The Pony Adventures

"Oh, Moonbeam, I hate that you had to find out this way." Rarity started to cry.
"Mom, was I really adopted?" I asked.
"Not exactly," Rarity started,"It's time for you to know how you came into my life."
I sat down ready to hear a long story.
"Okay, it was a gloomy night. I was running lat e on a set of dresses I had to deliver in two days. I had been in so much stress, when I heard a faint cry from outside in the rain. I gallopped out my front door to find a delightful surprise. My bad day was behind me. I took you into my hooves as if you were my own." Rarity started crying again,"I kept you for the night, but the next morning my mind was set on finding your parents. I never found them. So I decided that I would be your guardian and parent until you could provide for yourself. You've almost made it. I still remember the day I found you like it was just yesterday." Rarity was weeping now.
"Oh, Mom,don't cry, I'm not going to leave." I reassured her.
As we walked back to the Carosel Boutique in silence.
When we entered the Boutique, Rarity had a few customers waiting.
"Oh my, I'm so sorry dears!" she said and took them into a back room to get their dresses fitted.
I was mad. She didn't even look at me before heading to work. 'The customers are always right, Moonbeam.' I remember her once saying to me as a young filly.
I stomped out the Boutique with a loud, "UGH!!" and slammed the door.
As I took off flying, I realized that I had nowhere to go that I wouldn't be surrounded by ponies of all ages.

So I just flew in circles over the boutique. I saw StoryTale and MistChaser approach the store. I could faintly see because I didn't have my glasses, StoryTale looked like she was attempting to call to me, I pretended not to notice them, and I was good at it.

"MistChaser can you go get Moonbeam for me?" StoryTale said.
"If I can catch her." MistChaser replied.
MistChaser flew up fast, but she wasn't fast enough. Moonbeam had seen her take off toward her, and had had a grin on her face that looked to be a look of mock and thinking, "HAHA! You can catch me" kind of look.

MistChaser stopped after she saw that look. Obviously shocked at her friends action.

Then not to soon after I saw her calling me, MistChaser had taken off toward me. I looked back at her and put on my most evil grin and took off. I zipped through the sky, MistChaser more than a mile away, had finally given up and I started to slow. I knew they would eventually ask Rainbow Dash for help, I just didn't know when.

MistChaser flew off toward CloudsDale, forgetting completely about StoryTale. StoryTale was confused. She thought out loud on what Moonbeam's problem was. Not too soon after she found herself at the library. StoryTale trotted into the library to speak with Twilight.

Rarity rushed around the boutique trying to find her adopted daughter,"MOONBEAM!" she called.
"Sweetie Belle?" Rarity started,"Have you seen Moonbeam?"
"Why are you asking me? I haven't seen her since yesterday." Sweetie said.
"I don't know, I'm just worried sick! I have to find her!" Rarity yelled probably angry at herself before rushing out the door.
Rarity raced through the streets of PonyVille, she went to Fluttershy's first, knowing Moonbeam had a tendency to talk to Fluttershy when she was upset.
"Fluttershy, darling, has Moonbeam been here? I can't find her!" Rarity said panicked.
"Oh my, did she run away?" Fluttershy said in her soft, innocent voice.
"I honestly have no clue. Will you help me find her?" Rarity asked.
"Why of course Rarity, what are friends for." Fluttershy said before putting Angel in charge while she was gone.
As the two friends walked down the path they ran into Pinkie Pie.
"Pinkie!" Rarity started, "Have you seen Moonbeam anywhere?"
"Actually yes I have!" Pinkie answered happily. "Why are you playing hide-and-seek? I just love hide and seek!"
"Where?!" Rarity almost scream.
"She flew off toward Canterlot." Pinkie Pie answered confused at Rarity's reaction.

"I have to find her!"

I slowly descended towards Canterlot. I had to be careful so nopony would think I was an outcast. I used a spell I can't remember that can move things from one place miles away to you. I used to teleport one of Rarity's Canterlot worthy ensembles so I wouldn't stand out in the crowd. After I got the perfect one, I slowly galloped out of the alleyway I had landed in. Surprisingly the castle wasn't too far from where I was now. Now I need to think of a way to get into see Princess Celestia, but how? Hmmm
I thought. What if I said it was urgent that I see the princess right away. No, they would just say they would pass on a message. Without thinking I looked back at my wings... "DUH!" I said why didn't I think of this earlier?
As I slowly started over the gate, I got spotted. "Hey! You! No trespassing on castle grounds without an invitation from a princess or resident!" The guard said.
"Oh it's okay! I'm a Princess!" I yelled down to him.
A few seconds passed and I was having photos taken of me and Pegasus ponies were swarming around me.
Being a princess of magic and potions and what not I knew exactly what to do. A force field. It took a lot of energy but I did it and it lasted long enough, so it worked. Walking into the castle was a totally different problem.
