//-------------------------------------------------------// Friendship is Demonic -by Christophe- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Lock Closets, How do they work? //-------------------------------------------------------// Lock Closets, How do they work? A/N: For the record I will be using aliases for my wow friends, but feel free to bug me if you play wow, I'm Sheoth or Christofe, Horde side on Draka. "Gus, I've always wondered why It takes three people to make a summoning portal?" Queried the Pandaren shaman. "I don't know Tom, care to explain how one day you were an Orc and the next you're a furry drunk?" Retorted Sheoth, the Undead warlock. "What crawled up you and died Gus?" Asked Jon, the Blood elf paladin. "Jon I've been over this before, I'm dead and I'm pissed." "You've been dead for like eight years Gus, and we already killed the Lich King. I think its time you found an outlet for your anger." Tom explained. "I have an outlet." "And whats that?" Jon asked. "I light myself on fire and mass murder things." (Hellfire Jokes, hehe) "Cause thats healthy…" Jon muttered. "Shove it and focus on the damn portal, the Alliance is going to tap the boss if we don't hurry." Tom, Jon, and Sheoth had been in the Valley of the Four Wind when the tell-tale signs of the Saurok War-band appeared. Jon had been having a drinking contest with an already inebriated Jinyu. Tom had been fruitlessly waiting for a visit from a ghostly fisherman. Sheoth, to his credit, had been doing something productive. He had been harvesting his Songbell plants while hitting on Ella the local shy Pandaren woman. The three of them were now standing out of Galleon's range. How the giant beast being ridden by an army of Sauroks hadn't noticed them, they didn't know… or care really. What was really irking them was the absence of the aptly named "Lock Closet." Sheoth threw his decayed hands into the air in frustration. "Why on all of Azeroth does the all mightily Blizzard hate our happiness!" Cried Sheoth. "Lets move over allittle and try again," Suggested Tom. The group strafed slightly closer to the beast and began the ritual again. The green tear in space and time started to glow brighter. The three smiled at the small victory. Their smiles faded quickly when they heard a familiar shout to their left. "Loot and Pillage!" Called the leader of the war-band. The great beast turned and prepared to fire its main cannon at the group. The three guild mates started to sweat as the black portal began to pull itself from the ground. The blast from the cannon went off with a great boom as it struck the ground behind them. The ritual had been completed for the most part but as Sheoth fell the raw fel energy flew out and pulled him into the Twisting Nether. Sheoth called out with his last breath, "I blame you, Tooooooooooom!" Jon and Tom quickly returned to site of their death. After reclaiming their bodies they began summoning the remainder of the group. Fortunately, they managed to get everyone there, buffed, and kill the boss without a hassle. Soon after Tom and Jon sat in the halfhill inn when something dawned on them. "What the fuck happened to Gus?" Warm. Sheoth felt warmth throughout his body as he lay broken on the ground. Somehow the blast had knocked him into his own portal like some apprentice mage still learning to blink properly. Now he felt warm all over. His mind was becoming more lucid rapidly. To an Undead feelings of both the emotional and physical kind are very minimal. Thus, to an Undead, being warm meant only one thing. "I'M ON FIRE!" Screamed Sheoth. Sheoth shot up from his prone position and looked his body over. As he looked he became very perplexed. He was not, in-fact, on fire. His robes and other warlock related items and clothing we completely intact. Well… as intact as Undead clothes get. Sheoth could still feel the warmth across his body though. He remembered a specific item from his painfully dull days of archeology. Sheoth stripped his visible clothing off and activated the Highborne Mirror. He was stunned by the sight before him. The ghostly image of himself looked nothing like he had before. His skin and muscle had returned and no bones stuck from his body. He was horribly lithe and his eyes had returned as well but remained a sickly yellow color. The claws on his hands had returned to simple fingers and he no longer slouched with his exposed spine. He noticed that not all had changed