I’m still cleaning, you ass!” “Just get up here!” Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Roger Sliversten I was recruited to be a member of the Skinybones pirates, by force. “Ah Mr. Sliversten good to see you again, how is cleaning duty going?” said the old fart himself. “Good I’ll be done by nightfall captain.” The man in front of me was the captain himself captain Skinybones, like the name implies the captain was a skinny fellow with a long white pointy beard, he wore a black coat and hat he carried an oversize sword and two pistols. I don’t know how a weak fellow like him could lead a deadly pirate crew. Some say he has a sliver tongue, other say he uses fear to get what he wants. “Good work Mr. Sliversten I guess this week’s payment.” He then handed me two gold coins. “Thank you….sir” Two coin… Two bloody coins! This was what I get for cleaning their shit! “By the way could you be a lad and clean the dinner table, there might be some leftovers for you there, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up HA HA H-“suddenly a splash of water hit the captain straight in his stupid face, huh so there was a god on my side. The captains’ face was priceless I almost burst out laughing but I remember if I did that I’d be sleeping with the fishes, “Alright get back to work! I’ll be in the captain quarters.” “Yes sir!” said a lieutenant as he followed the captain. Great now I’m stuck cleaning again, man what I would give to have a real dinner and not eating scraps from the table. I notice something very strange with the weather lately, it’s been storming for weeks now it was like the sea and the sky were having war and we were in the middle of it. I’ve been cleaning up the crews mess for weeks now can’t the learn to control themselves once in a while its’ started to get on my bloody nerves now, God I wish I was off this ship I never thought being a pirate would be this shitty. It more likely because of that so called captain the way he get people to join his crew is by kidnapping, I could only prey for those poor bastards on the lower deck. Now that I think about it I got off like compared to the others, the captain took a liking to me and made me clean the ship, I’m guessing the rest of the crew is asleep by now and I still have half the dinner table clean. Wait a minute the crews asleep and I’m the only one still up, I might be able to get out of here or get killed on the spot, there is a small ship on the lower deck and right next to it was a treasure room. If I do this right I could escape this hell hole with all their gold but if I slip up I could be walking the plank, I reach into my pocket and grabbed an old bandana, it was an old and ragged with a skull and cross bones imprinted on it. The bandana belongs to my dad who used to be a pirate when I was little, he gives me his old bandana and told me “Son, follow your dream no matter what, a real pirate never gives up.” His words inspired me to become a pirate, not just a pirate but a captain, I held this bandana for so many years, I’m not planning to give up just yet I will become a captain, the best damn captain that sail the seas. I tied the bandana on my head got up and held my fist in the air. “Father I swear to become the greatest captain the world has ever seen this I swear!” I headed out to the lower deck as fast as I could but damn this ship is surprisingly big, after a couple of hour running I then begin to feel my legs shaking there it is two doors right in front of me, one to the treasurer room, other room lend towards the escape ships. Luck for me the captain left the treasurer room open, thank you captain Skinybones, like I would imagine all the gold I carried out were heavy as fuck, I think my back is going to break. “Hey who’s out there?” Shit I’ve been found I ran with the heavy sack of gold behind to one of the escape ships, “Hey get back here!” I jump in the escape boat loaded in it pulled the nearest leaver with open the outside doors to the ocean, the boat splashed into ocean safely I then raised my hand in air waving a middle finger to the crew mate. “Suck it! You scurvy-infested blowfish!” I then grabbed the paddles and sailed away from the hellish nightmare of a ship, freedom at I thought to myself not only did I escape from there ship I also got there gold all of it! “Take that you old fart!” “Show yourself demon of the sea!” “Demon of the sea? Huh that’s new. I haven’t been called that before. Anyway, I could help you out my sea dog friend.” “How the bloody fuck can you help me!” “How about we make a deal?’ A deal, I’m I already hallucinating, it only been a couple of hours since I left the ship. If I make a deal with this… monster or whatever it is I might be able to get out of this storm alive. “Very well… I accept this deal of yours.” “Good choice my man but I should warn you my deals always end up in Chaotic Conjugations…” Chaotic Conjugations? The hell does that mean, wait a moment suddenly the raging waters have stopped holy crap it worked, I’m alive noting happen and… wait why is the boat going backwards, I turned only to find a giant whirlpool sucking the boat in. “Oh, you have got to be kidding me…” The boat was getting sucked in I hold on to the gold as hard as can, the boat began to sink. “Damn you merciful Poseidon!” //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: A Strange New World //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: A Strange New World “Hey? You still breathing?” I’m hearing other voice again this time it sounded like a woman, damn my head hurts like a bitch I can’t see anything due to my vision being all blurry. “Hey! Come on dude wake up!” Suddenly I fell a hand on my face slapping me silly, I rubbed both of my eyes as hard as I could. “Alright! Alright! Quit hitting me!” Luckily my vision was starting to come back, and I have a good sight on the gal who’s been hitting me. She was the strangest looking girl I’ve ever seen, she wore a sleeveless lightest blue jacket with a black shirts underneath, from what I could tell she wore black jeans and her hair was not so long but looked rainbow colored? “Heh you’re awake.” She said with a look of relief, wait a minute why is she on top of me? “Hey get off of me!” “Alright man jeez, no thank you?” “For what? For slapping m--“ Arg! Damn it what the hell happen to me? Why is my arm in so much pain? I took a look at my left arm and saw multiple cuts and bruises and a whole lot of blood was coming out. “Oh man that doesn’t look good! We need to get you help!” “No it fine, I’m fine. Hey where is it?” “Where’s what?” “A sack, it was a big sack.” “A sack? You mean that thing over there?” She then pointed to the destroyed boat with the sack on sore. “Hey what’s in there anyway?” “None of your bloody business” Luckily my legs were alright for the most part, but I was only able to limb my way towards the stolen treasure. “Hey you shouldn’t being moving your hurt!” “I’m fine I just need to get my treasure” I limbed across the sore hearing the sounds of waves and the cries of the strange girl, I didn’t care, all I need now is to get my gold and run away as far as I could. Suddenly the rainbow haired girl came out of nowhere in front of me. “How the-“ “We need you to get you to the hospital right away! Come on.” She grabbed my hand with a tight grip I then slapped her hands away from mine. “Get away from me!” “Stop being so stubborn!” she said grabbing my left arm as hard as she can. She was surprisingly strong, so strong she was able the lift me in the air. Wait what!? Holy crap I’m flouting! I looked toward the strange looking girl to see that she was the one holding me in the air she also was having a hard time trying to carry me. “How the bloody hell are you doing this!” “Duh I’m a pegasus.” “Huh a pegasus? You mean those winged horses? But you look noting like a Horse!” “It’s not horses it’s ponies! And no I’m not a pony I’m a hybrid!” “A hyb-“The second I was about to say that we both fell right to the ground. “Geez you’re really heavy, you should cut on whatever you’re eating.” Just then I look towards her and what I saw was horrifying, she had wings, real fucking wings. It was a transparent blue, I could see right through them, not only that but they were as big as human arms. “Hey you alright?” she said scratching the top of her head. “Just what the hell are you?” “Like I said I’m a pegasus, a hybrid.” “Hybrid, But you look noting like a pony?” “Well duh, we evolved from ponies.” “What do you mean evolved from ponies? We evolved from monkeys!” “Evolved from monkeys? Did you ever take grade school we evolved from ponies. Any filly knows that.” Ponies, fillies, pegasus, and hybrids! This was all way too much for my head how could people evolve from ponies? It not possible, Arg! I can’t tell what’s worst, the intense pain I’m feeling from my arm, or the whole pony hybrid thing? “Alright fine we’ll go with your idea, but please let me get my treasure and I’ll go to the hospital with you. Sound fair?” “Yeah I guess so, fine then go get your stupid sack.” After I got my treasure I followed the strange girl to a long trail, the trip was long and awkward. From what I could get from the land was the trees were oddly very tall, and animals were also odd looking. Just were the hell did I end up was it because of whirlpool I sucked in too took me here. “Hey buddy I forgot