Pinkie looked at her unicorn friend but even trying to give a warm smile seemed to hurt. but yet she managed a smile at her, though the purple unicorn just glared coldly at the party pony.

"twilight ?" she asked then was picked up in the unicorns magic and tucked back into bed. Pinkie tried to talk but each time she was shushed ....harshly. once twilight laid pinkie onto the hospital bed inside that purple head of hers she wanted to do nothing more than smother the pink party mare.....the pink monster. she smiled and it was a cruel smile, but such an action wouldn't be very subtle. she pated pinkies head then her neck. her hooves almost miming the movements needed, but they were nothing more than vial thoughts at that point. pinkie closed her eyes and smiled a innocent smile an ignorant smile. then twilight started to walk away and pinkie laid a hoof on twilights rump trying to stop her long enough so she could speak, but the unicorn spun on her fast.

"don't touch me!!!" she nearly shrieked at the party pony. twilight was shacking now vision and sounds from that hellish book played through her mind along with that voice in her head that wasn't hers but she didn't argue with the increasingly violent thoughts it suggested. she took a step towards pinkie and pinkie started to shake looking at the fire and pure hatred in her friends eyes.

"twilight what's wrong?" she asked with a shaky voice but her friend didn't answer. but twilight shook her head and took a deep breath , her horn lit up and flashed pinkie again leaving the poor pinkie blanking on memory once again but when the pink pony blinked her eyes all she caught was a glimpse of a violet striped tail leaving the room.

in the hallway
the magic barrier fell and Twilight walked out and applejack rushed forward to question the strange acting mare.

"Twi?" she asked holding up a hoof but as soon as it came into an inch of her fur a spark of magic arced to her hoof. she jerked it back and twilight stopped at the small drain of magic. she looked at the apple farmer but it was only a mildly friendly look. Applejack looked at her hoof then back to the unicorn

"Twi what's going on something doesn't feel right... is she alright.?" she asked with concern but the unicorn just sneered

"I guess she's physically alright ..." she trailed off but a smile that made the honest mare's fur crawl just a bit grew. "mentally well ....I don't play with damaged goods." she said with a mean edge AJ lurched forward and grabbed twilight by the shoulder

"hey what's that suppose to mean she's your friend to ain't she?" she asked but twilight stunned her with a mean look and brushed the hoof off.

"I am no longer friends with a monster." she spoke softly but with enough venom to make Applejack feel cold in her gut.

"What?" she squeaked but Twilight had already turned her back on her and was walking down the hall. Applejack moved to catch her again, but the unicorn teleported away.

Frustrated and not just a bit worried for her pink friends health. if the usually friendly unicorns attitude was any sign. she stomped her hoof wished just a little too much that it was the source of her worry that she was stamping out. when she heard a formal and very lady like voice snap at her

"really applejack must you stomp so hard as to shake the whole floor?" Rarity scolded her as she made her way up the stair apparently lugging something big and something pink up them. Something pink.....

"ho shit" applejack ran into the hospital room looking panicked. suddenly very afraid of what she might see. but what she got was a straight haired pinkie staring at her with wide eyes and a big grin. Applejack released the breath she didn't know she was holding.

"Applejack!" she cried out happily and AJ smiled glad to see she at least looked alright. before she could answer a streak of rainbow cut her off and dash was hugging the pink mare and barely holding back tears.

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry if whatever it was and it was my fault I'm sorry." Rainbow said but pinkie looked over Dashie's shoulder confused she pushed Dashie back a bit

"silly you haven't done anything......but I'm happy your all here." she looked at them all they all looked concerned but for the life of her she couldn't understand why. Fluttershy come up on her other side and gave her a hug.

"when I read your note I was so worried, but gummy is doing well he misses you but he's ok." she said with her eyes closed looking relieved that pinkie seemed to back to her old self.

"what note?" Pinkie asked and Fluttershy started to answer without skipping a beat.

"the night you wrote right before you...." she trailed off when she opened her eyes and saw everypony else were shaking their heads and giving her the cut off signal with their hooves. she squeaked then looked at pinkie and smiled nervously.

"before what?" she looked at Fluttershy who was now looking quite nervous

"before you were going on a trip but then you had an accident!" Fluttershy said thinking quickly earning some very impressed looks from the others

"oh.. I guess that explains why I'm in here." she said and tilted her head and her forest of pink hair slid forward. She looked at Fluttershy through her hair the yellow animal keeper was smiling cutely. with her head tilted. Pinkies heart stopped beating for split second causing her to double over and go

"HNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGG" she threatened her heart if it ever did that again she beat it...wait when did she threaten anything...... she felt something in the back of her throat and she coughed into her hoof only for a bit of red to spill out on her hoof. she recoiled in shock from the sight of her own blood. Rarity moved herself beside the bed and Pinkie moved to hid the hoof. when Rarity moved a actually very large pink stuffed alligator. which made Pinkie squeal and hug it with all her might.

