days a day early which Master Splinter, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Mane Six, The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, Cheerilee, Big Macintosh, Spike the dragon and Mayor Mare found out when they saw The Shredder, Dogpound and several of Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas stepped through then while everypony, Master Splinter and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were busy fighting Baxter Stockman got in his robot suit, cloned himself and sent clones of himself to Appleloosa, The Crystal Empire/Kingdom, Canterlot, Manehattan, Fillydelphia and Las Pegasus what happens next let's find out right now?
Leonardo told all six members of The Mane Six "Applejack you hurry over to Appleloosa, Twilight Sparkle you hurry over to Canterlot, Rainbow Dash you fly over to The Crystal Empire, Pinkie Pie you hurry over to Las Pegasus , Fluttershy you fly over to Manehattan and Rarity you hurry over to Fillydelphia we have to stop Baxter Stockman and his clones."

Michaelangelo and Leonardo told Donatello at the same time "Don't forget that we're here to protect Equestria if a location in Equestria is under attack then we need to send a pony to protect it besides we have plenty of ponies in Ponyville helping us out right here in Ponyville."
The Shredder asked Leonardo as he blocked Leonardo's katana sword with his claw hand weapon "do you honestly think you'll win?"
Raphael and Leonardo told Shredder at the same time "we won't let you win so easily Shredder you and your anti Brony Foot Clan will never lose to us Brony turtles or Master Splinter especially when we're fighting alongside the ponies from the show that all of us are fans of."
Anyway after ten to fifteen more minutes of fighting the Baxter Stockman clones, Dogpound, the Foot Clan Ninjas and Shredder were all defeated and fled from Equestria using their portal that Baxter Stockman also created then after everyone and pony celebrated the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter used their portal to return to their home/ sewer lair beneath New York City. Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies The Shredder, his Foot Clan ninjas and Dogpound used a portal created by Baxter Stockman to go to and attack Ponyville in the land of Equestria however the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles all six members of The Mane Six, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, Cheerilee, Big Macintosh, Spike the dragon and Mayor Mare all heard about Shredder's plan and was training together in Ponyville and waiting for him to arrive however after several minutes of fighting Shredder, Dogpound and the Foot Clan fled from Ponyville in the land of Equestria what happens next let's find out right now?
The Shredder had just returned to his Foot Clan Hideout to see his daughter Karai watching both of the shows that he and the entire Foot Clan minus Karai for some reason hated with a passion My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and Littlest Pet Shop and asked her in a angry tone "Karai what do you think you're doing young lady?"
Karai told her father "Dad I wasn't expecting you to be back so soon so did you manage to destroy Equestria and kill everypony there?
Shredder told her "No and don't change the subject not only did you just say everypony right now but I saw you watching not only My Little Pony but Littlest Pet Shop too what do you have to say for yourself?"
Karai told him "I hate to talk back to you dad but maybe if you would stop being judgemental and watch both shows with a open mind and actually give both of them a chance then you would find two very good well written cartoon shows with really great voice acting and songs in them."
Shredder told her "Stop telling me what to do, go to your room young lady you're grounded."
Karai told her father "I'm not a little kid anymore dad i'm a teenager you can't treat me like that."
Shredder told her "I'm your father I can ground you if I want to for any reason now go to your room."
Karai told herself after she went to her room "Now that my dad has seen me watching both of the shows that he and the rest of the Foot Clan hates i'll have to be more careful and find a way to watch both of them in secret and just to make him even more angry I might even talk to the Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter behind his back on the internet however when we see each other in real life we still pretend like we're enemies it's the perfect plan." Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies The Shredder, Dogpound a.k.a. Chris Bradford and several of Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas all return from a failed attempt to attack and destroy Equestria to see Shredder's daughter Karai watching not only My Little Pony Friendship is Magic but Littlest Pet Shop as well this angers Shredder who then grounds Karai what happens next let's find out right now?
A few days after Shredder grounded Karai he told Fishface a.k.a. Xever "Xever as you know our plan to destory every location in the land of Equestria starting with Ponyville has been foiled by not only the ponies of Ponyville and those blasted turtles but also Equestria's co- rulers as well so I decided to take another approach first we shall assassinate The Mane Six one at a time and then we shall assassinate all those alicorn princesses and Prince Shining Armor without them the rest of Equestria will have a hard time defending itself and I want you Xever to assassinate Fluttershy, I already have the perfect way for you to earn her trust, then when she least expects it I want you to kill her."
Fishface asked The Shredder "What is your plan master?"
