Colgate’s surgery

Chapter 1 just a filling

It was a normal sunny day for Fluttershy as she did her shopping for her little critters especially the little bunny Angel. As she walked into the marketplace, and bought some sweet crisp celery and placing it into her satchel. But as she put the vegetables into her bag her friend Colgate bumped into her, Fluttershy landed face down on the pavement smashing her teeth, but not much damage was caused, but a little tiny chip of her back tooth which immediately started to annoy the yellow pony in which Colgate said.
“Oh I’m so sorry flutter didn't see you there” Fluttershy then responded quite annoyed
“you chipped my tooth....... You stupid mare look where your going Colgate!” Colgate looking rather shocked at the growing temper in Fluttershy’s new attitude.

Colgate then went into her satchel and pulled out a small magnifying glass looked at her tooth, as she noticed the small chip on her tooth her eye glistened in the daylight like a diamond.
“oh your tooth” Colgate spoke quickly changing her attitude towards the yellow Pegasus to a slightly darker side. fluttershy only responding
“its ok Colgate its only a sma….” Colgate cut her off and continued. “nonsense flutter come by my surgery at about eleven a clock tomorrow morning I’ll have it fixed up for you in no time” Fluttershy being Fluttershy started to argue saying that it was fine its only a small chip and nothing huge. Colgate with her expertise of teeth she managed to persuade her by saying
“listen Fluttershy!…….You are my friend and I need to help you presides it won’t cost you anything my dear.” Futtershy finally understanding the light blue unicorn finally agreed to her proposal and continued shopping for her little animal friends back at her cottage.
It came around six a clock in the evening when she finished her shopping as she came up the road the smallest hoofstep she made on the stone path caused every single tiny critter to rush out of the cottage and gather around her feet like ants around honey. It was a battle getting into her cottage before realising she had the stare within seconds of the idea she put into action scaring to critters half to death. A few moments later after the stare was finished she finally walked into the cottage putting her satchel on the kitchen side and laid down on her sofa feeling her chipped tooth with the end of her tongue the end was jagged and rough like the a dragons scale. A few minutes later she was disturbed by her little bunny angel stamping his feet on the floor arms pointing towards the kitchen and then to his small but empty stomach Fluttershy
Quickly got up and trotted to the kitchen getting the lettuce and greenery ready handling the knife like a professional chef. After the meal was prepared and put on trays on the floor and watched her little friends eat there green feast of goodness as fluttershy watched she became tired and sat on her sofa within minutes she fell into a deep and sound sleep.

Chapter 2 alive on arrival

She awoke the next morning bright eyed and full off spirit. But then she remembered the dentist appointment with Colgate at eleven a clock as she looked at the clock hung high on the wall staring down at her she suddenly felt a cold felling rush down her back and down her hind legs. This was mysterious for the mare as this had never happened to her before. She was starting to have second thoughts about going to see Colgate.

She left the house at around half past ten to make sure she wasn’t late for the appointment this seemed good timing to the yellow mare as there was always disruptions along the way to Colgate’s surgery as she walked into ponyville that fine sunny morning she noticed that nopony was around and she was slightly scared because of the lifeless town she didn’t feel belong there the atmosphere wasn’t right. She walked past twilights library and poked her nose in to say
“twilight…..are …..you…there” at this point the door swung open to reveal a rather tired and frustrated purple unicorn “yes fluttershy
what is it” she said whilst barely being able to keep awake.
“I got a appointment with Colgate in fifteen minutes I could use your advice” after this struck twilights eardrums she perked up to say
“be careful flutter I’ve heard bad things about that mare because theres a tale saying that anypony who goes to that surgery doesn’t come out alive. What you going in for anyway.” she said in a worried tone. fluttershy then proceeded into the library and sat down and explained everything which happened the other day

“seems like she’s taken a very strong liking to you, I’m not sure you should” before being cut off by fluttershy
“this tooth has been driving me crazy all day I need it taking care off before you say it I’m sure its just an old mares tale.”

She then proceeded to leave the library and finally reach Colgate’s dentist the first impression which hit the yellow mare was relief followed by a little fear and then discomfort she was about to leave when she heard
“Hi fluttershy glad you could make it on time…… Your early….. why so early” Colgate said whilst tilting her head and wearing her white uniform.
“So you coming in or what?” Colgate Spoke with a smile. “um……yes” fluttershy whispered.
“good” Colgate Spoke looking with a even darker smile then before. The yellow pegusi then trotted inside the Small but rather nicely lit reception area, Before being led into a empty waiting room
“C-Colgate……Why is there nopony else here?” Fluttershy spoke looking rather worried, Then she felt a small breeze of warmth from a heater from the other side of the room and relaxed a little, and then the small yellow pony trotted over to a small chair and sat down
“ Your appointment is in about five minutes fluttershy” Colgate instructed with a rather big smile on her face.

CHAPTER 3 Standard Procedure

The yellow Pegasus sat down for a further few minutes before Colgate stuck her head in the door and spoke with rather kind but dark words
“ Your next fluttershy” Fluttershy then nodded and proceeded to get up off the comfy chair and walked to the other side of the room to meet Colgate. They opened the door and walked through a corridor about twenty feet long with rooms labelled very preciously. They walked about ten feet before they came to a room called General practice,
“Right in here Fluttershy” She spoke with kind words, Fluttershy nodded and entered the room, Colgate stood behind her with a sadistic smile upon her face

She entered the room, and immediately saw a large dentists chair and small instruments on a small desk next to the chair, Posters were littered around the room like the exit of a sweet shop, explaining the importance of brushing your teeth,
“Please lie down Fluttershy I am going to apply a little Aesthetic” She exclaimed to fluttershy, Fluttershy nodded and closed her eyes, as she brought a small face mask onto her face, and releasing some gas into her mouth, knocking her out within moments of it being applied.

