//-------------------------------------------------------// Worgs and Power (Canceled) -by Muffinlord- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 Keena was munching on some unfortunate elf who dared to cross her path. Beside her was a small green creature going through his pack. Did I forgot to mention the unfortunate elf was still alive and was very much in pain."AAAAAAAAH!" the poor thing screamed as the five foot tall wolf was making short work of his legs. The goblin was getting annoyed. He shoved a dagger in the elf's left section of chest to end the agony. Keena looked up from the mess that was the elf's legs when she heard the screaming stop. She then noticed the dagger protruding from the elf's chest. She uttered a slight growl as she looked at the goblin."Why did you have to end my fun?", she whined in the goblin tongue. The said goblin gave her a look that meant he was peeved. Keena's ears went back. "Went too far?" The goblin nodded. Something was off in Fluttershy's cottage. The animals were either scared out of there wits or were asking Fluttershy about what types of evil where in Everfree Forest. She told them that she took care of the evilest thing in Everfree when she defeated Nightmare Moon. The animals got more scared when she told them that. She looked at them and said,"Listen!" she started her angry tone. Once she got their attention she spoke softly in a motherly tone,"I am not going to let whatever your afraid of hurt you. Promise." The animals calmed after awhile. They know the fury of an angry Fluttershy and also it was getting quite late. If only they knew that a Goblin Deity had his sights on the realm she called home. Keena was laying down to rest. She knew that many creatures would not attack a worg. They are known to wake easily just like many animals. She laid next to the tree the goblin decided to sleep in. She remembers when she first found the goblin. It took her 3 weeks to learn that he doesn't speak. He might be a assassin that might explain why doesn't talk. But what is with the shaking his head while point at his mouth? Could he be mute? Hmm. Well at least he is a good ally. Even if he is a spoil sport. She then dosed off into sleep. Keena awoke to find something wrong. She wasn't in the forest. She wasn't even on any ground. She was standing in pure blackness. Then a huge goblin stepped out of the shadows. He was eight feet tall and had a high domed head. He carried a white-tipped flail and was looking at the worg. As if to size her up. To her right she noticed something move."Faash?",she asked frantically. The goblin stood up and nodded. He then noticed the deity standing in front of him. He dropped to his knee and bowed his head. He then took a flail out of his pack and placed it on the void.The Diety stared at it for a while then said, "It is not very often that a deity can say that they have two such different beings work together in his name." Keena was confused. He clearly was a deity. She was following him? She didn't remember making any sacrifices in a deities name. The deity noticed her confusion and said,"Keena, wise worg huntress, let me tell you that you have taken in one of my faithful. All you ask is that he help you with tasks that require hands. You let him take treasure, glory, and infamy while you happily eat your victims. You even let him travel upon your back. I know it was not easy to let him use you as a mount. He treats you as an equal and you do the same. For this I ask a task of you." Hmm. So Faash is a priest, huh? Never would have guessed. But why does deity ask us for a task. Wait. Domed head? White tipped flail? Oh my! "Your Bargrivyek! The goblin diety of cooperation! I thought you where..." "Dead? I am not dead. I assure you. Though I am severely weakened. That is where you two come in. You are to find followers in the realm called Equestria. Those who attack you, fear you, and stand in your way are to be taught a lesson. Soon you will gather people to you out of fear and respect. And soon I will flourish enough in this realm to take revenge on Hruggek." The wolf and goblin looked at each other and grinned. Faash nodded furiously. " I would be happy to serve such a wonderful diety gain more power." Bargivyek nodded. Then a portal pink of all possible colors appeared. " Enter the realm and bring me glory!" Keena bounded into the portal. Faash grabbed his flail which now glowed and ran after her. The diety being pleased faded back into the shadows. Fluttershy was awakened by her pet rabbit Angel. She quickly noticed the panic on his face." Angel, what is wrong?" The bunny then pointed out the window toward Everfree Forest. "We are well protected in this cottage Angel. Please go to bed." She pulled the covers over her head.They were then pulled off of her by Angel a few seconds later. The said rabbit then proceed to do a interesting game of charades in which he acted like a wolf and and a wild savage creature that stood on two legs. Fluttershy put two and two together. "A wolf and a creature are in everfree?" Angel shook his head. He stretched his arms out as far as he can and then started acting like a wolf again."A big wolf and a creature are in everfree?" Angel nodded his head. "Well they are in Everfree. It will probably stay in the forest for most of it's life. Now go to bed Angel." She then patted angel on the head and then went back to sleep. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 Keena awoke in many strange situations. Some more odd then the rest. This was one of them. Laying next to her was a wooden wolf. Now the odd thing was that this wooden wolf was apparently still asleep. She did the one thing that always helped her wake up. *CRUNCH!