though. His hair stayed blue and hung around his head. He retained the few scares he had on his pale grey skin of his body. His teeth remanded point and his heart remained still in his chest. Sheoth suddenly became very aware that he could actually smell things now. Before all he could smell was the faint scent of decay as his body slowly rotted away but now he could neither taste or smell the decay. He saw a near living body, felt the warmth on his skin, smelled the nature around him, and tasted the slightly chilled air. Sheoth was over come with real joy for the first time since he dragged himself out of the sepulcher he had been left in. He started to laugh uncontrollably. Sheoth gasped as he heard his voice return to its former tone. No longer was his voice gravelly and menacing but slightly deep and soothing as it had been in life. He laughed again before returning to his shocked state. Now even his emotions returned. Before, all he had in his mind was rage and hate. Now he had Happiness, shock, and… worry. His mind began to race with thoughts about his returned feeling. If he could be happy, then he could be sad. If he could feel warmth, then he feel pain. This did not sit well with one who had learned to live without emotions but it seemed that the positives out weighed the negatives. Sheoth looked though his magical bags to retrieve his clothes. He quickly found his transmogrified armor. He had always favored the look of the armor he had earned from his time in the Titan City of Ulduar. Now though he felt he needed to show off his new body. He searched around for the only slightly exposing clothes he had, a very stylish tuxedo and monocle combo with a diamond cane. The legs below the knee and the elbows were still frayed and torn. For the most part the tux was quite stylish. Sheoth strolled through the woods with a spring in his step and a smile on his face. Eventually he came upon a road. To his left he could see a large castle and city on the side of a mountain and to his right he could see a small village. Sheoth stopped and pondered his situation for a moment. 'Clearly I'm not on Azeroth anymore. If I were I would have had to fight my way out of that forest instead of walking out like I own it. Hmmm, I can honestly say I am okay with this. Besides the others can get along without me." -------------------------- Back on Azeroth "OH SWEET CHEEZUS!" Screamed Jon as he was made into a humanoid rag-doll. "WHERE IS GUS WHEN WE NEED HIM!" Screeched Tom as he reincarnated. 'Yeah, they're fine.' Sheoth strolled into the small town of Ponyville. He had spent three straight minutes laughing at the name before entering. He noticed the population was entirely human or so it seemed. Some of the people bore wings of varying color on their backs, some levitated items with their hands, and one mountain of a man lifted an obscene amount of apple crates above his head. Sheoth chuckled slightly and looked at the serenity around him. 'These people have probably never seen an Undead before.' Sheoth walked past the stand where the newly dubbed "Mountain" was holding the crates. The monstrous brute nearly dropped his load when he looked at Sheoth. Behind him a blond girl wearing a dusty hat noticed "Mountain" stumble slightly. She followed his gaze to Sheoth and gasped before calling out. "Excuse me Mister!" "Yes?" Sheoth asked after he determined she was speaking to him. "Ya look like ya haven't eaten in weeks!" She exclaimed. Sheoth looked down at his skinny form and shrugged at the girl. "Nuhuh, Ah'm not havin' that. Ah'm takin' ya to see Rarity about yer clothes, then to Fluttersha to take a look at ya, and then your comin' home with me to have dinner. Big Mac! Watch the stand." Big Mac nodded in response and set his load back down. He continued to watch as the blond woman pulled him away. "Whats yer name sugarcube?" "Gustus Sheoth… but, Uh, most people call me Gus or Sheoth." Sheoth stared at the girl before him. "Well, mah names Applejack partner, but you can call me AJ." Applejack continued to drag Sheoth towards their destination. While doing so she explained about her five friends around Ponyville. She specifically mentioned how her friend Pinkie Pie would be jealous that she met the new person first. Like most Journeys, Theirs ended at a build AJ described as "Carousel Boutique." They entered the shop and Sheoth was struck by what he saw. Around him were some of the most masterful combinations of