Colgate then took out a small chart showing the types of fillings seeing which one she needed she inspected the tooth and set about getting to work and immediately opened her mouth with two small surgical plastic mouth holders, which slid into her mouth on both sides of her cheeks started to drill at her small but fragile tooth down to make the filling fit more easily, after about ten minutes of drilling she was finished and pulled out the filling that she needed and rammed it into place “There finished, Now the real surgery can begin” She commanded herself, She strapped the small yellow mare into the chair using large strong chains, After doing this she kicked the small mare in the side, waking her up in pain
“Arghhh W-Why did you do that?” She cried. Colgate then went to the door locking it and looking at the mare with a large sadistic smile on her face, Fluttershy then starting to struggle through the chains trying desperately to break free.
“ HAHA Its no use…..Your staying right there until the surgery has been complete” She commanded as she punched the small mare in the chest winding her, After about twenty seconds she started to breath normally again, but it was short lived as Colgate then took a small surgical knife and approached her smiling evilly
“W-What are you doing?” Fluttershy cried heavily “I-Is it a joke? Haha very funny Colgate!” She spoke trying not to think what was going to happen in her mind.
“YOU WILL WISH IT WAS A JOKE!” She started to laugh insanely, Scaring to small mare,

Chapter 4 The main procedure can begin!

Colgate then grabbed a Scalpel and walked towards fluttershy Prying her mouth open, before fluttershy slammed it closed at a high force, chipping some teeth in the process, Colgate then kicked her in the side again making her scream loudly, As her mouth laid open she took two instruments and shoved them into her mouth rendering her movement of her mouth useless, She then took a scalpel and plunged into her bottom left gum area, making the scalpel stick into the other side of her gums Fluttershy tensed immediately, and started to whimper through the pain,
“ This will only hurt a little” Colgate exclaimed laughing evilly and looking at her gums she started to make a deep cut along her gums ripping out nerves as they were wire through butter, ripping out her teeth and draining her blood quickly, She eventually reached the other side of her gums and pulled up on the scalpel ripping out her bottom gum with great force, The gums hung on the scalpel like a toffee apple and her mouth was now the mouth of a river of red ruby blood, Fluttershy crying intensely
“HEHE WILL YOU EVER SHUT UP?!?!” She then took the scalpel and plunged into the back of her neck grabbing her tongue and started to use the scalpel as a saw revealing the life giving blood some more as it sprayed out of her and onto Colgate’s face
“You taste good Fluttershy” She claimed licking her lips, After a few minutes finally with some force she ripped out her tongue and started to mimic her voice
“P-Please don’t why are you doing this to me? Yaddy yaddy yadda! The truth is I haven’t really liked you! And You were always on my mind when I bumped into you at the market!” Fluttershy then trying to speak, in her mouth you could see a small little piece of flesh wiggling about in the back of her mouth, She cried heavily tears streaming down her mouth.
“ TRY AND SPEAK NOW!” Colgate screamed. Fluttershy continuing to cry spitting blood at her and started to choke on her own blood “ You bitch!” She screamed at her licking the blood of her cheeks, She took the scalpel and plunged it into her top gum and repeated the process, With a little more resistance then before she pulled it down and ripped it out cutting her lip in the process. “ I think the chip is better now fluttershy!”

Chapter 5 The final cut!

As the little yellow mare lay there, Blood gushing from her mouth like a red river, She knew her fate, She couldn’t plea, she couldn’t move. “Fluttershy, Why are you looking at me like that?” Fluttershy couldn’t help to think what she was looking at me like well anything, She had the same sad painful agonizing face as before,
“OH FLUTTERSHY! ANSWER ME!” Fluttershy closed her eyes “You don’t close your eyes at me you bitch!” Colgate screamed at Fluttershy. She then grabbed hold of her eyelids and ripped them off her face, The intense pain caused the little yellow mare to pass out
“ Oh no you don’t!” Colgate then kicked the mare in the side, waking her up and breaking her ribs in the process, Tears still streaming down her face
“Good, I think you are gonna like this Flutter….” She then grabbed her scalpel and looked at it
“I have used this for everything this morning, I better give it a rest” She then placed the small blade down, and went to a drawer and pulled out a cleaver, the blade was extremely sharp as a ragged rock, She then pulled it out and it glimpsed in the light, She took it and waved it over her little left eye which was flowing tears through and plunged it into her small eye releasing her eye fluids and caving it into her skull, she tensed and tried to scream through the pain, All that could be heard was a faint puff of air, through her hollowed out teeth and gums. Hey eye now bleeding heavily, She gripped onto the chair due to intense pain.
“ You are stronger then you seem Fluttershy” She spoke rather worryingly,
“we better wrap this up, Its time for the final cut Fluttershy!” Colgate then moved the knife over her exposed chest and hovered it over, after about half a minute, it moved sharply down towards her chest punching through her chest and plunged through her heart, The pain was quick, and the yellow mares grip on the chair soon went, She had been relieved of her pain, and slipped away to the afterlife.
“Finally, You were a tough target. But I pulled it off, She gazed upon her dead lifeless body untied it and threw it over her shoulder, and left her surgery room and entered a room called the Disposal room, She entered and throw the dead pegusi onto a heap of dead ponies, From stallions to mares, unicorns to earth ponies and fillies to old ponies.

It was just another day at Colgate’s surgery a place where no pony survives and they don’t die painlessly.