to ask you your name?” “My name, oh yeah my name is Roger Sliversten.” “Huh weird name, my names Rainbow dash nice to meet you.” She put out her hand a handshake. “Rainbow dash? And you say my name is weird?” “What is that supposed to mean!?” “I don’t know, I wonder? “Your get on my nerves pal! Why are you even holding that heavy sack anyway! Also where are we going? “Well were in Equestria, also were going to an old friend places.” “Wait I thought we were going to the hospital?” “It too far away, but don’t worry my friend is really good with healing animals.” “But I’m not an animal?” “Oh quit complaining, it’s the closest thing to a hospital I could think of.” Well it’s better than noting I guess anything to get rid of this damn pain in my arm, but I still can’t get over the fact that she has wings. It’s the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen and I’m a pirate, pirates see weird shit every day. “So tell me does everybody have wings like you?” “Well no only people with the pegasus blood. But don’t worry there are other types of hybrids here too.” “What do you mean other types?” “Well there are the earth ponies, pegasus ponies, and unicorn ponies.” “Unicorns, you mean those horses with horns sticking out of their heads?” “For the last time its horses its ponies!!!” “Jeez alright, didn’t know that was just a big issue.” “Calling our ancestors horses is very disgrace full!” “I’m very sorry.” Rainbow dash then turn her back towards me and kept walking on the trail, man I must have really offended her, but then I got a closer look at her. I notice she had a strange tattoo near butt, only female pirates have those, could she be a pirate? “Okay we’re here.” “Huh What?” We stop by a small cabin near a tree, and outside it was a girl with a yellow dress with long pink hair and pink transparent wings. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Earning Trust //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: Earning Trust Hey Fluttershy over here! Rainbow dash said waving her arms, “oh hello Rainbow dash” “Hey I have somebody injured here, think you can help?” “Hmm let me see-“ The woman named Fluttershy looked like she was feeding her pets, looks like we interrupt her, But I must say she was an odd girl like Rainbow, she wore a long yellow dress and had long pink hair, she also had wings just like Rainbow but hers were pink and didn’t look as strong as Rainbow. Again this is the weirdest place I ever been in. “Oh my, what happened to him? He’s covered in scratches.” “Well I don’t really know what happened to him I just found this guy washed up on sore.” “Hey! Could you guys hurry this up, I’m running out of blood here!” Oh no I think my vision getting blurry. “Oh yes, right away, please follow me.” It took a couple of hours for Fluttershy to fix up my wounds but she did I’m cured, my wounds are beginning to heal. But Fluttershy says to stay in bed for a few more hours, okay so within the hours I’m here resting I need to figure out how this all happened, So it started with me escaping Captain Skinybones ship with all his gold, then I found myself ship-wreck on an odd looking island and founded by a girl with rainbow colored hair with transparent wings. So putting all the pieces together I Roger Sliversten a pirate, I’m stuck on an unknown island with a species of humans with wings. I’m not dead right? The last thing I remember is a voice that said something about “Chaotic Conjugations” and then boom. Chaotic Conjugations? What does that mean? “Hey Roger how you holding up?” Rainbow said bring what appears to be a glass of tea, she then sat on the bed next to me handing me the glass. “Here this should help Fluttershy says it’s good for healing your body” “Thanks Rainbow, I owe you one mate.” I said taking a sip of the tea, which was delicious. “Don’t sweat it dude.” She said with a cute smile, just then Fluttershy came in to the room. “Oh hello, how are you? Feeling any better?” “Much better thank you, say are you a doctor?” “Oh no, I’m good with taking care of animals that’s all.” Suddenly Rainbow dash jumped out of bed, “Alright let’s get down to the point.” “Wait, what point?” “Who are you, Where are you from, and why were you washed up on sore?” Shit! What do I say I can’t say I’m a pirate, if they know I’m a pirate who knows what they’ll do to me. I need to come up with something fast. “Well, uh… you see… I-“ “Rainbow dash!” Fluttershy said with an upset look. “Why are you asking him all these questions? He doesn’t need any stress right now he’s still recovering!” That actually took me by surprise, judging by how Fluttershy spoke with me I thought she was the shy and quiet type, guess you can’t