Tailoring and Jewelcrafting he had ever seen. Having mastered both arts himself he marveled at the ability of the creator. "Welcome to Carousel Boutique where everything is, Oh hello Applejack and who is…" The woman AJ had described as Rarity stopped and gasped at Sheoth. "Darling, what has happened to you!" She rushed to Sheoth and began dragging him further into the store before depositing him on a very comfortable couch. She looked at him again before clutching the shoulder of his jacket and inspecting it. Her eyes lit up and she looked back into his. "Darling… who made these clothes?" "I, Uh, I did." Sheoth stammered after being scrutinized. "Why, these are marvelous even if they have been tattered. You must teach me your secrets." Rarity's eyes sparkled with interest. Sheoth simply stood and walked over towards a table where he had noticed some supplies. He motioned for Rarity to come over while AJ sat and viewed from afar. He set to work as soon as he got the nod from Rarity. Sheoth's fingers acted like his magic, a chaotic force to be reckoned with. Rarity stood with her mouth agape as she watch him work and in no time he had not only crafted himself a new epic purple shirt (See what I did there) but also, completed a of black pants with matching black shoes. Sheoth smiled at the fashionista's expression, but he was nowhere near done yet. He strode over to a chest filled with gems. He plucked out two Amethysts and returned to the bench before pulling out his jeweler's kit. He removed his monocle and using some metal and settings he turned it into a set of frames. He cut the amethysts into a pair of lenses and set them in the frames. Sheoth left the room and a flabbergasted Rarity behind. AJ whistled as she stood and walked over to Rarity. AJ waved her hand in front of Rarity's face before clicking her tounge and shaking her head. By now Sheoth reentered the room with his new clothes on and the best shit-eating grin he could muster. Rarity pivoted on her heels to face him. "Darling those clothes were much too big for you when you left! But… now they fit you perfectly!" "It's because of all the magic I poured into them. It makes them form fitting… as long as you can get them on in the first place." Rarity stared at him before her gaze softened and she gave him a sultry smile. Sheoth's face went from smug satisfaction to genuine fear. Precisely one hour and thirty-four minutes later AJ and Sheoth exited Carousel Boutique. Sheoth had no idea whether he should be happy or very afraid after Rarity offered him a job. AJ was laughing at his plight by now almost forgetting his malnourish and pale appearance. She quickly righted herself and pulled him towards Fluttershy's cottage. The trip was mostly quiet until AJ decided to question him. "So, where ya from Gus?" "Trisfal Glades." "…Where?" "It's pretty far away." "What did ya do for ah livin'?" "Does adventurer count as a job?" AJ chuckled, "Ah don't rightly know. What about your tailorin' and that way ya cut them gems?" "Side interests mostly, one of those, 'it's easier to get what you need if you make it yourself things' I guess. I can do first aid, cook, and fish with best of them too." AJ nodded as they walked up to the cottage door. AJ rapped on the door and the muffled sounds of movement. Pink hair and a single eye peeked out of the door. The girl behind noticed AJ and opened the door with a smile. That was until she noticed the thin and pale man behind her. She sucked in a massive amount of air in one gasp before dragging him into the homey cottage. 'I'm beginning to see a reoccurring theme here.' "Oh my goodness! What happened to you! You're so pale, did you lose a lot of blood? Have you been eating right? Of course not you're so thin like you haven't been eating at all!" The pink haired avian was in a tizzy over Sheoth. AJ stood to the side and just shook her head as she introduced and explained. "You shoulda seen 'im at Rarity's, Shy, an' on the way over here. He walks around like it doesn't affect him at all." Fluttershy looked at the man and reached up to pull his glasses off. She looked into his yellow eyes. She had only ever seen eyes like that in the wolves she cared for, but she knew them well. Those were they eyes of a predator. She placed his glasses back on and reached to lift up his shirt. She placed her hand on his heart and felt the chill on his skin. Her eyes widened and she almost jumped back but his own hand gently pressed