It was chilly November afternoon. Fresh snow laid the ground hiding the green grass under it, trees stood in their respective spots baring no leaves at all, and not a cloud could be seen in the sunny sky. For Shining Armor, this was one of his few days off considering he was Captain of the Royal Guard up the city in Canterlot. For Shining Armor it was a day he could use to visit his sister Twilight who he failed to have connections with after her departure. The crowd went silent as they looked up as both Princess Luna and Princess Celestia walked out of the royal bed chambers and looked down below with disgust. The stallion went silent at the sight both of them staring at him with anger.
“Everyone is taught that the act of foalification is a crime punishable by death! This judgement is absolute and nothing can change what you have done. Headsmen! Is your axe ready?” Shining said looking over the side to a black earth pony with a large mask over his who was sharpening his axe on a spinning stone.
The headsmen nodded and Shining Armor turned to the Princesses and gave them both a nod. Princess Celestia gave her sister a look and Luna knew she was up. Everyone watched in silence as she walked to the end of the balcony to address the matter.
“TIME TURNER OF PONYVILLE! YOU HAVE BEEN TRIALED AND HAVE BEEN FOUND GUILTY OF THE ACT OF FOALIFICATION! AT THE SETTING OF THE SUN YOU WILL FACE YOUR JUDGEMENT AND WILL HAVE YOUR NAME AND ALL YOUR DEEDS FOREVER ERASED FROM EQUESTRIA! MAY YOUR SOUL BURN IN THE ETERNAL FIRES OF TARTARUS!” Luna said and the crowd burst into cheers for their princess.
As she finished, she stepped back and Celestia stepped forward which put the crowd into another wave of silence.
“IF THE FAMILY HAS ANY FINAL WORDS FOR THEIR FATHER, I GIVE YOU THIS CHANCE TO SPEAK!” Celestia said showing her benevolence to the captives family.

Celestia stared down with a cold and unforgiving stare.
“IF THAT YOU ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY…” Celestia said as she opened her wings and flow up into the air.
Shining Armor smiled knowing he was about to get away for his crime as he watched Celestia start to pull the sun down.
“No! Please don’t!” The gray pegasus said as she attempted to fly into the air to free her lover.
“Guards! Restrain her!” Shining Armor ordered out.
The pegasi was quickly held down as she screamed aimlessly to stop the punishment from taking place. The stallion starting to tear up knowing he couldn’t be saved from what was about to come. As the axe started to rise he turned his head to his family and spoke.
“Ditzy, Dinky, Sparkler…I’ll always love you.” Were the stallions final words as the axe went through his neck and sun went below the horizon.
The crowd burst into cheers, and the family burst into tears as they watched the head of the stallion roll for a few seconds and fell before them and Shining Armor just smiled at his victory.
