Before Equestria was founded the three tribes lived separately from each other, it was a world of hatred, greed and betrayal. But in the frozen wastelands laid a place untouched by the blizzard, a place referred to as 'The Everglade' by it's initial founders, the gryphons.

North Star, a unfortunate astronomer unicorn from Noveria, has been sent out by Princess Platinum to locate the Everglade and reach it before the other tribes do, but when he comes across a pegasus scout travelling in the same direction, they learn that if either of their tribes are going to survive, they'd need to work together.
