Twilight Sparkle woke up with a rather sore head on a cold, stone floor.
She quickly sat up while rubbing her right fore hoof upon her aching head and looked around to get a good sense of her surroundings. The room was little more than a small, square box made of stone. There were no windows, or any visible light source for that matter yet, she could see the entire room as if it were dimly lit with a night light (Save for the corners that were completely engulfed by shadows)
"Oww." Twilight moaned as she rubbed her pounding head. "Where in the wide wide world of Equestria am I?" she asked herself aloud.
It's awake.
Twilight screamed and spun around as she heard a raspy whisper behind her.
It's afraid.
"Where are you?!" Twilight screamed at the disembodied voice as she began to back up into a corner. "Show yourself! By Celestia show yourself!"
It's angry.
Twilight spun around again, hitting her already sore head off the wall leaving a small crack about an inch long across her temple and sending her falling down.
It's hurting.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" Twilight yelled as she picked herself up, the fear so potent in her voice that it sounded as if she was crying. No mater where moved to in the room the whisper always sounded behind her. "Please let me go, I promise not to tell. I can even pay you! My parents are very wealthy please, just let me go." Twilight sobbed, a tiny sliver of hope in her voice. Hope that her captor would release her in exchange for bits.
It's staying.
When she herd the whisper say that she slumped to the ground and began sobbing. She couldn't see any way out of this at all. "Please, what do you want?" She cried to her disembodied captor.
It's crying.
Twilight was about to stand up and charge the spot the voice sounded from when a black streak, moving so fast it was a blur shot by her face, leaving a long cut on her left cheek that was slowly bleeding.
It's bleeding.
This time, the voice sounded deeper. Twilight had no chance to react before four long, thin arms compromised of black mist came out of the walls (Two on both sides of Twilight) and each grabbed a leg and held her down on her back.
"Let go of me!" Twilight yelled in desperation as she struggled against her assailants. The arms were to strong and held firm against Twilight's struggling.
It's fighting.
The voice was back to it's original tone (A monotone whisper) as a fifth arm came out of the wall in front of Twilight and began inching towards her.
It suffers
The fifth arm reached own and grabbed Twilight's tail and pulled, hard, tearing a few strands out along with blood.
"AHHHHHHH!" Twilight screamed as she felt her tail being yanked. The arm started grabbing her tail hair five pieces at a time, and began to yank them out as slowly as it could to maximize her suffering. Soon, Twilight had no tail.
It's wounded
Twilight was flat out crying now. Never had she felt this much pain before and not to mention her beautiful tail. Twilight may have been bookish and simple, but she still enjoyed looking good and her tails absence made her feel exposed since it was what ponies used to cover themselves in public.

The voice chuckled at Twilight's misery. It was getting immense satisfaction out of the innocent ponies pain, but wanted more. Something that would hurt her emotionally as well as physically.
Twilight managed to stop crying and look at the hand that tore her tail out and was met with a feeling of both horror, and curiosity. Twilight wondered what it was doing making a small noose out of her tail hail, she was horrified when she found out.
The hand picked the noose up and slipped it over her horn. Twilight realized what was happening so she yelled out in horror.
"NO! Please! Not my horn! Anything but that!" Twilight sobbed. But yet again the hand ignored her please and with a swift yank, her horn snapped in two.
It's dream is crushed
The voice sounded extremely exited as it dangled the top half of Twilight's horn over her face. Twilight shut her eyes and turned away only to have four more smaller hands come and hold her head in place and her eyes open.
Does it miss something? the voice taunted.
"No, not my horn!" Twilight sobbed. That horn was her life, her passion, everything she had spent her entire childhood on was gone, and being waved in her face like a foal teasing another over a new toy. "Give it back, please, give it back." Twilight sobbed.
The voice was getting bored. It wanted more still so it went in for an even bigger prize. Her virginity.
It's a virgin
The hand dropped the horn and moved in for the real prize, Twilight's virgin vagina. The hand cupped itself over Twilight's vagina and began rubbing back and forth slowly, chuckling as it elicited unwanted moans from Twilight.
Twilight felt dirty, she was raised in a traditional, Celestian household and was taught that she was only supposed to share her body with her spouse after marriage. What even more bothered her was that she was enjoying it, with each move of the cold, dark hand shivers of pleasure, sickening pleasure swept her mind. She had never felt more violated in her life.
It's dripping
The hand stopped and without a word and slowly inserted itself into Twilight's vagina. Slow enough that she felt as her hymn stretched and then shattered, just like her hopes and dreams. After her hymn tore the hand pulled out rapidly and collected the blood in it's palm. The hand then went to Twilight's face and splashed the blood into her eyes.
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Twilight screamed as the blood from her broken hymn burned her eyes. The voice laughed maniacally and inserted the hand back into her vagina, laughing the entire time. It began to pump in and out intensely when it got the most wonderful idea.
The hand slowly opened and spread it's sharp, pointed fingers, puncturing Twilight's vaginal wall and then it tore downwards. Twilight screamed in pure agony as the hand tore chunks of vaginal flesh out and landed with a sicken plop as they hit the cold, stone floor.
It's broken
And Twilight was, incredibly broken. She cursed Celestia for forsakening her to this hell. She cursed her friends for not rescuing her. She cursed her body for the pain. She even cursed her parents for giving her life in the first place. She just wanted it to end, to feel the welcome of death's embrace. Anything to save from another moment of this torture.
It can be saved
Twilight (still in agony) perked up at this, thinking she would be free.
It must sacrifice
"Anything! Please! I'll do anything! Just, no more pain. Please!" Twilight shouted.
Twilight suddenly found herself standing, the agony and blood seeping out of her vagina still present but her horn was back, and next to her was a brutal dagger, one with sharp, serrated edges and rust adorning it. And then she saw them.
Her parents, her brother, Cadence, Spike, her friends. All lined up against the wall, mouths taped shut and eyes blindfolded.
One must die for you to live. Choose or they all suffer as you have. Heheheheheha.
The voice chuckled sadistically as Twilight considered it with tears in her eyes. She made her decision, the hardest one in her life and then looked away, and hurled the knife at Cadence. To Twilight, it seemed as though hours had passed until she herd the sickening crunch of the dagger entering her baby sitter's skull.
But something was amiss, there was more than one crunch. Eleven to be exact. She turned and looked in horror to find she was now standing beside her lined up friends and family the dagger going threw all of there skulls.
Twilight broke down crying as everyone she had ever loved died in front of her eyes. She just laid down into a small ball and cried.
It is ready.
That was the last thing she herd before she felt a falling sensation, and looked down at the oncoming metal spikes.
"AHHHH!" Twilight yelled as she jumped up awake and instantly started crying. Only this time they were tears of joy. "Thank Celestia it wasn't real!" Twilight sobbed into her hooves, only to hear something familiar.
We're going to be best friends forever Twily, hahahahaha.
She didn't get any sleep that night.
