“Twilight, would you please explain to me what the hay just happened?” Pinkie’s voice said in a harsh tone.
“Easy, she changed us, silly Dashie. I’m you now and you’re me! I wanted to fly, don’t you remember?” Rainbow Dash’s voice said with silliness.
“No, I don’t know anything about that, so, please, explain to me what the hay is going on! I don’t exactly want to be in Pinkie’s body, I never agreed to me, so, change us back, right now, ok?” Rainbow Dash, who was trapped in Pinkie’s body shouted towards Twilight who stood in front of her with a slight smirk.
“Sorry, can’t do that, has to go at least twenty four hours between the spell casts, so to speak. And besides, you actually agreed to this just an hour ago, don’t you remember when the two of us came and asked you?” Twilight asked looked at Rainbow Dash with confusion, but Rainbow as also confused so she looked back at Twilight with the same kind of expression.
“I don’t remember this. Wait... You asked me to change a lamp or something, is that what you’re talking about?” Rainbow clearly remembered them saying lamp, though as she thought about it, it did seem strange that Twilight needed her help, since, well, she could use magic. So what kind of help would she need from Rainbow?
Twilight looked towards Rainbow’s body, now the bearer of Pinkie’s mind and giggled and Pinkie did the same. “Rainbow Dash, you are so silly, aren’t you? You must have misheard us, you seem to do that when you are napping so yeah... You agreed to this, without knowing anything. Well, there’s nothing we can do about that really, you just have to live it out for a day, nothing much, right?” She said with a slight smile.
Rainbow Dash grunted, but it became out weird, since she was in Pinkie’s body, so she wasn’t prepared for the odd sound of it. This was getting incredibly stupid, Rainbow didn’t like it, it was stupid. “I guess I do, but as soon as the twenty four hours are over, you need to make everything normal again, ok? Understand? I need you to do that, I don’t want to be Pinkie, I want my body and be able to fly. I don’t want to be a silly earth pony and walk around on the ground, no offence. And as such, I think you two should do something for me, because you did this without my complete consent, ok?” Rainbow made a scrunchy face, and it looked really stupid, since Pinkie’s face doesn’t usually do something like that so Twilight and Pinkie laughed hysterically.
Twilight pointed at Pinkie and then at herself and Pinkie followed the hoof and they both laughed even harder, Rainbow didn’t understand a single thing about what was going on, so she simply stood there. She looked at them, she laughed and laughed, it annoyed Rainbow to no end, they didn’t really explain themselves very well, so it made Rainbow all that more annoyed. Rainbow decided to stop this, so she stepped forward toward the rolling and laughing unicorn, Twilight Sparkle and slapped her across the face, Twilight immediately stopped and looked at Rainbow with a red face of hurt. “Hey! That hurt!” Twilight exclaimed in pain, Rainbow just looked at her with disapproval, “ok, ok, fine, we’ll stop. It was pretty funny though, even if you didn’t understand. Now, I need the two of you to check that nothing went wrong, or else I won’t allow the two of you to exit the library. Not that I think that there’s any way that anything went wrong, because that’s such a low chance and the two of you seem mostly fine, so I guess there’s nothing wrong there.” Twilight deducted to the two of them in seriousness.
Rainbow tried stretching her legs and nothing happened what so ever and then her face went white and she stared towards a wall. Twilight didn’t mind this, because it seemed odd, but nothing serious, she had to check Pinkie first. Pinkie flexed her wings and they seemed fine so she continued to check the rest of her body and it seemed completely fine as well. Then Pinkie’s face lit up with and idea and went behind a corner, confusing Twilight ot a great extent. She then came back with a frown. “I couldn’t find the funny eye close spots, why not? Is it because of the body? I have no idea what’s going on! I can’t even feel those guys!” She exclaimed as she waved her hoof in a random location, and nothing of it made sense to Twilight whatsoever.
“Pinkie?” Rainbow said with a scared face as she looked at Pinkie. Pinkie tilted her head to the side and nodded, then she motioned for Rainbow to continue. “I think I am feeling the thing that you call “those guys” and it’s incredibly weird, I am feeling somepony watching me. What’s even more weird is that fact that I don’t think they’re ponies, they look like... I have no idea what they look like, but there are a lot of them! WHAT ARE THEY DOING HERE!?” Rainbow exclaimed in distress, taking her hooves over her head as a gesture to show how scared she is of the situation.
“Calm down Dashie, they aren’t dangerous, they are so harmless, they can’t reach you, they just watch and I’ve talked to one of them once, she was nice, her name was Lauren... Anyway, don’t worry about them, they won’t hurt you.” She said as she took a hoof over Rainbow’s shoulder and tried to comfort her. “One thing though, can you go behind that corner and close your eyes? I want to check something, could you do that for me?” Pinkie asked with seriousness, with Rainbow’s voice of course.
Rainbow nodded and stood up and slowly walked behind the corner. Twilight looked in anticipation, hoping for something to happen, Pinkie watched with more intensity than Twilight. And then, there came a knock from the front door. Twilight walked over to it and opened it to find, Rainbow Dash. “Okay... Now that, was an experience that I never want to relive ever again.”
Pinkie’s eye lit up in excitement, “oh, you can do it! That explains everything then! It’s my body that has the weird powers, that’s good and fun for you! Twilight? Can we go now?” Pinkie asked as she started to bounce around in Rainbow’s body, Twilight just sighed and nodded.
Pinkie walked up to Rainbow and the two of them started to walk towards the door. They walked away from the library and as they came a bit away, there was a flash and Rainbow looked towards Pinkie and found that Pinkie was back in her own body. “Well, odd, I’m me again.” Rainbow commented and Pinkie nodded slowly, “well, at least I understand you a lot better now.” Rainbow said in a very bored voice.
“I KNEW I FORGOT SOMETHING!” Twilight shouted out in anger.