to the top of hers. She relaxed slightly as they looked at each other. "Shy? Somethin wrong?" "N-no, he's fine for the most part," She looked at Sheoth, "He should eat something though." "Alright, well, he's comin' to eat at our house tonight. We'll make sure he's well fed." AJ and Shy said their goodbyes and AJ made for the door. Sheoth close behind when a soft hand gripped his own. He turned back to the timid caretaker who locked eyes with him. "You're going to have to tell them soon. You can't hide something like that for long," Shy was barely above a whisper. "I know… I lived without emotion for a long time, and now I'm just scared of what they'll think of me." He whispered back. "If it makes you feel better at all… I'm sorry." Sheoth patted the shy girl on the head with a smile before leaving. Sheoth sat back after stuffing himself with various apple based foods. The last time he had eaten this much he had literally just killed a group of dwarves and cannibalized them. This was infinitely less morbid but equally filling. Sheoth couldn't remember the last time he could really taste something but this meal was possibly the most amazing thing he had ever tasted. "So ah been wonderin' something' Gus. Aren't adventurers loaded, ya know if they live." AJ asked causing Applebloom to perk up. "You were an adventurer!" The little girl's smile could have melted the coldest of hearts. "Well, I've got quite a bit of gold if thats what you mean." "How much is, 'quite a bit,' mister?" Asked Big Mac. "Somewhere over one-hundred thousand," Sheoth looked at the shocked faces before him, "Is that a lot?" "Sugarcube… do you know how money works here?" Sheoth shook his head, "Ok… Its like this, ah copper Bit is one, ah silver Bit is one-hundred, and, uh, One gold is… ten-thousand." "Oh… so your saying… I'm loaded," They nodded at him, "neat." "So, why do ya look like yer half dead and livin' on the street." "I always just slept in an inn or passed out in a tavern, to be brutally honest, and I never had much use for gold other that materials." The Apples looked at Sheoth in disbelief. Big Mac couldn't help but start chuckling. "Ah like this guy." Stated the chortling hulk. Sheoth helped clean up dinner with the Apples. After everything was clean AJ retrieved a blanket and a pillow before directing Sheoth to BIg Mac's room. Sheoth patted down his makeshift bed on the floor. Big Mac took his place in his own bed. Sheoth laid there and started to wonder about what happened today. 'This place is so different from Azeroth. So far nothing has tried to eat me or purge my existence. Yeah, I'm gonna like it here." A/N: So, a lot has been going on here on the homefront. Between WoW, Family, and etc, I've been very busy. Not to mention my minor block on Paradox's story. Anyway I figured if I was playing WoW anyway a crossover might be good. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Warlock way of thinking. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Warlock way of thinking. A/N: Because I know not everyone know the names of every Warlock ability when I name one I'm going to add a link so people can get an idea of what I mean by something. Also items and pets/mount. The kinda self-explainitory ones I will leave blank. Sheoth slowly opened his eyes. He was delighted to have actually slept without some kind of horrid nightmare or beast attacking. He was, however, not happy that he was violently being awoken by a rhythmic banging on the front door. Sheoth rose and looked out the window to find it was sometime shortly after dawn. 'This better be good,' He thought was his signature anger crept back into his mind. Sheoth looked back to find that Big Mac had already vacated the room. Sheoth stalked out of the room and towards the front entrance. Once there he noticed AJ talking to another woman. The woman matched AJ's description of Twilight Sparkle and she was frantic. "The Princess wasn't clear about the details. All she said was one of her rangers over heard a pair of Diamond Dogs talking about an attack on Ponyville!" Said Twilight. "Well, Twi what are we gonna do?" "Well, first what direction are the dogs coming from?" Asked a more sober Sheoth. "East of Ponyville but… Why?" "Well, think of it this way. Two dogs were snuck up on by a full grown human, while divulging their plan. Either this is an elaborate trap or they are REALLY stupid." "Ah'll pick the Latter." "Then I suggest we fortify the town, mostly