AN ORDINANCE to dissolve the union between the towns of Appleloosa and Dodge City, and other towns united under the rule of “Princess Celestia.”
We, the ponies of Appleloosa and Dodge City, in convention assembled, do declare and ordain, and it is hereby ordained and declared, that the towns of Appleloosa and Dodge City hereby withdraw themselves from the union of cities under the name of Equestria, and from the existing royal government of this union; and that all political connection between them and the government of Equestria ought to be totally absolutely unequivocally permanently exactly totally annulled, and said connection dissolved; and that the towns of Appleloosa and Dodge City are hereby declared a sovereign and independent nation; and that all laws in force in Equestria be, and they are hereby, repealed.

AN ORDINANCE to sever the city of Baltimare from the union of “Equestria.”
We, the ponies of Baltimare, in convention assembled, ordain and declare that the city of Baltimare withdraws itself from the governance of “Princess Celestia,” and her nation of Equestria. All connection between Baltimare and Equestria is hereby severed; and the city of Baltimare is as of this moment a sovereign city-state; and that no resident of the Baltimare area owes any allegiance to the crown of Equestria.

AN ORDINANCE
To dissolve the Union between the city of Los Pegasus and the state of Equestria united under her tyrannous leader, “Princess Celestia.”
Whereas, the royal government has failed to accomplish adequate economic support for the hard working earthponies of the western frontier, while hoarding wealth in the capital; and,
Whereas, the actions of the royal government threaten the good of the citizens of Los Pegasus; and,
Whereas, the recent development in Royal affairs makes it evident that the government of Equestria seeks to use aggression and fear to hold in bondage its constituents; Therefore,
We, the ponies of Los Pegasus, by delegates in convention assembled, declare our sovereignty from the state of Equestria, and from the rule of Princess Celestia.

We, the pegasi of Cloudsdale, do hereby deny the sovereign rule of “Princess Celestia” and "Princess Luna" over our city, and over all skies occupied by the citizens of Cloudsdale; etc, etc. Oh, and we hope all cities remaining in the state of Equestria like drought and flooding, because we’re recalling all our weather ponies to stay up here in Cloudsdale where everything’s awesome.
