He planned to take the lust fertile lands of California. Caesar arrived in front of the Lucky 38 with the courier. He began to give a speech.
"Children of the Legion. Today is a great day. We have taken our new capital. I dub New Vegas,New Rome! We shall now rebuild and expand. This is a historic day for the people of the wasteland. Well In vault 34 there is a portal. This portal is from pre-war times. After the bombs fell people where to use this portal and find a new world to live in. I want you to investigate this portal. Investigate and come back to me. Romulus saluted Caesar and left.
