After Little Strongheart ends up with a Buffalo, Braeburn leaves Appleloosa with a broken heart. He heads to Ponyville and is reacquainted with his cousin Applejack. What they'd shared is in the past but she'll help him find a bridge to his future. With the help of the mane six and a couple other ponies around Ponyville he finds love again and learns that time and a few friends can mend a broken heart.
