Sleepless in Saddle Arabia

It had been a year before the party for Princess Celestia's arrival in Ponyville Rarity and Sweetie Belle once lived in a house in a Canterlot suburb. None of them knew that a family had lved there for many years ago. Nothing special happened in that suburb. Rarity had been to school in these parts for years ago as a filly. Then one spring night Rarity got awoke by hearing Sweetie Belle talking to somepony. Rarity got startled, as she could not see who that was.

"So you both lived in this house." Sweetie Belle told the invisible things.

"I wonder what the hay is going on." Rarity said to herself.

The morning came, as Rarity thought it was things they only had seen last night. Rarity went to shop in Canterlot with Sweetie Belle as usual. As the nights passed had Rarity wondered why her little sister kept on talking to whatever that was. Hayseed Turnip Truck had met with Rarity later the next day at a cafe.

"For what I know I have to move out of there, as a pair haunted the place." Hayseed Turnip Truck told Rarity.

Then one morning was Rarity by herself in the house, as Sweetie Belle was in her school. Rarity felt an invisbile presence. A heavy hearted sadness filled the room. The unicorn pony could not see what it was. But it could be that thing that the filly talked to. The next morning had Rarity went to a store in the Canterlot alley. There had she found a very old picture of the house she lived in. There was two very old ponies on that picture. As the house still had been haunted every night by these sad presences has Rarity decided to move with Sweetie Belle to her parents house in Ponyville. In the meanwhile was Rarity getting Opal the cat from Fluttershy's zoo. At that time was nopony  buying Rarity's house, as the two invisble presences still was around.