The Shredder told him "Baxter Stockman is working on a way to cloak and hide your mechanical legs that allow you to walk on land, I want you to literally throw yourself through the portal which we have found a way to set to specific locations in Equestria and we already have it set for Fluttershy's cottage in Ponyville, when you arrive there I want you to act like your breathing device that allows you to breathe air isn't working and you're gasping for air, being the kind and considerate animal caretaker that she is she will no doubt find a pond or lake close to her cottage, put you in it and nurse you back to help then we she least expects it I want you to use this knife and slit her throat which I shall put in this bag that will also be hidden and cloaked."
Before he started going along with the plan and threw himself through the portal Fishface asked The Shredder "How many days will I have to wait before I kill that shy and timid little pegasus mare master?"
The Shredder told him "A week should be enough time to earn her trust then you can kill her."
Anyway Fluttershy found Fishface as to be expected and said in her soft almost quiet voice that she talks in "Oh my i've never seen a red fish like that before and with a breathing device that looks like it's failing come on i'll find you a pond, please be ok my new animal friend"
As to also be expected Fluttershy not only found a nearby pond close to her cottage but also took care of him as well and nursed him back to health even though he was faking when she found him however when the week was about to end Fishface was conflicted about whether or not to go along with the plan, he took notice of her kindness and compassion towards him and it meant alot more to him than he thought it would.
After much thought Fishface walked out of the pond, told Fluttershy what he was planning to do all along but then told her that he couldn't go along with it yet at the same time didn't want to dissapoint his master so he asked her if there was a way that she could clone herself and he could kill her clone so the real her could live."
Fluttershy told him "There are two ways one of the ways is no longer possible but we can still go to Twilight's library treehouse and ask her if she knows a cloning spell if not then i'm sure either Princess Celestia or Princess Luna will come up with something."
However as luck would have it Twilight Sparkle found a cloning spell in one of her many spell books and cloned Fluttershy which Fishface killed and then brought back to Shredder. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies The Shredder told Fishface a.k.a. Xever to use Baxter Stockman's portal to Equestria to trick Fluttershy into thinking he needed her help and then when she least expected it he was supposed to kill her however after seeing how kind and compassinate she was towards him he decided not to go along with the plan however he did not want to dissappoint Shredder so after finally revealing that he can not only walk on land but talk as well the two of them went to Twilight Sparkle's library treehouse and he asked her to create a magical clone of Fluttershy which he kiled l and brought back to Shredder's hideout back on Planet Earth what happens next let's find out right now?
After taking a solo trip to Equestria without the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Master Splinter April O Neil returned to the sewer lair via Donatello's portal to Equestria, she saw The Kraang were there as well and plotting to find various ponies throughout Ponyville, Canterlot, Cloudsdale and The Crystal Empire so that they could extract dna from all types of ponies (earth pony, crystal pony, unicorn, alicorn and pegasus) so that they could combine it with dna from other animals in order to create The Ultimate Mutant.
Leonardo and Donatello both said at the same time "Ok guys we don't want anymore mutants around so let's go to stop The Kraang, April are The Kraang still in Equestria particuarily Ponyville like you told us you saw them in earlier?"
April told them "No but they are planning to come back later this time to Canterlot to get both unicorn and alicorn dna and then after that Cloudsdale to get pegasus dna followed soon by The Crystal Empire to get crystal pony dna."
Donatello asked April "So I take it they already extracted earth pony dna from Ponyville any idea who they might have got it from?"
However before she could answer Michaelangelo guessed and said over the T Phone "I'd say either Applejack or Pinkie Pie."
April told him "Actually they got it from Big Macintosh."
Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael all told her at the same time "Don't worry April we'll stop them before they get anymore dna."
April told them "Thank you i'm counting on you guys."
Donatello turned on his portal to Equestria and set the lever on it for Canterlot.
The Kraang robots all said at the same time "Kraang has arrived in the place known as Canterlot to extract dna from a unicorn and a alicorn Kraang would like to know where the nearest unicorn is."
One of the Kraang robots scanned the nearby area and found a unicorn and said "Scan succesful Kraang has found the unicorn DJ known as Vinyl Scratch also known as DJ Pon3 we must capture her and use our dna extracter on her."
Another Kraang robot replied back "Kraang understands Kraang must capture the unicorn that Kraang has found."
Leonardo who was watching told the other four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles "Not on my watch come on guys let's stop them."
Raphael replied back "You don't have to tell me twice Leo come on let's get them."
