A new beginning

"Hey Lyra where are you dragging me off to?" I grumble.

"My basement."

"Is this mating season?"

"No."

"I was afraid of that."

30 minutes later

Lyra drags me to her basement and straps me down to a metal surgical table.

"So your your removing my innards that's useless now that I'm an alicorn." I say which causes her get a blank look on her face.

"BUCK! Damn it my best chance at disecting a human--!"

"I never said anything about human!" I yell interupting her.

"Ah but you are a intelligent being that is not from here and you can't be a alicorn if your a dragon or griffin you'd be a Pegasus which brings me to my final answer that you are a human."

"So now that you can't disect me for being a human can I go?" I ask.

"No because I've never seen a alicorns insides." She says putting on a evil grin while raising a scapel.

"No you are setting me free Lyra for if I am destroyed within this bodie all hope will be lost to defeat Falkeron." I say in a god like voice as my eyesite goes red.

"Well that doesn't matter to me as long as I see your insides before I die then fine by me!" She yells trying to hide her fear.

"Lyra so be it if you do not set me free I shall have to burn these bond and set everything else in this house aflame." I respond in my god like voice.

"I'll use the most powerful of my magic to deflect the blast back at you!" She yells now sounding determined.

"Lyra I can forgive you but you must decide your fate leave now and live or stay and die." I say causing her to start to back up and then stops to start forming a forcefeild around me. "I'm sorry Lyra but this is my only choice.' I state as all fades to black.

Twilight's POV

"Where is he he was supposed to be here fifteen minutes ago." I say in Irratation. I was outside Waiting for him only to get hit by a wave of heat as a pillar of fire erupts from Lyra's house. I watch in horror as I see Mathew covered in a fiery aura hovering in the pillar of fire with his eyes closed.

"Mathew what happened!" I yell the only response I get is him opening his eyes. I stare in horror at his eyes which now look like lava. Then his eyes turn back to normal only for them to close as he goes unconscious the pillar dissipates and he falls into the left over crater. I run in to find him unconscious next to Lyra's melted surgical table and a pile of scorched bones.
