Aftermath
The spell, as powerful as it was, backfired on Shining Armour and Princess Candance. It hurt them, and it also hurt the Mane Six badly enough for them to be injured.
"The spell backfired!` said Twilight Sparkle, as she was thrown to the ground by the spells force. Chrysalis looked at the Mane Six, surprised by how much force it dealt on the Mane Six.
"Ah. Your spell backfired? Poor you. BECAUSE NOW I AM GOING TO TAKE OVER EQUESTRIA!" said Queen Chrysalis, as she gazes on the chaos she created.
Damn. Why would Princess Cadance's spell backfire specacularly? tought Twilight as she saw Queen Chrysalis laughing.
"Haha. You all were too gullible all along to even get the elements. I hid them in a cave, but you were never able to get them."
Six months later...
Queen Chrysalis saw as Princess Celestia walk in. "Your Highness, I shall surrender. I hope you shall be merciful in your conquest. Now put me in jail, along with Luna!"
Queen Chrysalis said "As you wish, Celestia."
She escorted Luna and Celestia to a jail cell in Canterlot.

"Everypony, ever since Chrysalis took over Equestria, we have been ordered to put up defense." said Applejack, as she gazed on to her family.
"Applebloom, your job is to put up a "No Tresspassing" sign. Big Mac, your job is to alert by sounding this horn."
