The Flail of Wings and Height of Stars
Wings
Scootaloo stood at the very top of Pony Mountain, where to points created an arch. Snow laced her orange skin as she bit on her lip and squinched her eyes trying to think of light things to fly. As Rainbow Dash had said helped. Scootaloo knew the other ponies didn't want her out here, she could get hurt, or killed. But Rainbow Dash had helped her, and she was tired of small hills or dents on land. She wanted a real adventure, and Mt. Pony was the perfect location. No one lived there, there was an arch to stand on, it was high enough of ground for a real flight. The only downside, she had absolutely no idea where she was, besides Mt. Pony. She didn't know what city she was close to, or if any pony even lived near here. But at that time, she just jumped off the edge of a mountain and attempted to flail her wings in agony.
Then she opened her eyes.
She was flying, very roughly and she felt like she was going to fall any second, but her wings were spread out. Like...like a bird. Scootaloo decided she was a bird, and she turned left. Now, this may sound weird but, you can never go wrong if you go right. And she went left. So that's when anypony should know they are about to find something horrible.
And that Scootaloo did.
She flew straight toward the place where the only living female dragon was, and may I tell you that females are much more angry than males. They were much more...ready to attack at even a pebble. And Scootaloo was possibly the biggest pebble, and I say this in comparison to female dragons HATE toward rocks that began when ponies threw rocks at them to keep them away, as legend holds the rocks hit them so hard they lost their ability to breath fire which vastly killed out their population. They had no other protection then fire, they could paw at you, or bite you, but biting would kill them off immediately, for their mouths held venom that was needed to survive. They practically gave the venom to the pony it bit thus, dying. And who paws at something other than small cats pawing at dust, which they thought could be any small parasite.
There lay the sleeping female dragon, red as blood, her nostrils snorted out smoke, and every breath that was drawn out left a small amount of fire that burned the hot atmosphere in the cave. Scootaloo's wings then jumbled, and she fell in a diagonal line straight toward the cave. She hit the wall of the cave with such great force that the cave shook as though it was a stomach rumbling. And as if on cue the dragon slipped out of her cave toward the stunned Scootaloo. The small pony rubbed her head, and with drowsy eyes she stared at the dragon. "Goodbye" she said sleepily and passed out on the ground. Then she heard a rock hit the head of the dragon, and a yell of "Scootaloo".
Then nothing.
