A Boom of Thunder and a Dash of Color
Little Bit of Thunder
Load Full StoryHe awoke slowly to the chirping of birds and the sound of animals 'frolicking' through the woods. "... What... What happened?" He asked himself groggily, his head spinning.
Thunder limped over the bridge slowly to the small Cottage. Fluttershy had fixed him up a few days earlier and he was so very grateful, even though he had never said thanks. He stared intently at the door, the OPEN door. '... Something's not right....' He said in his head. He started to breathe quietly and then walked slowly to the door. He pushed open the door with his left hoof slowly and called into the house. "F- Fluttershy?" He called her name, in a questioning tone. He kicked open the door and charged in, keeping a keen eye on his surroundings. "Fluttershy!? Are you in here?" He asked, his eyes frantically shifting from side to side. He heard a faint scream and ran through the house, searching the rooms. "Fluttershy!?" He screamed, kicking open doors. "Thunder-Strike!" Screamed the soft voice. He ran in the direction of the scream, shouting her name back at her. "FLUTTERSHY I'M COING!" He screamed, tears streaming down his face. 'Why are you crying?! There's a chance she's okay!' He screamed at himself in his mind. He kicked open the door to her room and stared in horror. "W- What... What the fuck?!" He screamed, holding back throw-up. He stared at her head in disgust. Her eyes were gouged out and her jaw was hanging by a literal thread. Her face was covered in blood and her body was in a pool of blood. Her hooves were missing and her rump was cut off as well. "Wh... What the fuck?" He coughed heavily and threw up a little. The mouth moved and it lets out raspy words. "Thunder-Strike." His name. Of all things it had to be his name. That made this even creepier to begin with. 'Fuck fuck fuck fuck FUCK!' He screamed in his mind. He turned quickly and ran out the door. He ran for what seemed like forever and ever through the long, endless hallway. 'LET ME LEAVE!' He screamed. Behind him the gorrific Fluttershy was chasing after him, and catching up. "Thunder-Strike" It repeated his name, in a raspy, scratchy voice. 'STOP IT!' He screamed in his head as he tripped. He backed away quickly as the gory mess started to catch up. "No... No.. No no no no no no NO!" He screamed as it got to him. He shut his eyes tight and screamed her name, just to open his eyes to find himself back in the room at Flutter Shy's Cottage where he had fallen asleep the night before. "W-... I-..." He was speechless. '.....But... It was so realistic...' He said to himself. "... A- Are you okay?" asked a frightened Fluttershy. "Yeah. Just a bad dream sweetie." He said reassuringly. "O- Oh. Well.. Breakfast is ready.... And I cleaned your black suit.... If you don't mind." She said, walking away, head down. He sighed and got up realizing he was wearing nothing but socks. "Wow. A Pony who wears clothing and hate not wearing it. How Ironic." He chuckled lightly and started to limp to the table near the entrance to the small Cottage. He stared at the rabbit that sat at the entrance, nibbling a carrot. 'That must be Angel.' He said nodding. He walked past the bunny and stared at Fluttershy. 'She's beautiful..' He said, starting to get a small smile.