"Omg Rarity where....did you make this yourself?" she asked and rarity nodded with a proud look.

"I wanted to find you the best get well present. but all the gift shops didn't really have what I thought would be best so I made you the perfect plush to make you feel at ease. she thanked the dress maker again. but this time Applejack moved to the front looking a bit worried.

"do you know what twilight id to ya?" she asked and Pinkie put a hoof to her chin and shrugged.

"no all I remember is watching her walk out of the room." she said and applejack looked even more worried but before she could the doctor entered the room to announce that the visiting time was over and he popped out as soon as he had appeared. AJ sighed and started to leave the room with the others.

Only Rarity was left as she tucked Pinkie into bed leaving the giant Alligator by her side. but the giant plushy moved the night stand just enough for a simple black book to fall out. she wouldn't have even noticed the thing. If she hadn't have nearly killed herself on the dam thing. Something struck her as odd about this little book. the over whelming urge to take the book was just that and she walked out with the little book in her magic.

the doctors came in shortly afterwards to check her over and finding her next to normal or as normal as the pink mare gets in their book they left her to sleep. she looked at the cute brown stallion that was her main doctor as her walked out looking shocked for some reason but she drifted off to sleep without another thought... But how easy she fell asleep was unnatural she felt like it was the first time in forever she had actually fell asleep so totally. She brushed off the feeling, and started to jump and hop through her sweets filled dream instead. she skipped along in her mind without a care in the world. but as she did so she didn't notice that the world almost seemed to hiccup as of sorts. the blue sky changed... but only for a second it changed to a scarlet red that seemed to bleed..... the houses changed to a rusted metal look. and for that split second pinkie's eyes were.......close so the silly fucking filly didn't notice or care.

when she finally stopped skipping the world was just as she had dreamt, it cute colorful and peaceful. ...... but something still felt off. she just couldn't put a hoof on it. but the world changed again and her feeling of suspicion gave way to full fear. the bloody sky and metal rusted houses..... the clouds that looked to be raining ash... fire she could smell fire. she heard a giggle and she stopped thinking altogether. she was shacking now the giggle repeated and she started to slowly try to find its source. deep inside she didn't want to know she wanted to run away. somewhere inside she knew what that laughter was, but something was blocking the knowledge not the feelings. instincts took over and she ran towards the forest. she ran until she feared her heart would burst. The giggling was following her it kept echoing through her head going through one ear and out the other. she started noticing things in the tree's.....ponies .... ponies were hung from the trees. She skidded to a stop regretting her decision to run here.

Everywhere she looked more ponies hanging from the branches some even still moved and twitched she could feel burning tears start to well up behind her eyes. She was scared out of her mind she heard a dragging sound and everything stopped. the bodies stopped moving the world seemed to hold its breath as the dragging sound scraped across the earth. she found what was making the sound and her chest tightened and she cried.... she watched as she dragged a pony behind her through the woods. she was frozen at the sight of another pinkie her mane was frizzy and bubbly like pinkies should have been but yet her coat and mane was blood stained.

The other pinkie smiled and waved a free hoof at her as she dragged the nice Dr stallion to a empty tree. Pinkie looked at the unmoving body and frowned with disdain. she kicked him hard enough the breaking of his snout was heard and he screamed out in pain and she smiled and tied a noose around his neck. Pinka's eyes went wide and she started to move forward to save the nice doctor. but the roots of the trees grew and wrapped themselves around Pinka . she struggled and the roots grew up her back and through her hair till they held her head forward and eyes wide open. she could do nothing but watch as the other pinkie slowly pulled the rope slowly painfully dragging and chocking the stallion up the tree. once he was a certain height she looked Pinka in the eyes and brought the rope over to Pinka's mouth and offered like she was going to hand it to her. Pinka's eyes were crying now as she tried her hardest to get her teeth on the rope. but right as she almost had it the other pinkie let go with a childish whoops. the stallion fell like a sack of bricks and the crunch of both his legs breaking made Pinka wince and cry more. but the stallion was still alive bleeding and crying as he dragged himself away in a vain attempt to escape. But pinkie just trotted up to him and walked besides him as he got closer to Pinka. but right as he got close enough for Pinka to reach out the other Pinkie stood on her hind legs and pulled out a massive hammer and brought it down on the stallions head popping it like a grape. pieces of skull and brain fell and splattered on to Pinka's face as she stared shocked at the sight she had just witnessed. she could feel more tears running down her face. the other pinkie walked up on her hind legs and looked at pinkies face. the other pinkie ran a arm over her face to clean up the major blood splatter on her face.

"he was a juicy one wasn't he me?" she asked and Pinka's legs gave out and the roots gave way and she fell to the blood spattered floor and laid their as her brain tried to tell her how to make sense of what just happened.
she woke up with extreme terror at her dream and the tears wouldn't stop flowing. she held the giant pink gummy and cried in its fake soft arms.
