After Trixie had taken over Ponyville using the Alicorn Amulet, she outlawed all wheels from the city. Everyone had to simply pull wheeless carts, trolleys, etc. tough shit for them. This also meant that steering wheels, fly wheels, circular saws, and every other circular or wheel like object had been forbidden within the force field. With her new powers, these laws were easily enforced by merely making all such objects square.

When Twilight showed up re-duel Trixie, she didn't really do all that Magic shit, she simply raped Trixie with a tire. Trixie was frozen in fear as Twilight destroyed her ass with a knobbed off-road tire, and bound her with tire chains. To be honest, Trixie had never had a huge fucking tire in her ass before, and kind of liked it.
