It was a lovely day in Ponyville and Twilight Sparkle was finding a book. She searched everywhere and found a small secret door in one of the shelves. Twilight pressed a button that was attached to the secret door, and it opened. There Twilight found a dusty old book which is a book about Pokemon. Twilight started reading it and got confused. "Spike, I need to ask you one thing. Do you know anything about a Pikachu?" Spike looked confused and told Twilight. "Never heard of that thing. What do you think it is, Twilight?" Twilight explained. "I just found this book in a secret door in that shelf." Twilight pointed to the shelf where she found the book and Spike started to look for clues when Rainbow Dash came in. "Hey Twilight! Can I borrow another Daring-Do book? I need to finish that last one before the next book arrives." Rainbow asked Twilight. "Sure, you can borrow it. But first, can I ask you if you know anything about a Pikachu?" Twilight asked. "A Pikawhat? Hmm, no, never heard of it." Rainbow replied. Twilight gave Rainbow the book and replied, "It's okay. It's just that I find this word really weird."
Twilight went outside. She was gonna ask Zecora about a Pikachu. Twilight arrived in Zecora's and Zecora said, "These are called Pokemon. When all those critters go to Ponyville, Ponyville will be filled with chaos." Twilight listened to what Zecora said and her face looked like she was fearing something. "But Zecora, it dosen't mention anything about it on the book...maybe you could look at it?" Twilight said as she handed (hoofed) over the book to Zecora. Zecora brought the book to her room for a couple of minutes and came out. "So? Did you find out?" Twilight asked. "Yes I did. It said that there are over 300 Pokemon, and if they all come, Ponyville will be Pokeville and Equestria will be Pokestria. Maybe your friend Fluttershy if I'm not mistaken can take care of them. Pokemon are animals, too." Twilight gladly answered, "They are? Thank Celestia! Fluttershy can handle any animal, I'm sure she can handle these Pokemon things!" Twilight said as she happily went home. She then heard a roar coming from the bushes. Twilight went closer to the bush and saw a large dragon hiding there. "AAAAAAAHHH!!!" Twilight screamed as she ran away as quick as she can to Ponyville. Twilight fell when a pony with a fire mane and white fur held her hoof and helped Twilight run away.
They finally arrived in Ponyville. Twilight asked the pony, "Who are you? Thanks for saving me anyway." The pony with fire mane introduced herself. "I'm Ponyta. Nice to meet you. My, you ponies are sure colorful, even some of you have wings!" Ponyta stared at the sunshine and smiled to Twilight. "Wait, you have never heard of flying ponies? They're called pegasus." Twilight replied. "Yes, I have not...well, is it a rule that everyone must know about pegasus?" Ponyta asked. Twilight replied, "You don't replace everyone with everypony either...oh well, no, it isn't a rule...but can I ask you...you're not from Equestria?" Ponyta replied, "M-hm, I'm not from here...well, I'm from a place called Sinnoh. I'm also a Pokemo--" Twilight hushed her and said, "YOU'RE A POKEMON?!" Twilight remembered Zecora's words and asked, "Well, I'll let you stay, but promise me you won't make Ponyville a disaster." Ponyta promised, "Yes, I promise. Who told you Pokemon are troublemakers anyway? That's not true at all darling." Ponyta giggled lightly and started to explore Ponyville.