Michaelangelo said as he jumped in mid air and hit a Kraang robot with his nunchucks "Booyakasha!"
Raphael and Leonardo cut two Kraang robots in half Leonardo of course used his katana swords while Raphael used his sai knives.
Donatello hit three Kraang robots with his bo staff however unkwown to The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles one of the Kraang alien robots from Dimension X snuck away in the confusion and was able to sneak up on Vinyl Scratch and extract some of her unicorn dna and now he was headed for Canterlot castle to extract Princess Luna's alicorn dna.
However Leonardo was able to catch up to The Kraang alien robot cut it in half with his katana sword and give Vinyl Scratch's extracted dna back to her then he went to the train station and took the train to go to Ponyville and give Big Macintosh's extracted dna back to him.
Shortly after this all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles opened Donatello's portal back up to return to their sewer lair beneath New York City . The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies April O Neil found out that The Kraang alien robots were planning to steal various pony dna from one pony of all five pony species and combine it with various animal dna in order to create the ultimate mutant after Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Raphael and Donatello found and defeated The Kraang robots they found and gave back the extracted unicorn and earth pony dna what happens next let's find out right now?
After secretly talking to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles online Karai revealed herself to be a Pegasister and since then has promised to tell them about any plans that her father The Shredder might have to destroy Equestria or kill any of it's citizens.
Karai told them "Shredder is planning to send me and Dogpound as you call him to the Crystal Castle in The Crystal Empire to assassinate Princess Cadence and her husand Prince Shining Armor but don't worry i'm not going to go along and do it i'm going to explore The Crystal Castle claming to be lost and then when I find Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor i'm going to warn them about Dogpound that's when I want you to turn on your portal, set the lever to The Crystal Empire hurry in The Crystal Castle without being seen and then I want you to protect Princess Cadence and Shining Armor from Dogpound, i'm counting on you turtles."
Donatello and Raphael both asked Leonardo at the same time "I know that she's a Pegasister and we're Bronies but can we really trust her to not kill Princess Cadence and Shining Armor before we get there after all she is Shredder's daughter and her love and respect for the ponies of Equestria might outway her loyalty to both The Foot Clan and The Shredder."
Leonardo told them "She gave us her word we have to have faith in her that she won't go back on her word."
Anyway shortly after this The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went along with Karai's plan and after defeating Dogpound and successfully protecting Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor from him Karai told them as she picked up Dogpound and carried him back to The Shredder's hideout in New York City after telling Baxter Stockman via ear piece "The plan failed send us back home turn on the portal." Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies Karai who is working as a double agent for The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles informed them that her father The Shredder came up with a plan to send Karai herself and Dogpound a.k.a. Chris Bradford to The Crystal Empire in a attempt to assassinate both Princess Cadence and her husband Shining Armor so she watched as The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles defeated Dogpound and then told Baxter Stockman that the plan has failed and they needed to be teleported back to The Shredder's hideout in New York City on Planet Earth what happens next let's find out right now?
It's been a few weeks since Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael did ninja training with The Cutie Mark Crusaders however Babs Seed was not visiting Ponyville this time so therefore all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the three founding members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders (Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle) went to Manehattan to visit her.
So anyway as soon as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the three founding members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders stepped off the train Babs Seed was tackled down to the ground and hugged by her cousin Applebloom and Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle dogpiled on top of her.
Anyway when the four fillies got up off the ground Babs Seed said in the trademark Brooklyn accent that she talks in despite being a member of the Apple family "I missed all of ya, how have the four of you been?"
Applebloom told her cousin in the trademark southern accent that all other Apple family members besides Babs Seed talks in "We've been doing pretty good, how about y'all been Babs?"
Babs answered Applebloom's question by telling her "I've been pretty good myself, crusading with The Cutie Mark Crusaders Manehattan branch, going to school, you know stuff like that."
Anyway shortly after this conversation Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael took all four Cutie Mark Crusaders to a abandoned field to continue their ninja training however shortly after arriving there they were knocked out from behind by several of The Shredder's Foot Clan ninjas who kidnapped or I guess in this case foalnapped The Cutie Mark Crusaders.
Anyway The Foot Clan ninjas knocked out The Cutie Mark Crusaders, took them back to The Shredder's hideout in New York City on Planet Earth and tied them up.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles woke up and realized this so they told Master Splinter over a ear piece who was back in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sewer lair located underneath New York City to turn on the portal so that they can return to New York City, sneak into The Shredder's hideout, rescue The Cutie Mark Crusaders and return them to Manehattan in the land of Equestria.