on the East side." The girls nodded in agreement and left out once Big Mac joined them. Sheoth slowly followed until they were out of sight. Sheoth looked to the east before summoning his Dreadsteed (http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20080102053655/wowwiki/images/d/d8/Dreadsteed.JPG) and riding off towards the den of beasts. Finding the den was not as difficult as Sheoth had first thought. Even after years of fruitlessly searching for creatures and items in unspecified locations had not honed his skills in that aspect. But this, was far easier than it should have been. A large open plain, surrounded by rocks, and covered in holes was a dead give away. Sheoth began his pre-quest checklist. 'Healthstone, Check.' 'Soulstone (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=20707), Check.' 'Dark Intent (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=109773), Double Check.' 'Armor (http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=-86/conquerors-deathbringer-garb#modelviewer:5+0), In bags.' 'Demon (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=112870#screenshots:id=315882)… Not check.' Sheoth pulled on his armor. For a moment he felt good to be back in his gear. Wearing this look-a-like set always made him nostalgic about fighting the Titan constructs. Sheoth shook his head to return his focus. He began summoning his Wrathguard, Lazgorath, (Yes, I know his name.) thanks to his more recent acquisition of knowledge from the Grimoire of Supremacy. Laz and Sheoth may not have been together as long as he and his Felguard, Krenashak. Laz more than made up for his lack of experience with raw strength and a second weapon. This was enough for Sheoth to put his trust in the demon… that and the binding magic. "Hello…Master," Laz's words dripped with venom, "You seem different." "I started working out," stated Sheoth dryly, "anyway, are you ready for some preemptive mayhem?" "Always." Sheoth smiled under his hood as he neared the largest of the holes. He stopped briefly to place a Demonic Circle (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=48018#screenshots:id=99183) outside the hole. He would only have a six minute window for a clean escape, but his pride assured him it was enough time. He then dropped into the darkness. Sheoth summoned a bit of flame in his left hand to better light the tunnel. With the light source Sheoth and Laz moved in the direction of the noise seemed to be coming from. Along the way some unfortunate dogs wandered into Sheoth's path. These dogs were met with a swift slash from Laz's blades or a blast of Fel Fire from Sheoth's unoccupied hand. After a minute of walking and several dead dogs the demonic team came upon the main chamber of the den. They crouched behind a large boulder to survey the room. Inside an army of dogs stood in formation. Sheoth smiled at the shear number of enemies. He moved his hand into one of his bag. Laz watched as the warlock produced a Tome of Clear Mind. Laz wore a quizzical expression. "What is that for?" Laz whispered. Sheoth smiled and showed Laz what he was doing. Sheoth opened up the book and Magic started to pour into him. The tome brought about a disconnecting feeling in Sheoth as his cunning (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=119049) turned to fury (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=108508/mannoroths-fury). The magic of the Tome allowed him to sever himself from Kil'Jaeden's essence and instead connect to Mannoroth's. Sheoth looked back at the sad excuses for gnolls with a wicked smile. Laz smiled alongside his master as they silently agreed on a course of action. Applejack was beside herself. She had gone to town and set straight to work building barricades. Her worry didn't stem from the imminent attack, but for a missing pale visitor. She had been sure he left after them, but he was nowhere to be seen. She looked towards the East through the crowd of people and guards. 