Scootaloo, a proud member of the CMC is disturbed by the monarchy of her society. Nopony questions the government, nopony thinks outside of what they're supposed to think, and nopony dares to think freely. She keeps these thoughts to herself until she meets a new colt at school by the name of Jaxx. With the anarchy symbol as his cutie mark, she knows that she can learn from him. And thus a punk Filly is born.