However by the time The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles snuck into The Shredder's hideout to rescue them The Cutie Mark Crusaders managed to use the small amount of ninja training that they already received to free themselves and defeat several Foot Clan ninjas.
So therefore The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles returned to Manehattan with The Cutie Mark Crusaders, gave them more ninja training like they were planning to do and then after saying goodbye once again returned to their sewer lair underneath New York City. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies after another failed attempt to destroy the land of Equestria and all of the pony and non pony species who live there The Shredder and several of his Foot Clan Ninjas came across Queen Chrysalis and her swarm/ army of Changelings as well as the recently ressurected and revived King Sombra it was then they decided to attack The Crystal Empire together thus causing Princess Cadence and her husband Prince Shining Armor to contact not only all six members of The Mane Six but also all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as well after fifteen to twenty minutes of fighting they all became wore out and exhausted thus causing them to be defeated and captured what happens next let's find out right now?

Anyway April and Master Splinter used Donatello's portal to Equestria to sneak into The Crystal Empire, sneak into The Crystal Castle and wait for King Sombra and The Shredder to open up the underground passageway located within The Crystal Castle knock them out from behind and then free all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all six members of The Mane Six, Prince Shining Armor and Princess Cadence.
Then shortly afterwards Master Splinter defeated Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas while Princess Cadence and Twilight defeated Queen Chrysalis and her army/ swarm of Changelings, then when The Shredder and King Sombra woke up The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles defeated Shredder while all six members of The Mane Six defeated and destroyed King Sombra with the power of The Crystal Heart just like they did before. Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies Queen Chrysalis and her army/ swarm of changelings teamed up with The Shredder and several Foot Clan Ninjas as well as a recently ressurected and revived King Sombra and they actually somehow managed to defeat not only all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, all six members of The Mane Six, Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor who were chained to a wall underneath Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armor's Crystal Castle inside The Crystal Empire however using ear pieces and communicators they called for April O Neil and Master Splinter to sneak into The Crystal Empire and free all of them and they did just that and even helped them defeat The Shredder, several Foot Clan ninjas, King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis and Queen Chrysalis's army/ swarm of changelings what happens next let's find out right now?
Casey Jones had met and befriended not only April O Neil but The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter as well and just like she did with The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter she got Casey to watch My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and become a Brony so after Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael told Casey about Donatello's portal to Equestria he asked them to turn it on and set it to Ponyville so that he could meet and hang out with the real actual Mane Six like they have done several times before and they did just that.
Casey met Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash and Rarity and after telling them that he was friends with The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Master Splinter and April he then proceeded to hang out with and have a day of fun with all of them. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies Casey Jones after befriending the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles he became a Brony and used Donatello's portal to Equestria to go to Ponyville and hang out with all six members of The Mane Six what happens next let's find out right now?
Shortly after Dogpound a.k.a. Chris Bradford was mutated again and turned into Rahzar him and Fishface a.k.a. Xever were ordered by The Shredder to use Baxter Stockman's portal to Equestria to go to Ponyville and kidnap Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. (Baxter Stockman by the way has been mutated into a fly with a human body)
Anyway Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael found out about this and told the three founding members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders (Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle) about this and while they were hesitant to help the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with the rescue mission at first especially since Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon have constantly made fun of the Cutie Mark Crusaders for not having cutie marks as well as the fact that they have also made fun of Scootaloo for being a pegasus pony who can't fly they were told and convinced by Leonardo that "While they might be mean bullies and just plain not nice rescueing them is the right thing to do."
Applebloom then asked all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the trademark southern accent that all members of the Apple family talk in "I've got an idea how about while y'all fight Rahzar and Fishface and you know keep them distracted me, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle will find and rescue Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon?"
Both Donatello and Leonardo told her at the same time "That's a good idea Applebloom."
Anyway all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turltes went along with Applebloom's plan and it worked. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies Rahzar and Fishface have been assigned a mission by Shredder to kidnap Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon which not only the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles found out about but the three founding members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders found out about as well and even though Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon make fun of and bully Applebloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle they were talked into rescueing them by Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael and they succeeded what happens next let's find out right now?
Baxter Stockman has been mutated into a talking fly with a human body.
One day at Shredder's hideout Shredder told Baxter now known as Baxter Fly or at least that's what Michaelangelo calls him now "Baxter Stockman it occurs to me that while you built the portal to Equestria, you've never gone through it yourself so I'm assigning you a undercover mission, I want you to sneak into Rarity's house and assassinate her."