'Ah hope he's all right.' "THIS IS THE MOST EXCRUCIATING FUN I HAVE EVER HAD!" screamed the warlock. He ran through the sea of dogs with a grin only a psychopath could manage. Everything in a forty yard radius of Sheoth was burning with the hellfire that shot from his feet. Dogs fled in fear of the burning pyromaniac but were met with a charge from the demon that accompanied him. Sheoth could have done this for hours, but with his health slowly dwindling and time running short he decided to finish the battle. Sheoth looked over to a pillar in the middle of the cavern. The de facto-leader of the Diamond Dogs stood near it as he yelled orders at the others. Sheoth smiled again and activated his Metamorphosis (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=103958#screenshots:id=326816). The dogs found a new level of terror as the flaming monster became a full blown demon before their eyes. He turned to the leader and let fly a brutal Wave of Chaos (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=124917) at him and the surrounding area. The wave effectively disintegrated the leader and severly damaged the load-bearing pillar. Sheoth aimed to finish what he started. With a wave of his black and purple claw a rift opened above him and out flew the beginning of an Abyssal (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=112921#screenshots:id=297674). The meteor smashed into the remains of the pillar and erupted into a fiery behemoth. The Abyssal was content to continue hunting the dogs while Sheoth and Laz made for the exit. The team ran through the tunnels at a breakneck speed. They didn't even stop to finish any dogs they passed. Time was getting very short when Sheoth felt the presence of his Demonic Circle. All that was left behind was a pile of ash as the tunnel collapsed. Sheoth and Laz appeared out of the circle but didn't stop running. The ground around them was sinking and they needed to get to safety. They screamed as they ran towards the forest line. With a tumble they both landed on what appeared to be solid ground. The pair stood and moved over to the crater to take a look. "You know… This makes me think I might have been a Goblin in a previous life," Stated Sheoth as he marveled at the hole. "And why is that?" Asked Laz. "I have a nature talent for devastation," Even the demon laughed at this as they moved back into the forest. "I like you better with emotions," chuckled Laz. Sheoth wandered to the town after dismissing his demon and removing his armor. The towns folk were gathered around an energetic girl with rainbow colored hair. Sheoth moved though the crowd towards the front. He ended up next to Applejack, who gave him a relieved look. "I swear when I got to where the den was supposed to be It was just a crater!" called the girl, Sheoth now recognized as AJ's friend Rainbow Dash. "What could have possibly done something like that!" yelled someone in the crowd. Sheoth felt a soft hand on his left shoulder. He turned to meet the stern gaze of the formerly timid girl. Sheoth gulped and followed the girl away. AJ took notice and chased after them. Once they were away from the crowd and in a more secluded area AJ spoke up. "Gus! Where were ya. Ah been worried sick." He went to answer when he was cut off. "He was with me Applejack, but I need to talk to him in private," The formerly shy girl said. "All right then, Ah'll let y'all be Shy." She nodded and went back towards the crowd. Sheoth turned back to the girl only to be met with a slap to the face. His Fel Armor reduced it to nothing but that did not detract from the significance. The once timid girl seethed with rage at the undead. She had held back her tears long enough though and slumped to the ground sobbing. "Why… (Sob) why would you do that to them." "What I did barely changed the outcome, Fluttershy," She looked up at him with tears still in her eyes, " if I hadn't done that then they would have come to the town and slaughtered the lot of you, OR gotten themselves slaughtered." "(Sob) But why did you have to kill them all (Sob)." "I didn't though," Sheoth knelt down in front of the girl, "I stopped the army, and collapsed the den. That doesn't mean I killed all of them or even collapsed all the tunnels. I mean, they are tunneling dogs so they could just dig themselves out. The important thing is… the town is safe. "I… I don't agree with what you did… but you're right," she moved in and hugged Sheoth, who awkwardly hugged back. 'Oh Blizz, I really skinned my sack on that one' He thought to himself. Sheoth stood in the Ponyville library admiring the selection. Last time he had been in a real library a couple of angry mages tried to throw him out. They were unceremoniously thrown over the edge of Dalaran by Krenashak. Now the AJ and her friends were talking about the recent occurrences. Fluttershy kept stealing glances at him as he skimmed some of the magic books. He used the word "Magic" loosely. The magic in these books were parlor tricks to the casters of Azeroth. Even a Death-Knight with frostbite on his brain could do most of these. He considered where he was for a moment. All of these spells could be practical in a non-combat environment. Sheoth smirked. Even with what happened today, this land is a mostly peaceful place. His shadow and fire magic wouldn't be very useful here for the most part… until something else decides to attack. 