judge a book by its cover. “Yeah your right Fluttershy, I’m sorry Roger.” “Umm no problem Rainbow.” “Oh right, I haven’t introduce you guys to each other yet, Fluttershy this is Roger Sliversten.” “Roger Sliversten? What an interesting name, I like it nice to meet you.” “Likewise Fluttershy, it’s nice to meet you” I said putting up my hand for a handshake, but she blushed and stood their looking at the ground. “Oh I’m sorry for-“ “No I’m sorry, I’m not used to meeting new people.” She said blushing even harder. “Okay! Break it up you too, Fluttershy are we still going to meet up with Twilight and Applejack today right?” “Oh yes, we’re all going to meet up at Sugarcube corner.” “Hey Roger want to tag along?” Hmm I could tag along with them and find out more about where I am, I should also found a ship so I can go back to sea where I belong. Beside it beats staying in bed all day. “Sure I’d love to, hey do you know where the bag is?” “Oh you mean that heavy bag you been caring? Yeah I left that thing in the living room.” “You didn’t look inside did you?” “What me!? No of course not.” I hopped out of bed and made my way to the living room “You guys head out first I’ll catch up with you later.” “Oh alright then, but don’t take too long or we’ll leave you behind.” Rainbow dash said leaving through the front door with Fluttershy behind her. “Please don’t take too long, I think Rainbow dash means it.” Looks like I don’t have that much time so I better find my gold fast, hopefully Rainbow dash really didn’t look inside the bag but I still can’t trust her, ah ha found it. Looks like she hide it behind the coach, actually now that I have a better look at the place it had a strange décor about it, also it smells of animals. Once I stepped towards the bag a small rabbit jumped out behind It. “Uhhh… hey little guy mind getting off my bag please?” The rabbit responded with a death glare at me. “Umm… okay then I’ll just slip my hand and-Oww!!!” The bastard bite me, he bloody bite me! I grabbed between the ear opened the nearest window and throw the bloody bastard as far as I could “Take that you furry asshole!” Now that that’s out of the way I need to grab some gold to buy a boat and get out of here fast, I open the bag to grab some gold coin or a gold crown or something. “Hmmm alright I’m taking about 40 gold piece’s here and saving the rest in the bag, I maybe be able to buy a small boat with some food with this much money.” “Hey Roger you done yet!?” Shit I forgot Rainbow dash and Fluttershy were still waiting for me “Hold your horses I’m on my way!” “PONIES!!!” note to self, never say the word “Horse” in front of Rainbow dash. After all that mess we walked through the odd looking forest Rainbow and I walked through earlier, Fluttershy was leading us while we followed here from behind, the walk was very quiet “Hey Roger?” Said Rainbow “Yeah Rainbow?” this doesn’t look good Rainbow is giving me the same death glare as the rabbit. “Listen I don’t really know who you are and I can barely trust you, but let’s get one thing straight here, if you hurt my friends in any way I will hurt you.” I knew it, looks like Rainbow dash didn’t trust me either but I need to get on her good side, Rainbow dash and Fluttershy are the only ones who could lead me around this place “Don’t worry Rainbow I’m not a bad guy-“ “But what if you are!” she said with a hint of anger. “I can’t trust you Roger and I know you don’t trust me either.” oh crap she knew that too? “Well of course I can’t trust you, I can’t trust anyone here. I washed up in on a strange island I never even heard about, plus you people have wings!” “Wait does that mean you’re raciest to Pegasus?” “What no, look I’m saying I’ve never even heard of you people or this Equestria place, what I’m saying is I’m not from your world.” “You’re not from my world? He had a huge crew who all respected him and was the best dad a kid could ever ask for, but then another pirate crew came to our town and… killed my father.” Rainbow went dead silent. “Years later I was kidnapped by pirates and forced to be their damn cleaning monkey, I was able to escape with all their gold and then boom I ended up here.” Rainbow was still quite. “Listen I’m not a bad guy, I would never even think of hurting any of your friends, you saved my life and I thank you.” “Thanks, and I’m sorry for not trusting you earlier.” Rainbow said with a mild blush. “No big deal really I didn’t trust you either, so we’re even.” “Hey what do you mean by that!? Well fine I guess were even.” “Rainbow dash, Roger were here.” Fluttershy said stopping us on our tracks. “Where are we going again Fluttershy?” “Oh I forgot, Roger welcome to Ponyville.”