Baxter Fly then asked Shredder "But master Shredder I'm a fly with a human body how do you expect me to sneak into Carousel Boutique wouldn't I stick out like a sore thumb?"
Shredder told Baxter Fly "You're a smart guy couldn't you invent a shrinking formula to pose as a fly on her wall?"
Baxter Fly then told Shredder "Ok master Shredder I will invent a shrinking formula and go along with your plan."
Anyway Baxter Fly went along with Shredder's plan, went through the portal and posed as a fly on the wall while holding a knife but everytime he was about to fly off the wall and stab Rarity she noticed him and hit him with a flyswatter.
After five failed attempts Baxter Fly gave up and flew away from Carousel Boutique where Rarity both lives and works at. The End.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies all four Ninja Turtles and Master Splinter found out that Baxter Stockman is helping The Shredder build a portal to Equestria and he's planning to use it to send Dogpound, several of his Foot Clan Ninja and himself through so they can attack and destroy all of Equestria starting with Ponyville and they along with April O Neil warned all six members of The Mane Six, Mayor Mare, Spike, The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Cheerilee, Applejack and Applebloom's older brother Big Macintosh, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna about Shredder's plan and started training for his arrival what happens next let's find out right now?
Even though Baxter Stockman's portal was supposed to be finished in three days it actually got finished in two days which everypony, Master Splinter and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles found out when they saw Shredder, Dogpound and several of Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas stepped through and wound up in the middle of Ponyville Town Square.
Princess Celestia, Princess Celestia's younger sister Princess Luna, Twilight Sparkle (unicorn version this takes place before she becomes a alicorn princess) and Rarity blasted several Foot Clan Ninjas and Dogpound with their unicorn horn lasers, Master Splinter, Applejack's little sister Applebloom, Rarity's little sister Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Cheerilee, Mayor Mare, Spike, Cheerilee, Big Macintosh and Applejack fought the Foot Clan Ninjas with karate and Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy used their pegasus wings combined with karate to also fight the Foot Clan Ninjas.
Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo and Raphael of course fought Shredder with their weapons however unkwown to any of the Ninja Turtles or ponies Baxter Stockman got in his robot suit, created clones of himself and was sending one clone to Canterlot, another clone to Appleloosa, one clone to Manehattan, another clone to The Crystal Empire / Kingdom, one clone to Fillydelphia and another to Las Pegasus.
How are the Ninja Turtles, Mane Six, Cutie Mark Crusaders and alicorn princesses going to get out of this predicament the answers to all of these questions will be answered on the epic conclusion of the Season 1 Finale episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies.

Last time on Teenage Mutant Ninja Bronies all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went to Manehattan to continue training all four members of The Cutie Mark Crusaders however just moments after going to a abandoned field to train Donatello, Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Raphael were knocked out from behind and woke up to discover that Applebloom, Babs Seed, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle were gone, so they used Donatello's portal to Equestria to go back to their sewer lair beneath New York City to tell Master Splinter what happened and went to Shredder's hideout to rescue them, however they managed to use the small amount of ninja training that they already received to free themselves and defeat several of Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas, then after meeting up with The Cutie Mark Crusaders again all of them returned to Equestria to train, then after they were done training all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles went back home, what happens next let's find out right now?
After another failed mission to destroy Equestria and kill all of the ponies, griffons, minotaurs, hydras, manticores and sea serpents who live there The Shredder and several of his Foot Clan Ninjas came across Queen Chrysalis and her army/ swarm of Changelings as well as a newly ressurected and revived King Sombra who offered to team up with The Shredder and his Foot Clan Ninjas with this newly formed alliance The Shredder ordered Baxter Stockman to turn on his portal to Equestria so that they can return to Shredder's lair located in New York City.
It was then that King Sombra came up with the idea for him, Queen Chrysalis, Queen Chrysalis's changeling army/ swarm, The Shredder and The Shredder's Foot Clan Ninjas all go to The Crystal Empire and attack it at once thus causing Princess Cadence and her husband Prince Shining Armor to contact all six members of The Mane Six (Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Twilight Sparkle), Spike and all four members of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to get them to come to The Crystal Empire for help so that they can lure all of their enemies to the same place and take all of them out at once.
At first it seemed like all six members of The Mane Six, Spike, Prince Shining Armor, Princess Cadence and all four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles were going to defeat all of their enemies at once despite being outnumbered but after ten to fifteen minutes of fighting they all become wore out and were eventually defeated and captured.