'Hmmm, Note to self: find a scribe to make more tomes.' Sheoth felt a tap at his side. He looked over to see a teenaged boy with spiky green hair. He was holding a tea cup out. Sheoth took it and absentmindedly sipped at it after returning to his book. He felt the tapping again. This time Sheoth closed the book and faced the boy. Now that he got a good look he could see a few obvious signs about the teen. Pointed ears, teeth like his own, and a radiating heat led Sheoth to believe this was a dragon. 'Remember, don't murder it until it tries to murder you.' Sheoth thought to himself. "Hey, I'm Spike," Spike and Sheoth shared a hand-shake, " So, Rarity said your going to be working for her, and that you can do magic, so… what's your special talent with it?" 'I can't tell if this Kid is asking a real question or coming at me like Blood Elves at the bar.' Sheoth thought as he gave Spike a strange look. "Oh, sorry it's just… Well, there aren't that many guys in this town, and barely any come to the library. You looked like you were enjoying the books, and I thought we could be friends…" Spike looked embarrassed from having to explain himself. "Cooking," Sheoth answered. "C-c-c-cooking!?" Spike stammered, "You're so thin though." "Just cause I'm good at it doesn't mean I remember to eat all the time," Sheoth chuckled. 'This begs the question why do I know how to cook if I just cannibalize most of the time… and why did I obsess over collecting all of the recipes Azeroth had to offer?' Sheoth stared into space for a moment before returning to reality. (True story btw, Got all but one) Sheoth felt eyes upon him. He turned towards the group of girls. They stared at him, two in disbelief, two in wonder, one smiling, and the last stifling laugher. Sheoth gave them an indignant look. He reached into his bags and grabbed the ingredients he needed before moving into Twilight's kitchen. Sheoth donned his Chef's Hat and set to work. Minutes later Sheoth returned carrying a tray. On said tray sat a large pot of Witchberry tea and slices of fresh watermelon. Sheoth slammed the tray down in the center of the table before snatching up a piece of watermelon and a cup of his own tea. He returned to the bookshelf. The girls and Spike looked at the spread before them. They each reached for a cup and a slice of melon. Rainbow was the first to take a bite of melon and a sip of the tea. Her eyes rolled back in her head with an audible sound of satisfaction. The other girls made similar sounds as they enjoyed the sweet food. Sheoth smiled to himself. 'Don't underestimate the Warlock girls.' Sheoth turned back to Spike. "Anyway," Spike started. Conversation continued normally for quite some time. Sheoth and Spike chatted away until the topic turned to women. Sheoth inwardly chuckled at the teen's plight with Rarity and promised to help him. Spike became curious about his new friends own love life though. "I did have someone I cared about. That was long ago though." "Was she nice?" "She was very nice. Kind as the day is long and beautiful." Sheoth started to reminisce about a magical summer he had spent with a Blood Elf mage long ago. She was so kind and caring. He had done everything for her but she was far too trusting. That was her ultimate downfall. "Well, what was her-URP!" Spike stopped mid sentence before burping up a flaming scroll. Sheoth blinked as Spike took the scroll to Twilight. She skimmed the contents before taking on a surprised look. She showed the scroll to the other girls and Spike. They looked up from the scroll, and over to Sheoth. "What is it?" He asked. "It looks like the Princess is coming tomorrow and she wants to meet… you," Twilight said still looking confused. "Great," Sheoth said with an obviously forced smile. A/N: So, imagine how much fun Celestia is gonna have with a Chaos wielding master of demons. Oh boy. Also still up for requests, OCs, Etc… cause after this chapter its going to get a little more slice of lifey. So input is always welcome.