* "AAAAAAAAAH!" Faash decided upon entry on their mission he decided to scout around where they entered. Keena of course was knocked out during the portal crossing but she could handle herself. "AAAAAAAAAH! Faash rushed back to camp as fast as he could. Fluttershy was startled awaken when she heard a animal screaming. She didn't know what situation the poor thing got into so she packed her saddlebags as quickly as possible and left to find the poor animal. When the wolf stopped screaming and Keena stopped laughing she got a better look of the situation. There was a wooden wolf that had half an ear and was bleeding. He was angry but at the same time cautious. "Now are we feeling better now?" "What do you mean feeling better. You bit my freaking ear off!" Keena started laughing harder. "What in the name of the nine hells is so funny!" Keena then stood up and started to walk over to the bleeding angry timberwolf. She then stated this. "That is how worgs choose their... companions for lack of a civilized word." The worg then noticed a goblin enter the clearing panting and heaving. "About time you came." The poor timberwolf was even more confused by the big wolf and small green creature. "Faash mind healing our little friend over here?" Faash nodded. He walked over to the bleeding worg while chanting silently. His eyes glowed and hand glowed white as he touched the stub of an ear. In two seconds he withdrew his hand and the wound was healed and gone. The timber wolf who was now more confused than ever in his life. The timberwolf's name was Snarltooth. Keena said it was a cute name. Which suprised both Faash and Snarltooth. Keena then went to explain it was fitting and just made him seem more savage. When asked how that made him cute. Snarltooth got a mouthful of worgen history and cultures. Faash puked twice during that rant. Then afterward she explained how she and Faash got to this realm. "So your from a different realm that has a god of cooperation. He has been weaken by another god and seeks followers in this realm so he can react revenge. You enter a pink portal and now are here to spread fear and gain followers for Bargrivyek. Did I miss anything?" Both Faash and Keena shook their heads. "Well is there a reason other than companionship that you bit my ear off, Keena?" Faash then looked at Keena and then face palmed. Keena then looked a little ashamed. What's wrong? "You where the first thing to ever get that close to me. My demonic heritage most things tend to keep a safe distance away from me. Not to mention these." Her eyes then glowed a deep crimson. Then suddenly a bird in a tree eye's glowed red and flew it at her in a rage. Keena opened her mouth and ate the bird that flew at her. Fluttershy cringed at the sudden crunch of bones. Hoping that she wasn't too late she jumped out of the bushes to find an odd scene. She found a 5 foot tall wolf. A green creature that was sitting in an odd position. Not to mention the timberwolf that had half an ear missing. Before she could facehoof herself for being so stupid a net was thrown over her. Author's note time. I felt it was time for an update. It may be short but I feel this is a good cliffhanger. I will try to reveal as little info as possible. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3 Flutter Shy being captured was wondered what to do. If she were to scream for help then they might kill her. She keep thinking about an escape plan. She didn't notice a goblin that kept staring at her thinking of a plan of his own. The worg and the timberwolf continued to argue over what to do to Fluttershy. Keena kept saying something about making her screams echo throughout the night. Snarltooth kept mentioned about using the pegasus as a trap. Faash decided to start his plan. He proceed to walk over to keena. He then pointed upward. Keena followed his finger and she noticed something. "Smoke? A village? So what are we going to do about this village?" Faash took out a dagger and started to whirl it in his hand, all while a evil grin started showing on his face. "Ah. We are going to pay the village a little visit are we?" Faash nodded the evil grin still on his face. "Climb on Faash. Looks like we are going to do some raiding." As they bounded of Fluttershy grinned. A plan forming in her own mind. "Great. Leave me with the animal lover." Ponyville was having a nice afternoon. It seemed quite peaceful. If not for the fact that there was a giant wolf running through Ponyville with a goblin on her back. "Faash. Do you think we should split up? I do believe it is time for a grab and snatch." The goblin's grin grew wider and he jumped off of the worg's back and onto the street. Rarity was having a wonderful time. She had just got done with an order that paid quite well. She was going to the market square. She then noticed a black beast run by and something green jump of its back. Blinking a few times at the strange situation she looked at the green creature. Faash started to grin. He got what looked like a small net and a dagger from two sheaths on his belt. Rarity decided to do what she did best. She ran and screamed. What she didn't noticed was a goblin doing a corkscrew in midair while wrapping the net around her hoof. Gravity is so cruel sometimes. When Faash landed he caused the poor unicorn to trip and fall. He then took out some rope. He was soon done gagging and tying up the poor unicorn. He then took out what he used to communicate with Keena. He took a big breath and blew into the war horn. Keena was excited when Faash blew the war horn. It meant he had something alive. She didn't notice the rainbow colored pegasus charging at her. *OOF!* Keena was knocked on her side and got up, ready for a fight. She studied her opponent. She was a pegasus. She was well muscled and had a rainbow mane. Slowly a grin crept onto her face. "So do you know about a yellow pegasus? One with a pink mane?" That got the pegasus more angry. She charged at the worg. But the worg stayed still until the last moment. And then she pounced on the poor things wing breaking it with a *SNAP*. "AAAAAAH!" Pinkie was busy baking some cakes for her latest party. It was a 3 weeks without an attack from something scary party That was when she heard a scream. Not one of joy or of being scared. One of pain. Her hair instantly went flat when she recognized the voice. She grabbed a knife and when to her friends rescue. "Oh my have a little trip did we?" She looked over the pegasus and noticed her teeth her clenched in pain. "So Faash's training does pay off." She leaned in to bite of a piece of the other wing when she heard something. "Get away from her you fiend! Unless you want things to get ugly." Keena then took a look over who made the voice. The image sent shivers down her spine. What she saw was no less than a straight haired pink pony with a knife. But she had a aura of hatred and evil around her. Enough to even make her maybe regret attacking the creature. "Ok there are not many things a worg blessed with the gift of demon's blood are afraid of." "Really? What would one of those things be?", Pinkie said while whirling the knife in her hoof.   "You!" She ran away as fast as she could toward the direction of the war horn. Faash was getting worried. He never sounded the horn so long without Keena coming as soon as possible. He was about to go look for her when she bolted from around the corner. She then grabbed on to Faash's shirt and threw him on her back. "Don't ask." was all she said. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4 Keena was near the forest she slowed to a walk and let her mind wander. Her mind started to wander back to her old friends and her past. She thought of Blink. He was the groups stealth guy. A blink hound with an enchanted collar. With it he could speak common as he could his own language. When asked of where he got it all he would say was "It was a gift. Being able to turn invisible was a good feat. He was loyal to no bounds. He was always willing to do anything for the group. No matter how high the risk. It seemed fitting that he die for the group that takes him in. He died leading an adventurer party away from the group. He was a good friend. She thought of Winter. The winter wolf that was kind and protective of all of them. She was very well educated. Not to mention she was very well known on the lore of the world. Keena didn't know how this was possible by a canine but she didn't complain. She was very strong. Not to mention she was the biggest of the group. Standing well over they group she protected each of them with much vigor. It is because of her she decided to be taught by her in the ways of elegance. Keena was taught all about culture and many different fancy things. She even gave Keena a make over. Poor blink didn't stop laughing for half an hour. She died by mage who was a little to good at playing with fire. She was a very good friend. She thought of Flare. He was a pure-blooded hellhound through and through. His Tanari raising left him with no qualms about killing. In fact he enjoyed it quite a bit. He and Keena were always talking about ways to main and torture the different races. He even shared Keena's love of elf flesh. Why, often they would go hunting in an elven village in the dead of night just to have a taste. Every night would patrol the camp they made for the night. Being a demon means you don't have to sleep. Flare was quite the charmer. Though he always preferred Keena for some reason. When she asked why he liked her so much he only said, "Look in the mirror, Keena. You are beautiful, savage, and have a ravenous appetite. You are in every way my favorite thing on this plane of existence."  It was almost as it was a match made in heaven. It is only fitting he would die trying to save her. He was her best friend and possibly more. She thought of what happened after each of all of them fell. She was in a rage so great she fell many adventurer party's. Those who survived noted that she was blabbering about how they all would pay. It was then when she met Faash. He was the one who was able to calm her. She didn't know how, but she was calmed even by his presence. He cast some form of spell. All she knew was that was the only time he spoke. He said,"Keena, I will help you with your sorrow, your pain, your heartache. I will be what I can for you. All I ask is that you join my cause." He did help me didn't he. She looked back on her back. He smiled at her. Not in a creepy I am going to eat you goblin smile. But a sincere smile. As if he could read her mind. When she was back at the clearing she was to tired to notice that fluttershy and Snarltooth where gone. She set Faash of her back with her mouth. Then she sat by the fire and went to sleep. Somewhere a set of red, blue, and purple lupine eyes watch from the shadows. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5: The Reunion //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 5: The Reunion "So Keena. How goes your conquest?" " Ah!" Keena suddenly stood up. She looked around and saw she was in the void again." "Calm yourself huntress. I am simply talking through your dreams. Though I have news to tell you." "News? Of the good or bad kind?" "It is of the good kind. Infact you should be seeing some old companions soon." "You mean my pack?" Keena said excitedly. The goblin god of cooperation merely nodded. "You will need help, not only from the monsters in the forest but from another world. I have been working on this plan for a long time, before each of your friends last breath I sent them to my plane to heal. When they were fully recovered I sent them to a different spot in the forest you now sleep. In fact they are eying you up right now, and you goblin friend. Though I think the later as more of a snack." She awoke with a start and a growl. Her three pack-mates where circling her Faash. She then noticed Snarltooth was gone. Tears welling up in her eyes she let lose a growl that would make even a hell-spawned alien proud. Flare then turned his head to see Keena's fur take on a pure black tone and her eyes were glowing with a fierce red light. "Guys, I think that is defiantly Keena." They both turned to see Keena more pissed then even they could believe she could be. "You take away my mate, and now you seek to take away my best friend too?" Her Aura burst from around her with her Abyssal Power. Fire dancing around her in little motes. "YOU WILL SUFFER MY WRATH!!!", she screamed at the top of her rage filled lungs.
