Once upon a time in the magical land of Equastrea a imaginative unicorn makes a powerful artifact that he called the golden gauntlet, but he made it in a way that no pony could ever use it, upon making the gauntlet the unicorn had to transfer his magic to the gauntlet to give it power and life but as a result taking away his life. So before giving the gauntlet his power he wrote a letter to princess Celestia to inform her of what was happening. After the letter was sent the unicorn gave the gauntlet his power and set the gauntlet the Equastrea's core so at the right time the gauntlet could chose its beholder. years beyond years have passed as the gauntlet has been in the core creating a second gauntlet this on dark and filled with distraction. Finally the gauntlet shot out of the core thought the ground and in the air to send 14 year old,boy, Tristen Rex to Equastrea to be the golden guardian and defeat the dark gauntlet and the form it has chosen.
