After years or peace and harmony in Equestria, everything is shattered as Discord makes a return. The Mane Six have gone their separate ways, Celestia is no more, and Discord is stronger than ever. Cadence requests the help of the Background Ponies- Lyra, Bon Bon, Doctor Whooves, Vinyl Scratch, Octavia,and Derpy Hooves- to help stop Discord from overtaking Equestria again. Can these six simple ponies find a way to use the Elements of Harmony? Or will it all fail?
