“Oh daring, for Celestia’s sake, stay still.” Said Rarity in an annoyed tone. She was trying to make a new fabulous outfit for a new creature that had appeared in Equestria about a week ago, and Rarity thought it was about time he should have another pair of cloths to wear. If only, he would stay still long enough for her to finish it.

“Sorry Rarity, but I told you, I hate needles.” Said the new creature in question. His name was Nick and he was a human. He himself wasn’t quite sure how he got to Equestria, one night going to sleep in his bed and the next morning, waking up in a field outside Ponyville. The past several days had been quite eventful for him. Meeting everypony, Pinkie Pie throwing him a surprise welcome party, Twilight trying to help him find a way back home but to no avail, and meeting the rulers of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Nick had enjoyed it all, but none of those things even came close to how awesome it was spending time with Rarity.

Being the element of generosity, Rarity immediately offered the human the spare room above her shop. It was a decent size, big enough for one or two people to live comfortably and Nick was grateful for the offer.

“Good point.” Laughed Nick at the mares excuse.

“Nick, I have a new outfit I’ve been working on. Can I get your opinion on it?” asked Rarity.
“Sure.” Said Nick. “What kind of outfit is it?”

“You’ll see.” Said Rarity. “I just know you’re going to love it.”
